About this apartment rental
Copper Mountain is our home away from home. We love to bring the family together slopeside. Copper is affordable, down-to-earth, and, in our opinion, has the Best skiing in Summit County. However, if you want to visit Vail, Beaver Creek, Keystone, Breckenridge, or A-Basin, it's a 30-minute drive. Copper is also on a special Summit County bus route, so anyone who visits does not need to rent a car.
This vintage 3-bedroom + loft condo is a True ski-in/ski-out vacation retreat! Just 100 yards from the Super B Express six-person chairlift in East Village. A great value for a large group or multiple families! The two-level condo offers amazing views of the ski slopes.
The first floor has two bedrooms: one with a king bed and the second with two double beds, plus a full bath attached. The second bath is also on the main floor. The second level of the condo is accessed via a spiral staircase. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom. The fourth sleeping area (which is open to the hallway) includes a queen bed, a set of twin bunk beds, and a twin bed. There is also a twin bed in the loft. A fourth bathroom is connected to this sleeping area.
The Foxpine Inn has a large slopeside hot tub and laundry facilities. There is garage parking for 1 vehicle. Taller vehicles that do not fit in the garage can park outside the building. All overflow vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot for an additional charge in the winter (summer parking is free).
Pet Friendly with an additional pet fee of $100 per dog, max 2.
The Super B chairlift accesses intermediate and advanced terrain. To access West Village and beginner terrain, take advantage of the free ''Copper Coach'' shuttle service. The Copper Coach will pick you up from the condo and can take you anywhere in Copper Mountain—just give them a call. Another option is to walk to the bus stop in front of Copper Station, about 50 yards away. The bus comes by every 5-10 minutes during the ski season and takes you to either Center or West Village.
Early Season Information: The Super B chairlift is used for Olympic training in November and early December. Public access to this lift is dependent on snow conditions, which can vary early in the season. Typically, public access begins around Thanksgiving but could be as late as the 3rd week of December. Snow conditions and information about which lifts are currently open can be found on the Copper Mountain website.
You will recieve your check in instructions 1 week prior to your arrival.

The condo was very clean, inviting and cozy after a long day of skiing. We were 3 adults and 3 teenagers and everyone had their own space. We loved that the kids could be upstairs while the adults downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Access to the mountain was right out the door and plenty of storage for gear. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a large place to gather and have fun!

Lots of space to spread out. Quiet time of year (Sep 30-Oct 2). Downside is there are no restaurants around/open during this “off season”. Frisco is close enough for a quick takeout. Outdated complex, but we didn’t need much else. Family-friendly and dog-friendly are huge perks!

Great spot for friends
This place was great for friends staying for a short trip. We needed a central location to ride our bikes over Vail pass. Dog friendly and great response time from staff. We will stay here again.

Location location!!! That was great getting in the slope in the mornings!!
We enjoyed the location and being able to hit the slopes without the hassle of parking!! The unit was large and had a lot of beds, not super comfy but good! Overall a good experience!

Location Location Location
The Location of this condo is ideal for those looking for advanced mountain terrain (Blues and Blacks). However, you will have to ride the bus to catch the easier runs and ski school (not a problem as the bus stop is a short 5 min walk).
The unit is a bit run down but offered enough beds for our family to enjoy the space and not feel overly crowded. There were a couple things not working in the unit and the maintenance team jumped right on it to find a solution.
Sky Run was great to work with and were very gracious hosts.

Great Location / Property Needs Some Updates
Stayed with family and friends for three nights. Location was great, communication with property management was responsive and helpful, interior and furnishings could be updated especially for the price paid to stay at this place (e.g. broken/cracked window, mattresses are old and flat, carpet and couch stains). Overall was an ok place, just felt not as cozy and clean as other places have been in that same building.

Just okay
The condo main areas were cramped and the access to the patio was blocked by the sectional couch. The windows didn’t work properly. The kitchen was small for a condo that sleeps 12. The hot tub was awesome. Overall the building felt run-down and the noise level was high at times.

Great location, but a little dated
This rental was great for us, especially since it allows dogs and we had children as well. The furniture is a bit dated and couches could use a good cleaning. Could also benefit from eliminating some of the furniture in the living area because it was a little cramped with 8 adults moving around. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

Would never stay in this property again. It was outdated and dirty and not worth the money
Not a place you expect to find at the base of the mountain for the price.

True Ski in Ski out Vibe
This property was a blast and oh so convenient. It's in the same building where you check in. The very accommodating, friendly SkyRun staff are right there and are over and above helpful! They really made us feel at home. The condo is right "on the snow". Look out your living room window and see the slopes, the lift just to the left, the skiers and at night the mountain operation groomers. This property is a little dated yet very comfortable and was impeccably clean, important to us. The kitchen was well stocked. We had puppy with us and walked along a snow laden trail with towering pines on either side from East Village (where the property is) to Center Village. Enchanting. I'll be a repeat SkyRun guest, they seem to have it dialed in.

Great location, needs upgrade
Negatives: 1. There is a lockout with no doorhandle (and autolock). We had children in there and the door was accidentally shut. We attempted to contact the owner/rental company and got no return call. We had to knock the door down! 2. Furniture and kitchen items were old and not enough utensils. 3. Mattresses should be replaced Positives: 1. Location. We loved looking out at the ski area. 2. Sleeps many people 3. Accepted Pets.

Overbooked by owners :(
Unfortunately we didn't get to stay in this property as it was overbooked by owners as reported to us from the rental company. Rather than being notified of the overbook in advance, we found this out upon our arrival and that we were instead moved to the opposite side of the resort which was a huge inconvenience for us. We specifically chose Super B area because we have adult expert skiers, 5-8 year old blue/black skiers and two little ones. We wanted the ease of the adults doing some quick expert runs, then getting kids out to ski and play. While the Lewis Ranch homes were beautiful, it was a very inconvenient location for adults and kids to quickly get to fun ski runs, and for our little ones to get out and play. We are very disappointed we were overbooked for this property.

Ski in / Ski Out and great for groups (but not parties)
We rented this condo for a group of 14 coworkers for a 3 day ski weekend. Overall, the condo met all expectations, with plenty of sleeping space and convenient gathering area. The large upstairs area with 2 bedrooms and extra beds made sleeping arrangements pretty convenient. For a group of 14, the kitchen and living spaces were a little small for group cooking or gathering all in one space. However, as long as all gear was picked up and people were willing to share space, it worked out well. The hot tub is very close to the room. And the lifts were only a few steps away. The condo staff was extremely nice and very helpful. I would warn that the condo does share a couple walls with neighbors, so we did get a noise complaint called on us at 8:45pm, although there was no party and the only noise was from the TV and a speaker being too close to a shared wall. The staff was very understanding when they came by and asked us to move the speaker. I would rent this cabin again, but would be best for couples and pretty quiet groups of about 10 people.
