Good place to stay, super quick drive to Provincetown, campground beach or coastguard beach. Technically walkable to nearby restaurants, cafes and ice cream. Clean, good communication.

I stayed here with my parents and my kids. We had a wonderful time. It was a really great location…close to rt 6,restaurants, the wellfleet drive-in, and a few beaches. The property manager was responsive to requests. We would definitely return!

This was a great place to stay! Plenty of room for my family and 2 bathrooms (plus outdoor shower) was a plus! Great location. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

This is a great cozy place in a great location. We stayed for a biking vacation; it was well situated to rent bikes and hop on the CC bike trail. The porch is lovely to eat meals and hang out on, and the dining table inside is spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, cups and utensils, but the I would plan on cooking simpler meals as the stove and oven are finnicky.

We enjoyed our stay very much. There were 8 of us in total. It was great having two full bathrooms downstairs, each one right next to one of the downstairs bedrooms. One of the bathrooms also had a double sink which was very convenient. We also took advantage of the outdoor shower every day when we came back from the beach.
We were able to play board games in the evenings in the living room on the coffee table and on the dining table. We loved the location as it was close to Nauset Light Beach which is one of our favorites. And then also super close to Campground Beach and a number of other bay side beaches.

we had a nice time. location was close to everything we like to get to, I'm not used to having to bring my own bedding, not everyone has a set of every size mattress in their home stores. I would have liked that to have been provided. price was right, all in all a good value. I'd go back again.:)

We loved staying at this cottage. We were a family with 2 adults and 5 kids total. The kitchen had everything we needed, there were enough TVs and ACs to keep us all cool and entertained. I lived on the deck. There were so many songbirds! The location was great. We biked to a great beach on the sound side and a short drive to the Coast Guard beach. There were plenty of restaurants, put-put golf places and the drive-in movie theater to keep us busy. This is also convenient to Provincetown and Orleans for shopping.
The cottage is laid out exceptionally well. The bedrooms are all separated, so everyone had their personal space. The only downside was that the bed in the main bedroom was squeaky every time we moved. Having 2 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower was a nice luxury. I would absolutely stay there again!

We were very comfortable. Kitchen a little tight due to entrance door.

We rented this cottage for our first trip to the Cape.
The cottage was lovely. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax.
The location was perfect. We were a short drive to beaches.
The only *minor* complaint is the bed in one of the downstairs bedrooms is very squeaky. Rolling over woke me up a few times.
If we come back to the Cape we'd consider renting this place again.

Loved the rental. It hada perfect set up . My brother is blind and I am disabled with psoriatic arthritis. The 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms on the first floor was perfect for him and I. The others went out exploring the area and found so much to see and do. I would like to rent it next year !!!

This was our first trip to Cape Cod. Looking on the map, we chose this location so we could access the bike trail and beaches easily. We expected that there may be traffic noise or maybe a crowded condo feel since the map shows nearby buildings and a highway. We were pleasantly surprised. Everything we needed was within walking distance, yet we felt secluded from everything. In 5 weeks, I didn’t see any neighbors, and only heard a few sirens. It truly was a fantastic getaway!

We spent the week enjoying walks on the beach, sunning, video games, several cycling expeditions, and a role playing game that spanned three nights. Great weather, several sunsets at First Encounter, returned after midnight for meteor showers but less luck there. Mainly rained only at night and early morning. Also enjoyed wine tasting in Truro. A week really wasn’t enough but it was very relaxing.
The house had no basics like salt, pepper, flour, sugar, but it had plenty of cooking equipment and dishes. Lots of glasses. Air conditioning and ceiling fans worked great. Didn’t try the laundry. We found it pretty easy to keep sand out by taking off shoes on porch and rinsing off, but we’ve had nicer outdoor shower facilities. No place to hang a towel, for example. So we only used the outdoor shower to rinse off feet and swim suits, and it was good at that.
Pleased to find plenty of outlets and USB charging ports and the Wifi was excellent.
Not much lawn area. I’m glad we didn’t bring our bocce set, for example. But great location for bike trails and beaches so we were out a lot.

The property was clean and very conveniently located. Most of the time, it was very quiet. We had a lot of rain during our week, and an entry rug would have been handy. The downstairs bedrooms got a bit stuffy at night if the doors were closed, and with some night owls in the living room, closing the doors was necessary. With both bathrooms downstairs, moving upstairs was not an attractive option. A window fan that was provided got us through just fine. We only had one hot day during our stay, but would anticipate this could be an issue during a warm week. Kitchen was well stocked with any utensils we could want, dishwasher was nice. Loved the private deck!

We enjoyed our vacation stay in Eastham. The property was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was situated close to beaches, restaurants, and shops, but off the main road giving a sense of privacy.

This was a great getaway after working from home (in Raleigh, NC) since March 2020. We stayed from 10/17/20 - 11/15/20. I used the upstairs "bunkbed room" as an office, where I worked M-Th (connected to the interent and my work VPN with no issues while working, including participating in video conference calls), and I took Fridays off. I also took the whole last week there off, when my sister and her husband joined us for that week. My only complaint related to having to work there was about the chair I had to use as a desk chair. Sitting on it 8-10 hours a day, 4 days a week, it became very uncomfortable. I imagine if you were there for just a week, it wouldn't be bad. The owners were very nice and responsive!

the house was wonderful, had enough space and very comfortable beds. it had a super beautiful wooden table with a place for 10 people to sit. The internet worked very well. It had plenty of dishes, cutlery, pots and bowls. We love the porch with the table, chairs and grills.
We had trouble locating the house, as it was dark and on the post in front of the street that was the house it showed a sign with the number 35. I had to get out of the car and walk from house to house looking very close to make sure what number scored.
And we also had problems with little water flow and some plugs near the stove and on the sink wall did not work.
But I called the manager and he promptly came and solved the problem. The floor was with a lot dusting and we have to do vacuum before getting in, but it is not big deal
Any way The weather was excellent and we all enjoyed your beautiful and comfortable home very much.
We check out on Sunday at 4:30 pm
Thank You very much

This lovely home is very comfortable and roomy, nestled into a grove of trees on a side road lending a wonderful sense of privacy. There were only two of us this visit, but it was easy to see how up to 11 people could manage well in the thoughtful layout of this “home away from home”. Well-stocked, very clean, and perfect location near to everything you love about the Cape!

We had a fabulous stay at Oak Groves Cottage. Hosts were very responsive. There was plenty of space for everyone in our party. Throughout the weekend we had various family members stop by and everyone had plenty of room. The side deck was so pleasant to relax on with morning coffee or dinner for all. Chairs were plentiful for the deck and there were enough beach chairs for all provided. We brought our own linens due to Covid, but hadn't thought of bath mats. Also, I'm sure this was a very different experience due to Covid so there were no supplies in the kitchen (such as salt & pepper) which when we have stayed at various rentals before kitchen supplies were available. Location was central to many things and we were able to walk to get breakfast, lunch or coffee. Would definitely recommend this place and would consider staying there again!!!
