This is a welcoming studio condo that you will just love! Located on the beautiful island of Atlantic Beach NC. with views of the Intercoastal Waterway and direct ocean access across the street. This condo is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy some time off from work, make family memories or just relax. This condo is near many great seafood restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, specialty shops, parks and many local attractions you will want to visit. Take a tour on the water taxi to many of the islands that are local favorites or go on a fishing trip on one of the many fishing boats in the area and cook your bounty on one of the grills. Lay by the pool or enjoy a day at the beach. So many wonderful and exciting things to do. Once you stay here you will want to come back time and time again!

Overall everything was fine. I love the location and the pool area is really nice as well is the access to the beach. the room could have had more hanging racks for towels and clothes. the tub is not accessible for someone older to get in and out of. nothing to hold on to and a deep step in and out of tub. I took my sister who is 80 and she had difficulties with this. loved the location of the room.

Had a great time but was not aware you had to bring your own extra towels and toilet paper or paper towels. We stayed 7 days and 2 of each for 4 people. The bathtub stopped up but did go down after the shower. The pool was great. Loved it. The beach was awesome too. That’s what I went for anyway. Also stated there was a coin laundry. It’s not on the property you drive back over the bridge to a laundry mat. Other than that it was great

I stayed here with my daughter and granddaughter. We stayed here last year and really enjoyed it so we came back this year. It is such a great little place. My granddaughter loved the pool and the short walk over to the beach. We can't wait to come back next summer.

The stay was okay but we was not providing any towels or any supplies that we needed. The drains in the shower and kitchen sink would not drain properly.

The location was great, the size was perfect , the pool was very clean but we saw roaches in the first 5 minutes. The bathtub drain wouldn’t drain well while showering ,almost overflowed.

Summer vacation—2022
We had a wonderful time. Everything we needed was right there. The room was fully furnished with all the items we needed for our time. Our grandson and his parents enjoyed the pool. Our son enjoyed it because he was able to carry his boat and keep it on the property. Will be back.

Highly Recommend
This is our 4th year staying at this location and our first time at this particular unit. Elaine was wonderful to work with from beginning to end and I would highly recommend staying here. The unit was beautiful and close to everything you need for your stay. Even though we were welcomed with a tropical storm, we had a wonderful time. We hope to return again.

Small, close to beach
Overall this property was okay! Perfect location. Great swimming pool. The beach was literally across the street and was so nice and quiet!!
Wasn’t the cleanest upon check in, though wasn’t terrible. Just needed a good deep clean I think.
Biggest complaint was the mattresses that squeak if you get in bed/roll over and are hard as a rock. Even my 7 year old said his back hurt. Also the shower was pretty horribleness. The drain doesn’t drain well at all and the water pressure is insane. Most uncomfortable shower I think I’ve ever experienced.
It was okay for a short stay, I don’t think I could stay here longer than 3 days.

Not what I was expecting.
The price shown online was not even close to the actual price upon check out. The pictures made the space look much bigger. Not worth anywhere near the price per night. Would have been ok at the posted price but I never like seeing roaches where I am staying while paying the price of a 4 star hotel.

Conveniently located along Atlantic Beach! Spectacular sound side views, boat launch (for a fee), HUGE outdoor green space, grills, and more. Room was clean and spacious. Made friends with Wes the property manger…great guy. Cooked a Boston butt near the water and ended up feeding half of the complex haha Such a fun place! Thanks!

Girls weekend - had lots of fun - perfect location
Great place to stay. Everything is as stated. Very nice pool, soundside view is beautiful, beach is right across the street. Close to everything you need. Very quiet while we were there. Owner is quick to respond and very helpful. Would definitely love to go back. We highly recommend this unit.

This was a perfect location for our family of 4! The condo was clean, the pool was recently redone, and has a wonderful community. You couldn’t ask for better access to the beach, being right across the street. Communication with the owners was FABULOUS!!!

Great place; Close to everything.
This little condo was a great place for my husband and I to stay. We were in town for a friend's baby shower, and it served our needs for a place to sleep at night. That being said, the beds were pretty uncomfortable. They weren't intolerable, but just not comfortable. There was a lot of sand on the floor, but that's pretty much expected while staying at the beach. We weren't bothered by it, just noticed it.
The host was very responsive after having an issue with our keys. Nothing serious, just a mishap by the previous occupants.
Behind the building is a large yard area with swings, picnic tables, and a wonderful view of the sound. If there isn't too many people around, it's a great place to relax and watch the sunset.
Overall, this was a great place to stay. It's close to everything in AB or Emerald Isle (just a short drive down the island). It was clean (besides the sand) and had linens provided, which is a plus.
I'd definitely recommend it!

Charming Condo at Bogue Shore
My daughter and I stayed at this lovely condo 5/21 - 5/23 to attend a swim meet in Morehead City. The condo is small but clean and accurately depicted in the pictures. It's a perfect place for 2 or even a family of 4. The beach access is a right across the road. The pool is very nice and quite large for this property. The property manager, Wesley, was extremely helpful and kind during our stay. The owner Elaine was also helpful and responsive as she responded within 30 minutes regarding a check in question. I will definitely stay here again.

Amazing gem
This little condo is simply adorable and we loved it there so much. It’s right across the street from the beach and has an amazing pool and sound access. Easy access to the causeway, public parks, Beaufort and Emerald Isle as well. It was clean and ready on time. We have zero complaints and have already asked to book again next year. Owner is very responsive and kind. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

Well my stay started bad when after 30 min. trying to get a code for the door, some kind neighbors called the property manager and they gave me the code. after that, I was in for more disappointments, I was told to unplug WiFi and wait. They did not have the password so this did nothing. I went to the bathroom, no toilet paper, a partially used tube of conditioner with an unknown brown substance on the tube, no shampoo, no soap for the shower, the faucets were layered with water/soap scum (but there were two large toilet plungers in the room!!) I then walked back to the main room and noticed the blinds closer was broken laying on the floor, I went to install to close the blinds and saw the cheap particle board over the door that they did not even paint the edges causing it to swell and look VERY tacky. As I said, the property manager had to give me the combination to the door, the also ask that I empty the trash and do the dishes prior to leaving. As I left, I finally found one trash bin that was overflowing with garbage by the boat ramp. (I thought about this as I drove to purchase my TP and soaps,)On a brighter side, the owner of the unit did try to communicate with me and after telling them of the situation, they refunded the cleaning fee. I felt she was making an effort to make things better however she was obviously a remote owner and not inspecting the property. As I look at my bill, the original price was fair but when you add the housekeeping fee, the Linen fee, service fee & lodging tax, the total was well over double the advertised cost and in no way was my experience worth that (again even with cleaning fee refunded as linen fee was 63% again of cleaning fee)I was very disappointed and would not consider going back.

Perfect getaway!
Love staying here! Room was clean and had everything we needed. Pool is large and clean and there’s only a short walk across the street to the beach. Perfect place for couples and families. Will stay here again for sure!

The property is exactly as stated in the pictures. The beach is less than 50 yards from the property. The grounds manager Wesley was very helpful and provided a lot of good food recommendations. Will book another stay here real soon. Owner was very fast in responding. Great stay and I am happy I booked here.

I was originally supposed to stay in July. However due to unforeseen circumstances, concerning Covid, the party I was supposed to be with was put on quarantine., The day before my arrival. I contacted The owner explained my circumstances. She worked with me did not charge me my cancellation fee or anything like that and was so super understanding. I worked out a date which was this past weekend August 7 -9, 2020. The room and the property were exactly as described. We had an awesome time and will definitely be renting again.
