Lovely, quaint little cottage for two in a perfect location for Kingsbridge. The cottage had everything we needed.
The staircase might be a bit tricky for elderly people staying there.
4.1
Absolutely perfect location- great for coastal walks and super range of restaurants in close proximity. We had such a warm welcome from the neighbours.
The cottage caters for every need and has an excellent TV - we were able to catch up with Happy Valleys after a long day walking. Thank you so much - we’ll be back! Elaine and Peter.
Nothing!
4.1
Beautiful cottage with pretty garden and patio, all close to pubs and restaurants on the adjacent street. Able to park and use bus service nearby. Very nice decor and comfortable bed. All facilities in kitchen though we mainly ate out as we were so spoilt for choice!! Particularly wonderful Indian restaurant nearby.
A minor thing but Sue would have liked an extra pillow but absolutely fine to use cushion as extra support. The heating kept wanting to go higher than we would have liked but again, this is all down to personal preference. Occasional boiler noises solved by turning bathroom radiator up and down
4.1
Proximity to parking area, shops and bus stop
Uncomfortable settee and pillows on bed
4.1
Lovely cottage, good base for visiting nearby towns, beaches etc
We managed, but others might find the stairs challenging! Odd having to eat meals off trays as no table for dining. Might put some off.
4.1
cosy cottage in a perfect location for exploring Kingsbridge.
4.1
Self catering... well equipped kitchen
Very comfortable accommodation for 2 people
Convenient location; 5 min walk to Morrisons; 10 min to town centre
Secure parking a short walk down the road not really a problem but awkward loading/unloading at the property itself

great location
4.1
Great location for access to the town & it’s great pubs/restaurants. The Seven Stars Pub is a stones throw away & serves great food. The cottage was cozy & well equipped.
We noticed a bit of street noise. I guess this goes with it’s proximity to the town centre.

The location was brilliant and the parking great. A lovely place to stay.

Lovely cosy, characterful cottage in a fabulous location.

Location, location, location. It is the best place in Kingsbridge for access to town and estuary. The fact that you have 24/7 access to parking - which is secure overnight - means a huge amount when it is so difficult to park in Kingsbridge during holiday periods. Mike, the owner, was extremely communicative throughout the booking, pre-arrival and post-visit and this made a huge difference. The place is ideal for 2 people, not massive but all you need for a relaxing break, and it has all you need to be comfortable without having to take lots of stuff with you or buy stuff when you visit.
It was ideal for a week in Kingsbridge. If I was to change anything, it would be to have had two weeks there.
4.1
Perfect place to stay. Well equipped and close to shops, pubs and restaurants. We enjoyed evenings by the fire in the snug living room after days exploring the beautiful local area. The owner of the property was very accommodating and has provided lots of information about places to eat and sights to visit.

I can't rate this property high enough. It's a beautiful little cottage right in the middle of Kingsbridge. Absolutely everything was catered for -perfect for a couple. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating too.
Free secure parking just around the corner too.
5 miles from Salcombe- fabulous walk if you're ok with hills! You can get the boat across the bay and walk up to Gara Rock.
15 minute drive from Hope Cove- stunning place on the coastline.
Dartmouth is only about 25 min drive too- again amazing place to visit.
Kingsbridge has some great restaurants - If you want something special try Jamie Rogers Twenty Seven restaurant for a taster menu. Yards from the cottage! Also there is an award winning Indian restaurant next door worth a visit. Woody's is just around the corner and also worth a visit.
The cottage itself is faultless. The TV has everything you could want and the picture quality really is great! The kitchen has everything you need- even a washing machine. Tiny courtyard outside, just big enough for a drink in the evening sun, nice and private too. The bed is extremely comfy and the bedroom nice and airy with sash windows to ensure its cool.
There's an iron, ironing board, hoover, hair dryer, blankets in the cupboard downstairs if its cool in the winter, and the heating system is super easy and cool to control the temperature (weird thing to mention but if you visit you will get it!)
Do not be put off about the parking and the reviews about the next door neighbour. You can easily park at the side of the cottage after 6pm until 8am if you want to but there is secure parking in a locked car park at a business premises a 1 min walk from the cottage.
Tesco and Morrisons are a 5 min walk for anything you need too.
If you want to explore Devon this is a perfect place to stay.
Absolutely nothing

It was a comfortable nicely decorated small house and was a pleasure to arrive back after a day out.
Lack of somewhere to sit outside.
Having a neighbour leave some dog poo in a paper bag on the door step. (not our dogs turds but presumably some of the neigbours aren't happy about having a holiday let that allows dogs next door.)
4.1
Location, lovely cottage garden, quaintness, facilities, lots of cleaning things
The VERY small back garden and tired settee and chair, complicated rubbish requirements. Only 2 plates and cutlery sets so no spares. Noisy boiler.
4.1
An authentic cosy cottage in a prime location to all local Kingsbridge amenities. Clean and comfortable - would definitely recommend and be back soon!
All good :)
4.1
Perfect location and size for 2 plus our pooch
The neighbours next door were not very friendly
4.1
A few minutes walk from several restaurants and easy to drive to nearby coast etc.
