The location was good, in an area with beach access within walking distance (although it should be noted that there are a number of stairs to get from the road to the beach itself). There is also access without stairs a very short drive away with no parking issues the multiple times we went that way. It is in an area with a lot of vacation rentals so while we were there it was relatively peaceful although a couple of other rentals had noisy guests a couple nights and the sound carries pretty well.
The kitchen was large enough for multiple people to use at the same time and set up well for a group (we had 7 people total) right next to a living/dining area with a good amount of seating. The icemaker was overly sensitive, sometimes sending out ice caused by the fridge door being closed, and one stove burner (front, right) did not light. This wasn't enough to be a big problem, but something to be aware of if it isn't remedied. There were plenty of plates and flatware to use, and a number of cooking utensils/pans/small appliances.
The upstairs bedroom is a good size and has a lot of room to put clothing, etc. The downstairs bedroom with one bed appears to be a full bed that could use some work as the mattress and/or frame has damage on one side leading to a hole/sagging on that side. The other downstairs bedroom has a bunkbed that our group found pretty comfortable. The twin sofa beds were larger than expected, but were upstairs in the living room rather than the downstairs bedroom with the bunk bed.
We didn't use the outside area much, but noticed there was a nice upper deck in the back, with a front deck closer to the middle of the house. The front deck had some sort of white residue so we didn't use it much, possibly due to previous guests.
The house is dog friendly with a bowl and dog towels by the front door (which we appreciated and ended up using to clean off our sandy feet outside to keep it out of the house as we didn't have pets with us). There is previous evidence of pets as some areas had a faint odor of pet accidents that had been cleaned but lingered (bothered the sensitive ones in our group, but not the others). There was some minor damage to windowsills and blinds that appeared to be caused by previous pets. This mostly wasn't an issue as the blinds mostly still worked, but the downstairs bedroom with one bed had more blind issues, with difficulty closing/opening them, and the bunkbed room had some missing slats on the vertical blinds. The downstairs bathroom also had an issue while we were there where the toilet only accumulated enough water to flush properly once every 2-3 hours. As we notified Vacasa of the issue the first night we were there, hopefully it will be remedied for future guests.
Overall, it is a nice house in a nice area with some minor issues. It worked well for our group, but there could be more of an issue for those with more sensory concerns, such as being very sensitive to smell/sound/light.

It has what you need. It was clean, other than some stains on the couches. Tons of stairs, not good for elderly.
The two main beds are fine, others are not. Not a short walk to the beach but doable!

Queen bed was missing. Shower downstairs not working first day. Picture made it look like easy walk down to the beach and it was a difficult walk. Water downstairs had low pressure so it took toilet to flush not adequetely and shower had low pressure. We were only credited 68.00 for one night when we should have got and 68.00 for the second nidht being without the queen bed.

Close to two beautiful beaches. Parking is good for four cars. Sleeps 3 couples and 2 kids. Wish they had a grill on site to grill outside.

The house was clean, warm and cozy. Very easy to access. T=It rained 24 hours non stop and we spent just indoor but had a very good time. The beds , bathroom, kitchen were all very good. We had a vegan banana bread too, to enjoy!! Had a great time. Would go there any day oops I take back not a rainy day but a Sunny day!! :)

Loved the home. Great master bedroom that was spacious and ironically upstairs, the kitchen was beautiful . We enjoyed staying in a bit and cooking since the weather wasn't great. Really enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. Very pet friendly with nice gated areas for the pups to hang with us. We got to charge our Tesla too which was great. The park close by was lovely and the access to the beach from there was very nice and private. Would absolutely come back. Thanks for a lovely time ❤️❤️❤️

This was a great little beach place for a small group with a dog.
Loved the gates decks for lounging front and back. Easy access to beaches, restaurants, and shops.
Clean and pretty well stocked with what you need.

Clean is the only good thing we can say....not Built for 10 guests. Not even enough blankets for 10, then when we called, the person I spoke with told us we could have 1 only even though 2 guests had no Blanket. No pot holders, 1 kitchen towell. One skillet looked like it came from Goodwill, the other was big enough to cook 1 egg. I scrubbed the griddle without a scratcher and the pancakes were still ruined when they came out with black residue and had to be thrown away...the foldout couches were dirty, and the bedroom automan was torn up. The 'park' was a strip of grass with 1 picnic table..yard was overgrown...no cupbord space at all for food, so food for 10 people was on the counter and floor...extremely dispiriting. The 1 positive: house keeping did a great job.

Firstly I will say this was a nice property, we enjoyed our stay a lot. The amenities such as free Netflix, TV's in all bedrooms, washer and dryer, and dog friendly.
It was a touch dirty the couches had black mildew like stains on them, the blinds in the kitchen were blasted with food particles, there was some ketchup or something on the side of the cabinets. Nothing over the top gross that made me want to leave but could use a thorough deep clean. One other thing was some of the furniture was broken up on arrival a patio chair backing was cracked so you could not lean back in it or you'd fall to the floor. The master bedframe was a bit wonky and not the most stable.
I don't mean to deter anyone from staying here as my overall experience was positive, I even extended a night, I just wanted to point out it did leave a little to be desired. Overall I'd say 4 stars.

Sleeping arrangments was not quite what the discriptions says.
There is a king. Not a queen but a double bed. And a bunkbedd in 3rd bedroom.
The couch is uncomfortable and dirty.
The pictutes of the park and getting to the beach are good tjere just not with the house.
Overall staying was ok

We planned on staying there only 3 days but ended up loving the place and extending our stay by another 2 days !!! Great access to a lovely park and from there to the beach !! The home is very dog friendly too so we had our meals on the large front deck with the dogs with us. Great kitchen and great room to hang out so we’re all together and the backyard was fenced too which worked out great for us. They had a tesla charger too so that was a huge plus even though superchargers arent too far away . Cute, comfortable home , would definitely return !! Thanks for letting us build great memories !! Also the beach was quiet and peaceful where this home is , so it added to our loving the place !

Loved the house, except too many stairs. Not sure if there was a park for kids or is the name just called house with a park. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, Thank you so much, Patty H.

My family enjoyed a beautiful weekend in this beach home in Lincoln City, and became our home away from home. Great location to parks, the beach, and the Lincoln City Kite Fest. Home was clean, inviting, and very nicely detailed in every room. All our needs were anticipated. This was our second stay and will will be returning again to our home away from home soon.

Our family absolutely loves this neighborhood it is our 3rd year of staying in a different house in this neighborhood. We are a large family from central Oregon and travel to Lincoln city every summer for our beach vacation. We can't wait to come back next year and experience a new house as it is the most exciting part of our vacation. Every house that we have stayed in so far has been an exciting experience and new adventure for our family. We will be back next summer and cannot wait :).

It is a half mile from the park, and a mile from the beach access. Nice walk though. Beautiful area.

Loved the location. The home was clean and tidy when we arrived. You can tell it was an older home but loved. Quiet neighborhood and you rarely heard anyone out and about.

Sad
Initially I thought the place was great. The check in process was super easy and everything seemed to be in order. As we settled in we noticed things left by previous guests: a Coors bottle cap, napkins sticking out from behind the sofa... plus when we went to retrieve a runaway crayon from between the couch cushions we found disgusting catches between the cushions. The rug in the living room smelled of pee and there was gum stuck into the carpet in the master bed room. On top of that the gas fireplace that was advertised didn't work. A repair man came out and said it was missing necessary parts to work. I still have not heard from Vacasa regarding this which is disappointing because the fire place is a main reason why we choose this property. The greenery is over grown outside and the wood deck is so slippery that my son fell as he stepped outside on the bottom floor deck. Plus there was a whole just outside the upstairs back deck door where it looks like the wood rotted, plus this was also incredibly slippery and either needs a good power washing or replacement. Once I noticed this I didn't let my family use the upper deck at all which took even more away from what we were hoping to enjoy. Unfortunately, I will not be booking this home again and I'm not even sure that I will book with Vacasa due to the lack of communication on their end.

We left a seahorse magnet that's was a mother's day gift. Any chance some one could mail it to us?

Not much. Downstairs was dirty. Couch in living room was dirty. Some of the dishes in the cabinets were also dirty. Never again. You need new maids.

Very nice place. Had a hotel room service feel to it. Very nice set up for sitting outside on the balconies and walking distance from the ocean.

It was so tough to pick a spot looking at all the properties online. But we were so glad we picked this one. The kitchen was spacious, updated and clean. The master was large too and it had a nice open concept plan so we could all talk to each other and be together . The kitchen , great room and dining are all open to each other . It had a lovely deck in the front so we ate there every day. Completely dog friendly too so our shepherds were with us always !
The times we didn’t eat in the front deck we took some food and had a picnic at the park while the kids played beach volleyball there .
The best part is the ease of getting to the Olivia beach park and the beach itself. Cozy warm home . Will definitely be back . Thanks .

From Mark and Karen
Seem to have a lack of pillows and sheets ,& construction noise at 7:30 in the morning right across the street. Other than that it was a very fine house.

Walk to beach access is steep up and down hills, longer walk than stated, outdated photos show trees around property which are now more houses, trash left in wastebaskets when we arrived, we had to vac living room wall ducts (had a cat allergy reaction which usually means vac needed), badly stained IKEA couches in living room, dirty living room windows, cobwebs on walls and ceiling, broken furniture in lower “patio” space, landscaping looks like it was once nice, now full of weeds, only master bedroom is above grade; rest are in lit basement. Contacted mgmt co about clean issues, in 4 days nothing was done. Suggest Olivia properties (majority company) for this area vs this one.

Great overall
Great house! Lots of stairs though which was hard in our older folks and dogs. The stove needs service. The knobs get so hot it can burn you! Also, not enough toilet paper for 8 people we had to go buy more. The two couches in the living room are not comfortable to sit on and the futon downstairs was atrocious! Can’t be slept on! Super close to the beach and very quiet. Overall it’s a good house.

Beautiful home. Loved the easy access to the park and the beach. Home had everything we needed . Loved the front porch and the deck in front to hang out . Perfect for our dogs too it was fenced in front and at the back. A bit of construction noise with the homes being built in front but they looked like they were almost done. One of the best homes we have stayed at in Lincoln city. Cute , functional and clean. We loved how close it was to everything. Will definitely be back. Thanks for a lovely time !

Great space/location
Loved the house, and it was a perfect launching point for our group of 7 + 1 furry friend! Well stocked, loved the Bluetooth speaker and the large coffee pot.
The shower upstairs drains VERY slowly, so prepare to have standing water around your feet. Also, the hair dryer upstairs didn’t work, so 4 people had to share one dryer from the downstairs bathroom. Also, lots of lightbulbs that needed replacing, but the summer sunshine coming through the windows made it a non-issue.
Overall though we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and would definitely return!

Great birthday weekend
Nice little house. Close to a small park. Worked well for two small families. Only complaint was there was an old shirt and a gatorade bottle left under the bed in the master bedroom.

Good house and location, however some things need replacing or are missing
Loved the location of this house because it was close to the beach and overall kept pretty clean. There were a few things however that needed to be cleaned or replaced in the house: First, the air return vent in the living area was dirty and needed to be cleaned. Next, the refrigerator’s air and water filter needed to be replaced. The bed upstairs was very comfortable however the people that were staying with us said the beds downstairs were very uncomfortable and should be replaced. Also someone needs to look into the WiFi issues at this house because the internet kept dropping every 30 mins or so for no reason and since the router was locked up we couldn’t reset it.

Beautiful fun home
This house was so much and close to everything! Perfect for my family! The only thing that didn’t work was the internet and the router is in a locked room so I couldn’t even try and fix it or get it fix.

Good location
Overall this house was nice enough. No cable tv...wish I had noticed that before booking. Not a fan of Roku, especially with no live tv. Couch was not very comfortable and had many stains. Downstairs bed was missing a caster so leaned to one side. Otherwise the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and nice little walk to beach access.
