We rented the second floor apartment, which is bigger. So it was nice to have the space. Matteo, the host is great! It's in a good location, not great but it's ok to get to very nice beaches and the main town. Definitely need a car though. Beautiful apartment.
We didn't love the area. It's very suburban. It says ocean view, but on the 2nd floor, it's a stretch to say this. You can not see the sea from the second floor. The apartment is big, but for the price, we were much happier at our 2nd apartment that had a clear ocean view and was 1/3 the price.

I needed a few days of rest for myself and that's exactly what I got. 2 rooms with balcony & view over the large garden and behind it you can see the sea. In a few steps you are at the water and if you feel like walking, like I do, you find yourself in beautiful nature and quiet swimming spots. It was still super warm at the end of October.
The flat was comfortable and very tastefully furnished - the bathroom even had a rain shower ;)
Matteo is a friendly host who gave me lots of tips and was always available when I had questions.
See you next time, Matteo. Thank you for everything!

communication was perfect, very helpfull host, size of the apartment, kitchen facilities, new renovated, terrace and parking on the area.
furniture style does not fit together. some old stuff and the new renovated rooms are different.
you can not reach a lot by feet. just one restaurant.
the beach is a high frequented dog area and if u want to swim u have no good entry. but that does not mean the apartment was bad. we would love to stay again.

we had a great time. Matteo was very attentive and provided us with information about the most beautiful beaches, restaurants and shops. The best part was the furnished sea view balcony. Have a relaxed breakfast in the morning and enjoy the tranquility of the large garden in the evening. fantastic! Very clear recommendation!

Fantastic villa located close to Cagliari and a short drive to the south-east beaches of Sardegna. Fully-equipped, modern apartment in a peaceful neighborhood, meters away from the sea. Phenomenal surroundings, garden and sea view from the balcony.

We’ve had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s for a full week. Our apartment was one of the two at the top floor, it was sparkling clean, spacious and airy, and featured everything one might need. It had a wonderful large terrace facing the sea, perfect for breakfast, dinner and reading. The terrace opens towards a beautiful large garden where you can watch and listen to swallows playing around. The villa is located in a really quiet neighbourhood about one minute from the sea, but if you’re really picky about your beaches, Cagliari is about 15 minutes away drive and in the other direction towards Villasimius there are numerous beaches, one more beautiful than another. The location is perfect for exploring everything on the coast line and the drive is spectacular. There are supermarkets in each direction only a few minutes driving and there is even one within walking distance about 10 minutes away. Matteo is a wonderful host and he literally breathes life into his property. We would happily stay there again. Thank you, Matteo. We will be back!
