About this house rental

Just a stroll from Old Hunstanton beach, Bramley is an iconic single-storey property designed by the architect Robin Spence, built in 1971 and styled with a mix of contemporary fixtures and retro furnishings.

With floor to ceiling windows and skylights throughout this light and airy house has a wonderful sense of space. With its open plan living area, it is the perfect place for socialising for a family, couples or a group of friends looking for a coastal escape. Located on a private road you will find it a really peaceful place to relax after a day out on the vast sandy beach at Old Hunstanton, (only a 5-minute stroll away), or after exploring one of the many other attractions that Norfolk has to offer.

For the golfing enthusiasts, you are a walk away from the fabulous Hunstanton Golf Club with its stunning seaside Links course, and after a bracing round of golf you can satisfy your appetite and thirst at one of two local pubs or the Michelin starred restaurant (The Neptune), which are only a stone's throw away.

Modern, unusual property close to the sea
Modern, unusual property close to the sea
Bramley is an interesting choice of holiday home as it feels quite different - glass along both sides of the building though you can't easily see the sea. Excellent facilities, very good, efficient heating and lots of storage space with some cupboards hidden behind mirrors. The sofa in front of the TV was a bit too soft for my liking but otherwise the furniture was modern and comfortable. We weren't sure about it when we arrived, and booked far too late to get a welcome pack, but ended up really enjoying our stay. Given it is almost hidden between larger houses in the street it is definitely a Norfolk Hideaway.

Bramley house.
Nice place, one thing the sofa was not very good to sit on, and there for I think it was a bit over priced, 3 stars only

Lovely accommodation
Lovely accommodation
This was our second time at Bramley and we will go back again. We love the open plan living and the fact that everything is on one floor. The plot is big which means the garden at the back is a great size and is mainly grass which is ideal for our two young children to run around. The accommodation is clean and very well equipped.

Brilliant house for family holiday
Brilliant house for family holiday
Bramley is ideal for a family holiday by the sea. Absolutely loved the house. Has a fun feel. Suited us perfectly. Very comfortable and very well equipped with everything one could want. Top quality kitchen utensils, towels, bedding etc. which is rarely found in holiday rentals. Beautifully furnished and lots of extras eg. Books, games. High chair and travel cot provided. Three generations aged from 6 months to 70s had a great time. The owner very quickly resolved an issue with the hot water which previous renters had identified. Best rental we have ever had.

First stay, and will be coming back
First stay, and will be coming back
Great location, high specification property, thoroughly enjoyable stay. Not the cheapest, but worth it for the high standards. Hot air heating takes a bit of getting used to - we found that we had to adjust the thermostat regularly to keep the house just right for us, because with no radiators there is no residual heat when it goes off. But this was during a cold spell in November, and the hot air does warm the house very quickly once it kicks in, so once we'd got used to that it wasn't a problem for us.
