A wonderful house with everything provided for an amazing stay. The swimming pool, boule pitch, table tennis were all used daily. The beautiful garden provided both sunny and shaded areas. We used the BBQ twice and the kitchens provided everything you needed to cook a gourmet meal!! The supermarkets were close by and an amazing boulangerie just down the road ( we took advantage of the buy 3 get one free!!) The house was in an ideal position to visit all the beautiful areas around the Dordogne and Vezere. The host Anna wss very helpful and left some tasty goodies. We would certainly recommend this amazing house.

Our family group of 13 really enjoyed our stay. The property is spacious and clean and has all the equipment you could possibly want. The pool and facilities were excellent and the location so close to Sarlat was amazing. Our hosts were really friendly and helpful. If we could have changed just a couple of small things it would be to have rooms fans available for the hottest nights and to have a connecting staircase between the 2 parts of the property. Neither of these was enought to stop us thoroughly enjoying our stay and we would gladly return

Superb house split into two separate parts. Catered easily for three families, and the pool especially was excellent. We had all the facilities and equipment we could ask for, and the owners added some lovely personal touches of their own. Would highly recommend.

Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame hosts. Ana heeft een hart voor kinderen. Beide echtelieden zeer toegewijd om het voor hun gasten zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. Prachtige eigendom met hyper complete uitrusting op alle vlak: zeer ruime en comfortabele dubbelwoonst met 7 echte kamers en dus zeer geschikt voor grote families. Groot zwembad en voldoende parkeergelegenheid en alles zeer netjes en proper: hygiëne 10 op 10.

Geweldige combinatie van twee woongedeelten met een lekker zwembad, een prachtige tuin en verder alles wat je maar nodig hebt. Voor de kinderen een kleine trampoline, zwembadbeveiliging, een basketbalplaatsje, tafelvoetbal etc. Ruim huis met prima terras. De gastvrije ontvangst met wijn, water, brood en chocolaatjes was fijn, evenals het ontbijt voor de deur op de eerste ochtend. We hebben echt een topweek gehad!

Excellent accueil. Rapport qualité prix au top. Ce gîte est beau et du propreté irréprochable lors de notre arrivée avec en prime pâté, bouteille de vin, œuf des poules de la propriétaire . Une attention particulière le premier matin avec viennoiseries et pain. Magnifique maison au calme, et pourtant à quelques minutes en voiture du centre de Sarlat avec plusieurs supermarchés et zone commerciale en bas de la route. L'agencement, le mobilier, la déco, les couleurs… tout est soigné et de très bon goût. Accueil très chaleureux, cadeaux de bienvenue à notre arrivée. Les chambres sont grandes et agréables, beaucoup de rangements, les espaces de vie sont spacieux, deux grandes cuisines bien équipées et conviviales donnant sur les séjours respectifs, agréables terrasses et magnifique terrain avec piscine… même si nous n’avons pas profité de l’extérieur compte tenu de la météo capricieuse de novembre. L'intérieur et l'extérieur sont parfaitement entretenus, et qu’il s’agisse des chambres, des pièces de vie ou des sanitaires, tout était d’une propreté absolument irréprochable. Merci encore !

Two lovely properties perfect for families

Two lovely properties perfect for families

Very well presented properties (two in one villa) with comfortable beds, hot showers and deep baths plus a warm and clean pool. Fantastic facilities for kids with a table tennis table, table football, swings set, trampoline, etc. There is also a baby bath, various travel cots and toys for babies. Anna was a fabulous host - she was warm and welcoming and left us some home grown and local produce to get us started. The pool was cleaned every morning before we woke so it was beautifully clean and fresh every day. There is a pool alarm in case you’re worried about taking young kids. The villa is on 3 levels with the bottom property opening onto the back garden and comprising three double bedrooms, one bathroom, one loo and an open plan kitchen / diner / sitting room and a separate utility / storage room all on one level. Upstairs is a two storey property accessed via a front door with an open plan living area and kitchen. On the same floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the top floor there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom. The villa is located on a cup de sac just off the route du bugue, at the bottom of which is a supermarket and petrol station (10 mins walk but the road doesn’t have a pavement). You can walk into sarlat in about 30 mins up and down the hilly route de la lignee just opposite the property. We would definitely stay again - everything at the villa was beautifully set up for a family holiday. Sarlat is full of character, bustle, local fare, tourist stalls etc and there is so much to see and do locally. Tree top rope courses, zip wires, chateaux, canoe & bike hire, zoos, etc just to mention a few. The weather was super hot while we were there (about 35 degrees C) and the only suggestion I would make would be to have a fan available in each room. We were sweltering at night!

An absolutely beautiful property in Sarlat perfect for our family holiday in the Dordogne. Perfectly situated just about within walking distance of the town of Sarlat and close to supermarkets. The property is beautifully maintained both inside and out with plenty of spacious rooms and all the facilities and utensils you could require. Brilliant and prompt communication from Anna Alves made the organisation and booking process a breeze. I cannot recommend highly enough. If you are looking for somewhere in the Dordogne for a family holiday then give this property serious consideration.

Nous avons été enchantés de nos 9 jours passés dans cette jolie maison. Excellent accueil de mme Alvès. La maison est comme neuve, extrêmement bien entretenue. Elle est située dans un cadre magnifique et très proche des supermarchés et à 2 km du centre-ville de Sarlat. Hyper tranquille. A la Toussaint, nos enfants ont profité de la piscine chauffée. Un bonheur.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle maison et avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui sont charmants ! La maison est d une propreté irréprochable et très bien équipée. Location idéale pour le repos avec un cadre de verdure très agréable comme pour les personnes souhaitant plus d activité grâce à la proximité avec Sarlat et sites à visiter. Nous recommandons donc sans hésiter !!!

Wij waren in het huis met 10 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Het was een heerlijke vakantie! Het huis biedt alles wat nodig is. Het is groot genoeg om ondanks het groot aantal personen, zich te kunnen afzonderen als men er behoefte aan heeft. Het is heel mooi en functioneel bemeubeld, heel goed onderhouden en netjes. het zwembad wordt dagelijks gereinigd. De eigenares had een verrassing voor haar gasten bij aankomst. Zij is zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam, geeft uitleg over de bezienswaardigheden en is steeds bereikbaar. Deze vakantiewoning is echt een aanrader, de werkelijkheid overtreft de foto's op de site. Familie uit België.

Accueil de Mme Alvès très chaleureux. Des prestations de très grande qualité "haut de gamme", grandes pièces et tout le confort en double et d'une propreté irréprochable. Un environnement très bien entretenu, piscine nettoyée tous les jours et plein de petites attentions agréables de la propriétaire. Nous étions 10 personnes dans un très grand espace, et avons passé de très agréables vacances avec le soleil. De nombreuses sorties ont été faites, gouffre de Padirac, Lascaux, Gabares sur la Dordogne, maison forte de Reignac (à recommander), les grottes du roc de Cazelle, les villes de Domme et Rocamadour, l'abbaye de Saint-Armand, chocolaterie Bovetti de Terrasson et le marché de Sarlat. Dégustation de foie gras et champagne rosé par la propriétaire. Nous recommandons cette location inoubliable.
