About this apartment rental

This beautifully presented heritage listed cottage is located in the center of Geraldton . The cottage has been recently renovated and offers a totally new kitchen and bathroom along with quality furnishings throughout. Booking includes complimentary photography coffee table book by the host valued at $30.

A two bedroom, one bathroom fully self contained cottage. One bedroom has a king sized bed and the other has a queen bed. There is a large single trundle bed as well as a large single folder bed which can go in any of the rooms. Lounge with TV & DVD, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, shower, toilet, enclosed outdoor living area with BBQ & front veranda. Airconditioning in living areas & fans in living room & bedrooms. Free high speed Wi-Fi.

All of the house is accessible.

The cottage is self book-in type accommodation. Upon payment I will provide you with a code for the lock box which contains the keys. I am always available via phone & live just a few minutes away so if you need me I can be at the cottage very quickly. I am happy to provide you with any information that you may require.

The cottage is located in the center of Geraldton & is within easy walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, visitor center & many more attractions that Geraldton has to offer.

There are two free parking spaces available at the back of the cottage. You probably wont need your car too much as everything is within walking distance.
The cottage is suitable for families with several different bed configurations available. Guests are expected to leave the cottage clean & tidy and we kindly ask that prior to leaving you clean and put away any dishes and kitchenware used and place any used towels in the bathroom. Smoking is not permitted.

We had a lovely time - good location. Very comfortable cottage - would love to come again. However, couldn’t open the back doors from outside with the keys - only the front door. The gate bolts were also very difficult and the bolts on the back doors. They need replacing.

Very quiet spot - no noise whatsoever. Kept very clean throughout. Basic bathroom but clean and fresh. Comfortable beds & clean linen. Secure. Walking distance to shops and foreshore. Not much else around as directly opposite school. Thanks for making our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend if looking for a quiet place.

This is a lovely terrace house with good parking and secure front and back yards. Easy walk to cafes; Flow, Fleur, Quiet Life etc, and even closer to Woolies, BWS, Aldi

The cottage was well represented online and upon arrival there were no surprises. It was presented very nicely upon arrival and prooved to be located in a wonderful spot making it easy to get around Geraldton for meals, sight seeing and visiting family. The property owner was very easy to contact and communication was prompt. Over all we had a lovely stay.

We really enjoyed our stay - the house was as advertised and had everything we needed. The area is very quiet so we could get good, relaxing sleep. It is located quite central, only 300 m from the Cathedral so we could walk to the foreshore and to the shops and restaurants in that area.

We stayed here as a family of 4 and loved the location in town and the charm of the cottage (with high ceilings). The beautiful Geraldton cathedral is a 2min stroll & the foreshore is an only a 5 min walk away. The owners had left little extras that made it easy to be there for a few days (laundry detergent, cooking staples etc). The 2nd room has a queen & a single & is a good sized room so was fine for our kids to share & still have space. A great stay in a historic part of Geraldton.

The accomodation had a lot of character, it is beautifully presented. A lot of effort has been made to make guests feel at home. Everything was clearly explained and everything we needed and more was available. As a mother travelling with her children it was nice and safe and hassle free.

We loved our stay at Geraldton City Stay Cottage. Location was great - very central and also quiet. Cottage is federation style, spacious and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed. We did have a few hot days and cottage stayed cool - there is aircon but did not need to use. Well equiped kitchen with bench seating plus a dining and bbq area in breezeway. We would definitely stay again.

Beautifully decorated old cottage, everything you could want. Quiet, most comfortable bed I have ever slept in ever (in main brm) fabulous location and personal greeting and other touches show this is more than a business, this is a love. I will definitely stay again.

Charming old house with high ceilings, nice enclosed outdoor seating, plenty of DVDs and boardgames to keep kids happy. A nespresso machine and complimentary capsules kept me very happy in the mornings. Lovely photography by host Debra. Good location, easy parking, short walk to town centre and foreshore.
