The house was well-equipped with everything you need. One of the A/C units was broken during our stay, but the rest of the house was still very comfortable. The layout is bizarre—each space is essentially disconnected from the others—but the location is great, and the house itself would be perfect for two couples.

This trip was just what my wife and I needed. The place was perfect! We enjoyed the peaceful patio and pool, walked into town, saw wild horses, and we definitely enjoyed the relaxed, easy going island life. If you are looking for a nice place to relax and take a few steps back to enjoy life, this is the place!

We were very impressed with this property! Website description doesn’t do it justice - excellent location - the house was very clean - linens are very good quality and it had everything that we needed such as beach towels, chairs, portable umbrella. The kitchen also had everything needed. The view was incredible! I can’t wait to stay again!

Beautiful home and location
My boyfriend and I stayed at this property for 5 nights last week. Although the house is strangely laid out, it's a beautiful property. We especially enjoyed the multiple levels of balconies/deck areas as well as the private pool. There are 3 separate housing areas - living/dining, bedroom/bathroom, and second bedroom/bathroom. All are separate from each other. This wasn't really a problem although it was inconvenient when raining/storming. It is perfect for 2 couples staying together because each has privacy. Probably not so good with kids.
There are a lot of roosters in the neighborhood which, when combined with the ferry noise, made sleeping difficult. I'm sure it's something most people get used to but we didn't feel rested even sleeping with ear plugs.
I would definitely stay at this property again. The location is convenient to everything in Isabel II, getting to Esperanza, as well as the beaches, the management is easy to work with, and the house is very well maintained.

Very Relaxing
This was a very nice and calming vacation property just outside of downtown Isabel Segunda. Walkable to everything Isabel Segunda had to offer. The beach outside the property had quite the surprising array of sea life, from sting rays to 4-foot long fishies to coral and all sorts of other colorful little fishies. When my group of four decided to cook our first meal "at home", I was quite surprised by the All Clad pans! It was so easy to relax at this place and just take in everything Vieques had to offer.

Quaint house on the beach
Overall, loved it! Property managers super nice and helpful. Probably better for two couples as opposed to families with children. Rooms all separate from main living area. But has everything you need!

We had a great time
Two weeks before we came here I had never even heard of Vieques! We booked this vacation on a whim and boy were we happy! The house was overlooking the water. The house has an interesting layout in that you have to walk outside (although you are inside your walled-in property) to go to the bedrooms from the kitchen/den. Although it was small we were very happy to have our own pool. If you are looking for a cookie cutter vacation in the typical hotel with beach access and piña colada‘s all day this is not the location for you. We were in the town of Isabella Segundo and we felt like we got a nice taste of the local flavor. The house is located right near the ferry and many of the downtown amenities such as stores and restaurants. The house also has private access to its own beach! Overall we were very happy and hope to come back!

Amazing. Clean. Professional and special
This place is amazing. The Bravosboyz left nothing to chance. They facilitated our arrival. The house was PEEFECT. Loved swing the ferry. Spent hours in the 12x12 pool house had great separation for privacy and all the things you wanted for cooking. We got fresh fish from the pier down the beach at 11 several days in a row and cooked delicious food nightly. The town was safe quiet (minus roosters ) which while they woke us up really did not cause issues. We had ear plugs. This was the nicest house I have stayed at. Highly recommend this house and group.

Perfect Location
We enjoyed our stay at Seaside. The location is perfect. Great Restaurants in town. We got used to all the early morning roosters after a few days. Had trouble figuring out light switches - which switch turned on which light??? Other than that, lovely villa.

Slice of Paradise
My husband and I had a wonderful time on the island of Vieques. We really enjoyed our rental Isabel Il. The house is extremely convenient to the Ferry and the views from the house are just beautiful! We did not find the locals to be very friendly and we had no luck with fresh fish from the market down the road. If you are looking to do nothing ….this is the island to go to. The beaches are gorgeous, and very secluded which we loved. I would suggest renting a golf cart over a jeep. You get the vibe of rhe island and it is open air. There is no hammock on the property, as advertised, which I was disappointed in. The pool was perfect for us, but do not expect a grand view of the water if you are using it. The Bravo Boyz were fantastic! We had a small issue with the pool and they were there in 30 minutes and followed up the following morning with a visit. The property was a bit more run down than advertised in the pictures, but it was perfect for my honey and I. We will definitely visit the island again!

Fabulous !
The Villa sits right on the water and surrounded by a reef. Few doors down is the fresh seafood market where we bought live lobster. Also conveniently located is the ferry however we used an auto rental arranged by Diego our property manager. The staff was beyond accommodating as Thom met us at Cape Air and drove us to our villa. The following day our rental car was delivered to the villa. Our stay was 8 days and all week, Diego and Thom were so helpful as we had questions about local activities and locations. Must see : bio luminescent bay evening kayak excursion on a moonless night! Fantastic snorkeling all around although the area around the villa has strong currents, I recommend going further south . Vieques is charming and the locals are very friendly! Much more relaxing and serene vs the hustle and bustle of San Juan. I can’t say enough about Bravos Boyz and how much we loved the villa as well as the floor plan. We plan to book again! The house has been thoughtfully designed and great artistic features. Even the beds were cozy with premium linens! You won’t regret booking this jewel on a little hidden piece of paradise!

Great house and management
House was great and the managers were very responsive and proactive. Location by ferry is convenient but a bit noisy. View is gorgeous. Be prepared for the wandering island chickens that make a racket at all hours.

Beautiful secluded beaches with free range horses. A very unique island experience!
Bravos Boyz were great to work with. Good communication and worked with us changing our dates after the hurricanes hit. So glad we did not cancel our reservation. We wanted to help support Vieques Island tourism. The house has a beautiful view of the water. The sunsets were amazing. We walked to town for meals as it was so close and convenient. The home was comfortable with nice Island decorating touches throughout. The washer and dryer were a big asset. Personally I enjoyed the cats. I already miss them ! The roosters....not so much. They wake you up quite early but that is part of the charm of the house and location. Just bring ear plugs and turn on your a/c in the bedrooms. You are very close to the ferry which is very convenient if you ferry in. We flew in but might consider the ferry on the next trip if we return. Bravos Boyz and all living on this little piece of paradise have worked so hard. What a comeback ! Go visit ! Beaches are beautiful and secluded. The free range horses on the island were amazing. And many great restaurants to choose from.

Stunning views- perfect seaside location to enjoy the beauty of this quaint island!
We loved staying in this beautiful home right on the ocean. Waking up and ending the day with this beautiful view was spectacular. The kitchen was beautiful with an awesome rustic table and was thoughtfully well stocked. Any type of appliance, utensils, and plenty of needed supplies were available. The Living room had plenty of seating and the stunning ocean view with doors that open to a porch. Bedrooms have comfortable beds with high quality linens. Bathrooms have modern shower, sinks and nice tile .There was AC if needed and ceiling fans. Having the washer and dryer was such a plus. WiFi and TV options for staying connected with the news if needed. Outside, there was plenty of sun or shade, comfortable lounge chairs, table, chairs and umbrella. We used the gas grill when we decided to eat in. The pool although not large was spacious enough to cool off after a hot day. We loved the location, walking distance to town with restaurants, bars and grocery stores. We enjoyed eating at Canuco, Coqui Fire, Having a few drinks at Al’s, shopping at Buen Provencho ( gourmet grocery store), Morales ( tradition grocery store), Funky Beehive – clothing and gifts as well as at Pete’s New York Deli. The get to the beaches you will need a car or a taxi – our favorite beach was La Chiva! The house has a large cooler, great beach chairs, and beach towels. Restaurants and Bars in Esperanza were wonderful! Some we visited were; El Block, Quenepo, Duffy,s, Lazy Jacks all on El Malecon! What and awesome vacation – we will definitely go back to Seaside!

Not so STUNNING
My boyfriend and I were so excited to go on this trip together, we haven't gone on a great vacation anywhere in the 3 years of our relationship. I asked all kinds of questions about this place and thought it was going to be a fabulous trip, especially a romantic one. One thing that we noticed right away was the so called VIEW from the bed looking out over the pool into the sea.... DOES NOT EXSIST!!!!! please do NOT be fooled, we were so disappointed because trees have grown over the entire view from the bed and the pool area. even from the view from the bbq area. we asked if they would kindly trim them seeing we paid so much for 10 days. they declined. the dishwasher was broken, the washing machine floods the laundry area and the master bed (the one w so called Water views) has got PEE stains ALL over it. as did the pillows, gross!!!!~!we tried and tried to get a member of mngmt. to give us a partial refund or something, but they just got a little rude. The jeep we rented from Bravos Boyz was awful, we got there and had changed jeeps 3x within 4 hrs. they all had something majorly wrong with them. The nicest person was Rachel, the girl that picks you up from the airport, I felt sorry for her. She was trying to help, but no such luck w mngmt. In my opinion, the Bravos Boyz care greatly about getting bookings and your money, but once they have it, your out of luck if you need anything else. I'm just so upset because one should be able to trust the pictures on the site, especially when you ask about it. FAIR WARNING..... IT is NOT the Romantic setting the pictures show~

Stunning views, convenient location
We spent a wonderful week relaxing at this awesome villa. It is located just on the outskirts of isabel II. We found the location very convenient for walking to restaurants and shops and just minutes from the beaches. The house was very comfortable and tastefully appointed. The kitchen had good quality pots, knives, dishes and table wear - you can tell a lot thought went into the kitchen. The beds are amoung the most comfortable I have slept on anywhere and we travel a lot. The linens are luxurious high quality bedding and towels. The plunge pool is small but very refreashing - the perfect thing for an evening dip after being at the beach. Bravos Boyz were a breeze to deal with for arrival and departure and Alberto is a doll! I would definitely stay here on our next visit to this beautiful island.

Seaside Siesta
My husband and I stayed here with another couple and we really had the best time! We loved the house and the way the rooms are set up gave us such a sense of privacy. The little pool was perfect and when we weren't at the beaches snorkeling we were hanging out there. I loved the house kitty so much that I entertained the idea of smuggling her back to Los Angeles! Walking into town was easy and there's lots of great restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Vacation on Vieques
The house was fabulous, beautiful views of the ocean. The resident house cat made us feel very welcomed. He was very well behaved, clean, and friendly. We enjoyed sharing our week with him.
The area restaurants were fabulous as well - Mamasonga's - great view of the town from the roof deck and excellent, delicious food with exceptional friendly staff!
Be aware of the horse population if as you drive around the island. They are everywhere!
We will be returning to Seaside and Vieques!

Simply Awesome
This place is simply awesome. The house sits right on the water overlooking the harbor. The view is amazing at sunset! The patio and pool are great for relaxing and soaking up the beauty of the island. The house is really interesting and seems much bigger because of its open design.
My wife and I loved this place and the privacy that it provided. The small dipping pool was a huge plus! We loved having our own private pool, and the pool area is really set up perfectly for just hanging out and relaxing. Again the view is amazing!
A huge plus about this place is that it is so close to the local fish market. We bought fish and lobster while we were there, and were able to use the grill that was provided at the house. The grill area is really neat as well with outdoor furniture so you can hang out while grilling.
The kitchen and living room are beautiful, comfortable, and have glass doors that look out over the bay. This area quickly felt like home to us, and we enjoyed spending time in this part of the house. When we wanted to beat the heat we came to this area and closed the windows and turned on the AC. It worked great and cooled off quickly. The TV also worked great, and it was nice to watch a little football in the AC. The room is also great because you can open all the windows, and the fans really make it comfortable when it's not too hot outside.
Everything in the house was great. The house was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets and towels were nice and clean. The house was very comfortable and very clean. The kitchen was well furnished with everything we needed for cooking dinner. Also there was a coffee maker, and the local coffee I bought was really great.
The house is in walking distance to restaurants and several convenient stores. We actually stayed during the slow season so there were several restaurants that were not open, but we never had trouble finding a place to eat.
We rented a Jeep for a few days to explore the island. Definitely do this if you can. There are so many awesome secluded beaches to check out! Also it is a short drive to Esperanza, which is a town on the other side of the island. There you will find more restaurants because it is the touristy part of the island. This island is very unique and very beautiful.
We recommend checking out Vieques and also staying at Seaside. It was an unforgettable and awesome experience.

Perfect Romantic Getaway
Saw a Travel Channel program on Vieques and decided we needed a romantic getaway and Vieques looked like the place. We have toured the main island and this turned into a great Idea! I did a lot of research and we decided to splurge a little and the Seaside was perfect. Laura picked us up at the airport and walked us thru the home; she is great! The pictures don't really give it justice. We throughly enjoyed the dipping pool outside the master bedroom, and the gas grill. The grill area has its own seperate sitting area and sink, coupled with another excellent view of the harbor. The owner must be a foodie, as the cookware is AllClad (we have at home) which we have never seen in any other rental. However, as with all rentals the cutlery was badly in need of sharpening. Not a problem for us as we always bring our own. The constant breeze and ceiling fans were enough so that we did not use the AC. Misquitos and no-see-ums must be guarded against. The early morning ferry horns just tell you that you have two more hours to sleep. (:>) There are quite a few stairs, so the physically challenged migh have trouble. The only negative: the Homeaway advertisement reflects two kayaks included in the package, however, they were locked up in the pool equipment house and not available for use. We ask Laura about this and she was not aware of the kayaks. I mention this as the kayaks were central to our decision to rent the Seaside. Not to worry, we took tours instead. We had a great time here and would recommend to anyone. Do got to Al's, and buy your lobsters down the street at the fish market. A car is not necessary, but nice to have. Driving the island is easy. This property is great for a small family or two couples, but fantastic for a romantic twosome! Larry & Kelly, Georgetown, Texas

Gorgeous home on the water
My husband and I stayed in this beautiful home with another couple and there was plenty of privacy for both couples and still a large kitchen, dining and living room area where we could all congregate. We took nightly dips in the pool and made great use of the kayaks - which were easy to take right into the water from the home. This house is perfect for two couples or for a family of 4 and I would return in a heartbeat. The house was pristine, the kitchen had everything we needed when we opted to buy fresh seafood from the fisherman coming in and cook at home, the beds were very comfortable and we were within walking distance to many restaurants in downtown Isabel II.
Would highly recommend!

Beautiful spot on the water
One of our most relaxing vacations ever. We enjoyed all the different outside seating areas - watching the water and the amazing sunsets! Appreciated being close enough to walk into town for drinks and dinner but inside the property was private, and we definitely felt away from it all. Comfortable bed, great kitchen, and fun dipping pool. We've already booked our reservation to go back next year!
