Very clean, nice neighborhood, good outdoor seating, AC keeps it very cold considering it was 100 outside, little snacks and coffee pods, creamer, sugar, etc. Loved everything about it, sad to leave. :)

Close to downtown but in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Had everything we needed and we will definitely stay here again!

Very cute Tiny House in a nice neighborhood! The check-in process was easy and we had everything we needed. It was perfect for our 4 night trip. I would highly recommend!

Clean, attractive place with extremely comfortable bed and great kitchen and bathroom amenities (coffee pods and supplies, shampoo/body wash, hair dryer, dishes, and soaps) located conveniently near downtown near good food and bars. The seasons are changing, so there were some ants and small flies, but it was a small inconvenience. We would definitely stay here again!

We came to Raleigh for the journey concert, the house was everything we thought. It was awesome from the location to the inside everything was great.

The best Tiny House in Town lives up to its name! This home is tucked into the wonderful Mordecai neighborhood in Raleigh. Great area to take walks, grab coffee, visit shops. The bed was very comfortable and the tiny kitchen had everything you might need for a stay. I really liked the strung lights on the little patio. Had it been warmer temps, I know I would have enjoyed sitting outdoors.

We enjoyed our stay in the tiny house so much!! First off, Ellen was so, so great about answering questions for us while planning our trip since we were coming from out of town. The house had everything you needed, was so clean, and the location was top notch. So close to everything. If you enjoy walking we highly recommend staying here!

My 18 yr old daughter and I came to Raleigh for a concert at the Red Hat Amphitheater. We made it a 3 night trip to be able to experience Raleigh. The tiny house was perfect for our needs. We shared the bed which was super comfy. There was a tiny kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and keurig. A nice bathroom and a small table were all we needed. Ellen, the owner, put together a terrific little book about places to eat and things to do, a great resource that we used several times. We had a little trouble with the door lock the first night (not because there was a problem with it, we just couldn’t figure it out) and Ellen responded immediately, in like 2 minutes! Fantastic communication! All in all we had a fantastic time and a great stay. If we come back to Raleigh we will definitely book the tiny house again!

I loved everything about this tiny home! Upon arrival jazz was playing and instantly made me want to stay again but with my hubby next time and not a work trip! The room was better than described, perfectly adorned and so cozy! The best part aside from location and cleanliness were the little details. It started to rain as I was heading out to meet some work friends for cocktails and I had just done my hair :(. I look down and there was an umbrella! Perfect!!!

We were in Raleigh just for the weekend to attend a wedding and rented the Tiny House. It was perfect for us. Immaculate and just as described. Nice quiet neighborhood and very close to the venue. Our relatives stayed at a nearby hotel, paid twice as much, and were bothered by the noise at night. I would definitely stay there again.

This property was perfect! It was super clean, quiet and not far from where we needed to go. If it wasn’t so hot, we would have walked everywhere! When we walked in we felt so welcome with soft music playing and dim lights. Such a nice touch. The tiny kitchen was well equipped. We could not have asked them to supply anything more. Messages/questions were answered in minutes each and every time! Sometimes not even minutes!! We loved our stay and would definitely recommend the Tiny House to anyone!

The tiny home was all we needed for just the pair of us. It is in close walking distance (<10 minutes) of several small shops and restaurants, and we were still able to walk downtown (although that’s a bit longer). A warning that if the bus system runs at all to the nearby stops, it is not regular. We gave up on that idea after waiting for a while one afternoon.

It was a perfect location, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and museums. Nice neighborhood. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. It easily could have fit a crib or blow-up for a child. It was nice to have the kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee, and sink. Also, had a cute little patio, which we didn’t end up using as we were out most evenings, but would have otherwise.

The tiny house was so perfect! The location was so close to uptown where my conference was. The house itself was so clean and comfy. The view out the windows was beautiful. I watched squirrels play in the yard. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and tea. The bathroom was roomy. And the outside porch is absolutely perfect to sit and relax at the end of your day.

Staying in the tiny house was so much fun! We didn't rent a car and simply walked everywhere. The house was so chic and neat as a pin. We stayed nice and warm even in December. Could not be happier with our stay♡

This was a very comfortable place to stay for my partner and me. It was roomier than anticipated and there were a number of unexpected amenities. The cabinets are unfinished and the floor is concrete so the appearance is a little surprising. However, there were rugs for the floor, a roomy bathroom and a well supplied kitchen and bathroom. We were very satisfied with our three-day stay.

This was a great tiny house in the back yard of a property on a safe, quiet street in Raleigh. The owner went above and beyond in terms of communication and putting out extra touches and goodies for us during our stay. Easy access to all of Raleigh and some nice restaurants within walking distance. We would absolutely stay here again.

This place has everything you need and is niceley located within a short distance from downtown Raleigh. Bicycle fans will want to go to Oak City Cycling Project only a couple of blocks away on Franklin Street. Thank you, Ellen, for a first class experience.

A quaint little house with all the amenities one needs. Loved the privacy and the outside space to lounge. Check in could not have been easier. We didn’t have any further needs of the owner but am certain that she would have responded to our needs immediately.

The property is in a great location and walking distance to downtown where you can find super cute breakfast and coffee shops! Very clean, comfortable, and was very easy to get a parking spot. Overall loved our stay and will definitely consider staying again.

We stayed 4 nights for a convention at the Raleigh Convention Center. Convenienly located for uber pickup or a little walk to the R-Line free downtown circulator bus. It worked well for us as we primarily needed it for a place to sleep. If staying for vacation time where you might want to spend an afternoon or evening relaxing, it does not have any comfortable chairs for sitting. The owner was very accomodating with anything we asked.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the tiny house. The location was perfect for exploring some sites near by, as well as easy access to the downtown area. We were thankful for the cool a/c in the heat of the day when we would return back to regroup ourselves to head back out for more adventures. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to stay in the Raleigh area without the hassle of a hotel! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We stayed for the weekend in Raleigh and could not have been more pleased with the accommodations. Ellen thought of every little detail right down to the bug spray that was much needed after rain storms came through! This house is absolutely perfect for 2 people. Very clean, well thought out and just awesome. The bed was super comfortable. The little porch area was so cute to sit and relax at night. The best part is the neighborhood, we walked A LOT and everyone was so friendly. There are GREAT places to eat in walking distance, Yellow Dog Bread Co for breakfast and dinner/drinks at The Station. The historical features of the area were great as well. If you are considering staying here do it, you will not regret it!
