I have stayed at many places in Binningup but this was by far the BEST. The house was very clean with lovely furnishings and decor. Everything you could want was provided. There was plenty of space to park the cars in the shade. The kids loved riding their bikes and scooters around and the ping pong table was a real hit with them. The balcony was a great place to watch the sunset and the sea. Location was second to none, with the shop being a couple of houses away and the beach a short stroll. We will definitely be booking again, Julie was a wonderful host. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful with everything we needed. The kids loved the house, the bedroom for them all to sleep in, open spaces for them to play and watch a movie. Great space on ground level for kids to ride their bikes and play tag or hide and seek. A short walk to the beach which the kids also loved. A great house for a family getaway.

Loved our long weekend at the Beach House. The property has everything you could possibly need and much more. Excellent and friendly communication with Julie throughout. Beds are super comfy :)
Couldn’t fault anything

You can arrive at this property with nothing but a toothbrush, an overnight change of clothes, something to wear at the beach and you will have all that you need.

The home is modern and luxurious and you will continue to find the owner's attention to detail and obvious care for their house guests the longer you stay.
You will find condiments, tea, coffee and other grocery items for you to use.
Stop at the General Store which is 2 mins walk (and is a little gem in itself with ALL that you need), pick up some bread, milk, something to throw on the BBQ, or get some fish and chips from the General Store and you are already sorted for your first night.
Take a 25 minute drive to Bunbury the next day to get any additional groceries you need and you are all sorted for a wonderful stay.
Very modern TV entertainment system.
Bedding is lovely with plenty of linen.
Bathrooms are beautiful with plenty of towels.
Kitchen is modern with fabulous dishwasher and the Nespresso machine is made available for your use with the owner providing a selection of pods to get you started including chocolate pods for the kids.
Laundry is also modern with fantastic washer & dryer.
We booked out the cottage as well and had 4 families of 4 stay.
Lovely family beach just 5 minute walk away (bring sun shelter), also has 4WD access.
Our friends enjoyed some early morning fishing as well.
This property really is a luxury home away from home.

Wonderful, luxurious property. 5 minute walk to beach and local shop. All modern cons and well maintained. Loved the facilities...the table tennis got a good work out!! Was greeted with some bubbles on arrival, a beautiful start to a special birthday celebration. Only wish for more time there! Thanks, hope to return again.

We were so impressed by the house from the second we walked in. You go from room to room and each is finished with quality furnishings and it's evident they hired a designer to decorate the place. Amazing tv with Netflix but it went unused because the balcony area is so inviting. Takes two minutes to walk to the beach and a decent general store and cafe right there too. We had a blast! Can't wait to go back, thank you Pamela!

I hired this luxury beach house to attend a friends birthday in January. The owners have done a fantastic job appointing this house on the inside. Everything in each room is very tastefully kitted out with a beach vibe and makes you feel special. My other half didnt want to leave, to be honest neither did I.
