la comunicazione con il proprietario, presente e celere nel rispondere.
Posizione centrale e vicina ad un parcheggio.
Arrendamento moderno e completo.
la camera affittata dava sulla strada, un po' rumoroso a finestra aperta.
no aria condizionata.

Super airy spacious clean and comfortable, in perfect location. Great water pressure is shower.

The location is magnificent and we had a view of the harbor that was priceless. I did not mind at all sharing a bathroom and shower, and it was a great bonus to have a shared living area as well. The AC worked great and the bedroom was very comfortable.
The stairs up to the rooms are indeed as steep as they come, so that does make carrying a suitcase a challenge. I do wish Bonfiacio itself had a better parking situation. I think it's excessive for everyone to have to pay 25 Euros to keep your vehicle in a public parking lot.

Location was ideal and the rooms were clean
The instructions were incredibly long and difficult to decipher. It would have been easier to receive instructions for only your assigned room but instead we received it for all the rooms.
Some one also tried to aggressively open our bedroom door - we brought it up to the host who didn’t really acknowledge it. It did make the stay uncomfortable. Also we’re not allowed to eat on the property - although there’s a fully equipped kitchen. We had food we wanted to warm up for dinner but we’re not allowed to use the kitchen or eat in the space. It was bizarre. If you’re leaving from the port be mindful of steep stairs (in addition to the stairs at the bnb)
Wifi only works in common area
Overall it wasn’t a welcoming accommodation- stay only for location- don’t expect anything else

The property was in a great location. It was clean and well furnished.
The stairs up to the property are very steep. We were in a room which required us to go up a spiral staircase as well as the steep stairs that the owners described which was very awkward with bags. we ended up having to leave them in the communal area.

The apartment was very well fitted out with a very large bedroom plus a very modern kitchen and bathroom. It was located in the centre of the old town.
Coffee machine and pods were great
The street didn’t have any numbers so only recognised by a door that I had seen on the information provided.
It also had a washing machine but it wasn’t working. There was no note to say it wasn’t working.
We didn’t meet the owner.

It is a different set up with the shared facilities, but it all worked and they were clean and well set up.
The location in the old city was nice, and easy to walk from there.
The only thing I think of was there was not a lot of sound proofing so there was some noise, but this was not an issue at night.

Nothing
The apartment was invaded during night and a couple rampages through the place "there's somebody in every room" , then stomped back out! Usually the kind of aggressive, arrogant behavior that they should be arrested for, fined and maybe jailed. But, the owner, and Booking.com have no interest in even publishing these extremely serious matters or acting on them. All this will be whitewashed and never see the light of day. The owner also uses disinfectant which made the place musty so I had asthma all night.

The room is located in the high part of the city, very close from bars and restaurants. The place was very clean and even if the bathroom was shared, it was always very clean. Bed was confortable.
If you bring luggage, the stairs to get to the room can be a bit tricky, but it was fine for us.

The facilities were very nice, comfortable, and newly renovated. Even with a bit of a mix up on check in, contact with the owner was easy and we figured it out. The location was incredible and easily the best part. My husband especially liked that the shower was tall enough for him.
Eating wasn’t allowed in the apartment?! It would have been nice to make breakfast instead of waiting until 9:00 when something was open. We also didn’t know if anyone would be making use of the other room in the apartment, so it was a bit stressful coming back or going to bed and wondering if someone would be there. The stairwell and entry from the street was often cluttered with construction items and dusty.

The apartment is good, even the fact that it is shared between 2 sleeping rooms makes it okey.
There is a nice looking kitchen, but the owner took away all pots and pans, to not to allow the people to cook. We didn't understand why. We were traveling for 2 weeks and we would have been happy to be able to make our breakfast at least.

Modern, clean, in the heart of the old town

The location was in the heart of the Citidel
I loved the character of the location.
The housekeeping was excellent .
My sea view room was stunning
There was nothing too dislike
The stairs up to the room were a challenge to start with but quite manageable once you got used to them and all part of its character.

The location is right in the heart of the old town we enjoyed that. Bathroom is modern
I much prefer to leave good and happy reviews but this stay was rather disappointing. It was quite expensive, but ok its Corsica, middle of the summer, middle of the town. However when we arrived in the flat there were a few 'welcome' notes left for us. Like we can't use the kitchen under any circumstances because we only booked 1 night and if we need a coffee or tea we need to go to a cafe downstairs. Although there are facilities for that. And when you book and see photos of the kettle etc you presume that you can use this. I understand the cleaning issues but people who stay 1 night aren't going to start cooking lots of different dishes anyway and to be honest the cleaning is included in the price so theres no need to make the guests feel unwelcome and uncomfortable after they paid 275 for 1 night. Tge note also said that the flat is clean and if we leave it too dirty we will have to pay extra for cleaning. And apart from this sounding rude and very strict it as fr from being clean. Its not like me at all but as a prevention measure I took a few photos of how clean it was. The desk, drawers and under the bed weren't cleaned for ages with spider nets and tons of dust. Shower filter full of hair, and brush (i wanted to sweep dirty carpet) was full of hair and dust. Although The bed sheets were perfectly clean and ironed, surfaces clean so you get an impression that its clean until you pull out the drawer or drop something and have to look under the bed. In the kitchen we were left an old hundred of times used cloth and sponge. The kitchen cloths are like 2-3 euros for a pack so im sure for 275 euros you can spend 1 euro on things like that.
Also we were given wrong instructions like wrong name of apartment so we walked up and down trying to find a flat which was on another floor not the one that was mentioned in sms. But when we tried to call it was french only which was ok for us but can be inconvenient for someone else.

Great location, right in the city center. Clean. Two balconies.
Be aware that the stairs are extremely steep and narrow.

Huge bed, great view, super location in the old town centre.

Amazing location directly in the magic old town of Bonifacio, very clean and cozy apartment, well equipped, very nice behavior of the owner whom helped us with comfortable check-in.
Parking is tricky in Bonifacio but there are possibilities (mostly paid). Also consider there are lots of stairs to climb everywhere in Bonifacio, including also the entrance to the apartment.
4.5
The view from my room over Bonifacio harbour was great. The 1500s exterior of the building and narrow stairwell made me feel like I was stepping back in time, but the very modern, light, and really clean accommodation was a surprise and very comfortable.
The stairs/ladder, but I am pleased I was able to negotiate them with my big backpack.

The view was beautiful
The stairs up to the room

These rooms are right in the old citadel and are reached by amazing steep steps. The rooms are small but comfortable and the bathroom shared between two rooms is also small. Each room has a kettle and one room has an amazing view. It is a good place to stay for the experience of the old citadel and we were glad we stayed here.
The room on the street side was a bit noisy at times, especially in the early morning with street cleaning vehicles.

Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable. Happy with our stay and would recommend.
Communication was limited prior to arrival (no answer on telephone number), but checkin was exactly as described (we received the code number). The CCTV in corridor to bathroom felt a bit unnerving.

Lovely location right in the centre! Excellent written communication from owner. Cleaning lady was very nice and helpful. Wonderful view out of the window!
Room a bit small. Best to close the window at night - otherwise very noisy. Lots of steep stairs but we knew about that and it's really part of the charm of a genuine Bonifacian house - use both hands on the ramp and don't bring much luggage!

The location and view are extraordinary!
There are nice restaurants around.
There were no pans only a microwave.
The recommended breakfast place is not really nice.
