Todo esto no se informa antes de la reserva. Es adicional al precio cuando ya has pagado.

Værelserne var pæne og rene. Hotellet var godt placeret.
Badeværelset lugtede så meget af kloak, at vi ikke kunne bruge det, hvilket påvirkede hele oplevelsen. Der stod de havde parkering på hotellet, hvilket ikke var tilfældet.

O quarto era muito bonito e confortável e tinha um baloiço!
O horário do pequeno-almoço ao Domingo terminava às 10 da manhã. Sugerimos que, à semelhança de outros hotéis, seja alargado de forma a permitir um verdadeiro fim-de-semana.

Decoração do espaço, dos miminhos deixados, da atenção da recepcionista, do conforto do colchão.
Má insonorização - o nosso quarto ficava com as paredes para o corredor movimentado e para o espaço da porta de entrada, e se fossemos sensíveis ao barulho estes sons podiam ser intrusivos.

Apesar da decoração e conceito do quarto, o quarto em que ficamos e a casa de banho eram muito pequenos o que tornou a estadia muito desconfortável. Sem lugar para pousar e arrumar roupa. O valor da estadia não nos faria prever este desconforto.
Para além disto, tivemos durante toda a estadia um cheiro muito desagradável na casa de banho que passava para o quarto.
Não ficamos com vontade de voltar.

Rooms are lovely, unique and tastefully done. The complementary sweet wine and biscuits were a nice touch. Reception staff very friendly and professional. On site restaurant very good for dinner - great food.
No lift so the bags have to be carried up one or two flights of stairs. Parking is not close.
Area not very good and looks unsafe to walk at night. Accessibility to hotel not great.

La ubicación del Hotel es perfecta para poder pasear por Caldas. El personal es amable y muy servicial. La habitación fue muy acogedora y la cama muy cómoda. Es un lugar tranquilo e ideal para el descanso. El desayuno estuvo fantástico. Cada habitación es diferente y la idea de poner en valor a los artistas es genial.

Beautiful stylish hotel, full of ceramic art, good location. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, the chef prepared it according to your wishes.

O design do hotel é de muito bom gosto e original. A arquitetura do prédio foi mantida tanto quanto possível com alguns toques de modernidade e conforto. Os empregados foram muito simpáticos e prestaveis. O pequeno almoço era delicioso.
Ouvia-se muito o barulho dos carros na rua. Penso que as janelas não são das melhores em termos de isolamento.
O lavatório da casa de banho infelizmente emitia um cheiro desagradável.

A hospedagem possui excelente localização, bem no centro da cidade e com restaurantes, mercados e farmácia pertos. O café da manhã foi muito bom e a equipa muito educada. O quarto superou as nossas expectativas e as camas eram muito confortáveis. Fizemos também um workshop de cerâmica e tivemos momentos muito felizes em família. Nós voltariamos com certeza.

The conversion of a typical and historic building, in this boutique hotel, is very good and pleasant. My room had a view to a very nice interior courtyard. The restaurant (accessing inside the hotel), where the breakfast is served is good, as well as the breakfast itself.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Pequeno boutique hotel muito bem idealizo e confortável, com um preço um pouco elevado para o que o hotel oferece aos hospedes, que no caso, é apenas um sitio para dormir. Não existe qualquer tipo de apoio ou sequer room-service. A localização é excelente.
Não gostei do atendimento à chegada, que a entrada é feita pelo restaurante, e não foram nada atenciosos ou simpaticos. O hotel não dispoê de nenhum local onde os hospedes possam aguardar pela abertura do check-in, usar um WC ou mesmo tomar um café. Um serviço definitivamente a melhorar, se pretendem manter os preços que praticam.
Tivemos dificuldade também em perceber como ligar o duche

A localização é excelente para quem quer visitar o centro da cidade das Caldas da Rainha. O quarto é muito espaçoso e decorado com bom gosto.
O pequeno era bastante bom.
Nao gostamos de TV nao funcionar e não houve nenhuma solução proposta sendo o problema unicamente ignorado pela responsável.. O autoclismo só enchia depois de carregarmos enumeras vezes nos botões de descarga.
Estavamos num quarto duplo e a porta de um dos quartos não tinha insonorização nenhuma, às 03h30 da manhã acordámos com o barulho de um grupo que falava alto em frente ou dentro do estabelecimento, não fui confirmar.

We had a great time! The rooms were a little tight- (traveling with children) but they were each so special it was ok! Also the neighborhood is so cute that we were outside much more than inside. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was so wonderful! They even gave us a great recommendation for a pizza place a few blocks away which was delicious!

The parking was far for us (walking difficulty for family member) and the stairs, all the way to top floor was not easy for some of us. Breakfast area small and doesn’t flow efficiently ., and more stairs.

The feeling of a hotel, from the moment we walked in the door, was warm, artistic and unique! The renovated traditional Portuguese building was gorgeous! They did an amazing job with the space!
I can’t say enough about the honors and stuff! They were the friendliest and most helpful people ever! Honestly, I felt like I was visiting dear friends. They are warm and helpful and friendly! We enjoyed our daily breakfast in the restaurant and felt like it was a big family! The morning breakfast was abundant and of high quality. the staff wanted to accommodate us whenever we needed help with anything. Truly, a fantastic place!
we liked everything about the property. The only downside is that rooms on the street side, which happened to be ours, was noisy from outside traffic. As a small one-way street, at the sound of cars could be heard in our room.

All the rest. Very inconvenient room with no place for your things. Very inconvenient bad and a terrible mattress.
Lots of noise from all directions: The room above, the corridor and stairs, and the pikock in the yard. It's a nice creature but make a lot of noise that disturbs during the day. If you open the window it also stinks. We had a family apt but wasn't told the the 22nd room is separated by a balcony and has no WC of it's own. So it's actually useless. We won't stay there again.
