The house was so comfortable for all of my family. We had a great Easter weekend. The wind was so bad we stayed inside but we’re happy. Fully stocked kitchen was so helpful. The only downfall for myself was that I was on crutches and the stairs were hard but booked your house because of the different levels. I loved the animals on the wall, great touch!

Our family loved staying here. The amenities were a great addition. We all enjoyed the pool table and hot tub and the vintage vhs player with a great selection of movies! Wow! The only things I think we would recommend is adding curtains or blinds to the front and side window. We love the view but felt like everyone could see in. Also, I am not sure if the front door ever locked. My husband is a carpenter and said that the receiving door was not bored out at all to receive the lock. He has been installing doors for over 35 years...
Other than that it was a great place to stay and we would defiantly stay again! Thank you!

Loved the location, the great room with the pool table, and all of the wildlife we encountered during our stay. A few things to note is the paper towels/toilet paper/sponges etc are SUPER cheap so maybe bring your own. Also if you go in the winter know that the bedrooms will be really drafty and cold but they do have extra blankets and space heaters. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Property was as advertised. Close to everything we were planning to go (Ski Apache & Winter Park).

Location was great and the cabin was fun. Kids loved the pool table and the warm fireplace. Would stay there again. Only issues were the temperatures in the lower half (master bed/bathroom) that got pretty cold at night - could have used some extra heat/blankets. Also the master bathroom shower was pretty loose and low - I am 6' tall and had to duck to get under the water. All in all a fun trip and good accommodations.

This property was exactly as it looked on-line. Beautiful home with lots of stairs. If you're unable to climb stairs this is not the home for you. But if you're looking for comfort and fun you definitely will enjoy the Grand Elk. The kitchen had everything we needed plus. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and nice towels. Will stay again! Thanks to the owners and the cleaning staff.

The home was just as pictured. It was very clean and well stocked. The property manager left us a small gift upon arrival even with something for our pets. The communication was very easy. We had a great time. We would definitely book the Gelk again. It was very spacious for our family of 7.

The cabin was a wonderful place for us to stay we all enjoyed our stay and we were not even too bummed out about staying inside during the rainy days. We had problems with the AC when we first arrived however, it was taken care of immediately with no troubles. Also the property manager was very nice and stayed in touch with us until the Air was fixed.

The House was lovely, and everything was perfect but with our ages being in the 70's the stairs were a challenge, but we managed just fine, and it was so quiet and relaxing. Thanks so much for sharing your home :)

Really enjoyed our stay here. Nice big tv in the living room. Very spacious master bedroom. Lots of windows to enjoy the trees. Hot tub was wonderful. My wife enjoyed the pool table even though she lost every time!😂 Great location - just far enough out of town to be quiet, but close enough to be near everything. Only 10 minutes to downtown and some great restaurants.

Great family time, great location
The house is large, very clean and the kitchen is fully stocked. Bathrooms had plenty of towels! My parents came who are close to 80 and we didn’t realize the amount of stairs in the house which were hard for them. I would rent the house again if my parents were not with us. The pool table was a plus and the den was really nice.

Great stay
My husband and I and a group of our friends stayed here for the Fourth of July. It was such an amazing weekend. The house was perfect for all of us and our fur baby. It’s located in a great location and close to many amenities. A gorgeous lake and reservoir not too far away. The back yard is nice and big for lawn activities. The hot tub was a perfect add on as well. The house is fully equipped and stocked with all the things needed to prepare meals and have an amazing weekend. Such a great house for a group of friends!! Highly recommend this house for a long weekend with a group of family or friends. Didn’t have any problems besides not having the alarm code when arriving. But was able to get in contact with maintenance and put the code in.
