We could not be happier with our 2-month stay at Daniel's house. Dan and his wife take great care of their property and answered (via text) any questions we had almost immediately. The house was spotless and the layout was perfect for our needs with a good-sized master bedroom with bathroom (very comfy bed!) and plenty of storage in all closets. This was our third stay in the Sarasota area and while a bit distant to the downtown area it's still easy to get where you want to go. The neighborhood is very quiet, probably because the road is essentially an elongated horseshoe shape, which means it is not used as a short cut from one part of Sarasota to another. Neighbors seemed very friendly based on the limited interaction we had. One very small annoyance is the house on one side is the home of two dogs that seem to enjoy loudly proclaiming their ownership of not just their property but also this one. Their property is fenced thank goodness and the dog's owners are good about not leaving the dogs outside for very long. But this is truly a very minor complaint! We would stay in this house again in a heartbeat but have opted for a house closer to the center of Sarasota for next year. If you're looking for a place in Sarasota that will be large enough to handle occasional visitors (3 bedrooms, 2 full baths) but is small enough to remain affordable - and you don't have a need or desire to be directly on a beach - you absolutely cannot go wrong booking this house!

the living room . King size bed in the master bedroom , and a large fenced yard for our little dog. Above all , it was very clean.

Bad
Bad location, smelly house, no disposal in the sink, showers suck no water pressure, no cold water, bugs all over house, uncomfortable beds, overall horrible stay.

Great location near Siesta Key with everything that your family needs!
A great house with everything that your family needs for a stay! They have a good set of cooking pots/pans, dishes, utensils, and provided dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, etc. The house was very clean, everything smelled freshly-laundered, and the Wifi worked great. They had tons of things for the beach, too. It really felt like we were home with everything that we needed. If we are ever in Sarasota again, this is where we are staying!

Good Sarasota Getaway
This stay was great for me and my family. We got to enjoy some Spring Training Baseball and the beach with this location. Overall, this place is a great stay. There are some plumbing issues, so be prepared to use the plunger. Make sure you bring your own spices and cooking supplies as the pans are small and there were no spices. The beds were ok, but you may want to pack some extra towels as there were only 5 available.

Sarasota Sunshine
Very clean home, access for garage use was a plus. Netflix was nice to have for movies. TV cable did not have best selection of programs, and on air TV was limited. Good location for our needs.
