Great host, very helpful information, comfortable accommodation for a very pleasant stay.

Very helpful host, good information. Comfy large bed. Handy location with private parking. Very satisfied. Would stay again. Thank you very much.

Can't think of anything. As a suggestion, a dustpan and brush kept under the sink could be handy for guests to clear up crumbs.

The property was exceptionally clean and warm. Location was excellent and we will definitely be staying again.

Location was perfect and within walking distance to where family lived who we was visiting.

The sofabed in the living area would have been better if we were able to put it up and down easier.

Clean and tidy apartment in central location

The location is excellent -in the centre of the pedestrianised shopping centre. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. The host is easy to contact and very helpful. This apt. is definitely the best place to stay in Marple. I was born and lived for my first twenty years in Marple.

Well Maintained in Fab Location.

Spotlessly clean, bright & airy apartment. Ideal for us 2 & our little dog. Comfy bed & well equipped kitchen. Nice little bath as well as a shower - you don't always get the option of both in self catering accomodation. In the centre of Marple near shops, pubs cafes, park & canal walks. Ideal for exploring the Peak District. Close to local bus services if you want to dump your car - free parking space right at the door of the apartment. Helpful & friendly host.

2 night stay for a family wedding a few miles away. their apartment was everything we needed for the stay.

perfectly appointed apartment, the location was superb with spark close by and lovely bars on the high street. A few miles from a wedding venue which is why we choose the Hive.

Comfortable and convenient base for Manchester

The apartment is very clean, well decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable short break. The location is good with convenient parking as well as good access to trains to Manchester. Communication with the owner was very good throughout. The cafe opposite was excellent and so was the nearby Cambodian restaurant.

We were slightly disturbed by several customers having long and loud conversations under our bedroom window after 11pm when the bar opposite closed. This only happened one night during our stay so is probably not a frequent occurrence.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful apartment - couldn't have been happier!

The property absolutely exceeded our expectations. We loved our stay, it was beautifully decorated and Jane even took the time to decorate it for our stay over Christmas and leave a little present for our little girl. It was very clean, very comfortable and conveniently located to shops and retaurants. We absolutely loved our stay here! We couldn't fault a single thing.

Location . Space in the apartment and little things like bottle of wine and chocolates left for us on arrival. Good access to shops and pubs all within walking distance

Not the apartments fault but water main burst and had to use bottled water.

a perfect place for a long weekend away

A comfy, convenient perch.

A super little flat with all the facilities we needed. A Coop supermarket is a minute away on foot, and there are fast food outlets and a great Bangladeshi restaurant within easy walking distance. Everything went smoothly and we are very likely to come back again. Parking is good, off-road and just for the flat. The location is quiet at the back and faces onto a pedestrian precinct at the front. One evening there was some noise from a bar across the road but it didn't bother us and it stopped early.

Great place to stay in Marple

The Hive provided everything we needed. It's a modern apartment that we found very comfortable and well appointed. I would definitely recommend. Jane, the host was very helpful when I left something, she sent it back to me and the communication was excellent.

Enjoyable, planning to return.

central location, with parking for two cars, a lovely community feel, cafes, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Potential to be a bit noisier in the evening at the weekend, however we didn’t experience any problems !

It was perfect

It was really cosy. Such a good location. everything was within walking distance. Had all the amenities required. The host kept in touch. Any questions were answered immediately. The beds were so comfortable.

Lovely little flat in the centre of Marple

There is a lot to like about the flat. It's nicely decorated, very clean, close to shops, parking right outside, plenty of plug sockets, basic essentials provided, and the bed is comfortable. A dog bowl, towel and treats were also provided, which I found really thoughtful. Jane was very helpful when needed.

Nothing of note... The only things I remember needing were an extra tea towel and washing up sponge.

Lovely apartment in most convenient location.

Everything was perfect for our second stay at The Hive. The appt was spotlessly clean, the bed very comfy and a nice welcome tray left which was very appreciated after a long journey. Very good communication with Jane. Highly recommended

Cosy apartment in a nice location.

Very cosy apartment in a great location over the market street of Marple. Plenty of kitchen facilities and good heating provision, as well as comfortable furniture.

The window in the bedroom overlooking the street was not very well insulated, and let a lot of noise in despite the street being pedestrianised. The internet stopped working, which is a major problem for travellers needing to check in or submit test results online. The parking is behind the apartment, and the sign to indicate the parking space is very small and at the bottom of the driveway. In the dark, it was very hard to find until I was actually on top of it. A sign near the top of the driveway would be more helpful.

Very informative owner with great communication. Most places like this have poor utensils, this one has everything you need. Very clean and felt brand new. Nice and quiet also. Will be staying again.

Cosy, comfy, compact and bijou option for a short stay in this part of the world.

The LKD space was well thought out, well equipped and comfortable for 2 people on a short break and the good choices near the location meant you could happily leave the car on the drive for a coffee, drink or meal.

Nothing really. At least nothing that we couldn’t live with for a short break.
