Spacious, good value for money, great location accommodation in Chania Town.

Location; fact that it was very spacious.

The shower is a bit old and needs a revamp.

Exceptional

Very good location, spacious and very nice host. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was water waiting for us in the fridge and some cookies en crossaints!

The house has weird smell and we had to keep windows open all the time.

Very good

The apartment was spacious, well located and stocked with all of the required utensils. The host was also amazing, helpful and very kind.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the Bathroom could use some TLC. Other than that great!

Prefect accommodation for a weeks stay for three of us.

Within walking distance of Chania old town and the port. Owner very welcoming. Good local restaurant.

Despite some minor inconveniences we honestly can recommand staying at Sitzanaki House.

The host was very helpful, explained everything, helped with the taxi. Every additional request we had was realised very quickly. Not a long walking distance to the beach, not far from the old town. The house is big enough to host 6 people.

The sofas in the living room are not really comfortable. The air condition works only in the living room, thus in the bedrooms it was a bit hot. Fans did not really help.

A great spot to escape tourist chaos but so close to everything.

Super location in the old part of town and close to the beach. Andreas could not have been more helpful and kind. You really feel like a local staying here, away from the hustle and bustle but close to everything. Loved it.

Great stay

Mr. Andreas is a great host. He replied to all my messages with sufficient information in a very short waiting time. He was waiting outside the house to welcome us although it was late in the evening. The house was fully equipped with everything a family could need/ use during a holiday. Beside that there was aromatic Greece coffee, olive oil, salt, liquid for washing machine and for washing dishes 😮. I traveled a lot but this was the first time I experienced this kind of hospitality and generosity. The apartment is spacious and clean. It is very close to a wonderful beach and beach cafés and restaurants. Very close to a daily supermarket. 20 minutes walking distance to the centre and the main busstation. The location of the apartment is perfect and quiet because it's away from the vibrant city centre. Next time in Chania we would for sure like to live in Syntzanaki home. Thank you Andreas 😊

Mattresses were a little bit hard, but it wasn't something that disturb our sleep.

A nice retro-style house

The apartment is spacious. Basic things as coffe, water, oil, vinegar, salt are provided, so you don't have to bring or buy it. The host awaited us with complementary fruit, raki, cakes, cold water. I loved the retro style of the whole house, it felt as if I were in my grandmother's house. The small yard in front of the house is valuable. Andreas was very kind and helpful. The center of the city is easily reachable by foot, but if you have a car to park this is much better than to be in the very center.

I wish that apartment, especially the bathroom, was cleaner so I could give some better grades, because we really loved this house, Andreas and Chania.

Superb

One-story house. Living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, large and small. In the small bedroom there is no furniture where you can put clothes or a suitcase. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, only fans. In front of the house there is a patio area with a table where you can eat. The whole thing is very nice, although it needs refreshing.

Locations, size

Perfect location, distant from the bustle of Chania center but near enough for a short walk. Owner very kind, the house has all you might need. Stayed there for a week while working, perfect

Real Greek experience.

Andreas - the host is fantastic man.the apt is situated in the neighborhoodof where real Greeks lives. You can eat breakfast outside the house in the Shade of leavs. 5min walk to a beautiful beach

Very good

Very nice houselord, that met us when we checked in and checked out. Quite a spacious house and distance to the nearest beach ca 4-5 minutes walk.

For a typical greek holiday

The host was great and the house was very good for that price. The house was very close to the sea. The city is very nice, i suggest to visit it before too late.

Not the best sea i saw in Crete, we had to move with the car to see better beaches. nothing negative to say about the host, who was really kind to us.

Very comfortable house for rest with small baby! Large kitchen with everything you need! And even highchair for our baby!
