Amazing!

Iv stayed at the suites before but this apartment is really beautiful. It’s quite spacious and very clean. I like the fact that you also have the sea views. There is so much to do inside the estate and it’s lovely that we have access to all of these I loved everything about the apartment. The host was also very friendly and attended to our needs quite swiftly, and we were happy throughout our stay Definitely worth the price and is highly recommended 👌🏾. I would definitely be back at this apartment

There is water constantly coming out of the shower, but we just put the bathroom mat there and it seems to have solved that issue The door lock mechanism is not the easiest to use, especially with long nails🙈. I think you should relook into this. The card would be sufficient, would it not be? The Wi-Fi signal is not so great and you have to go to the hotel to get good signal. I wish in the future this can be looked into. They do say on Booking.com that there is no Wi-Fi so this was not a surprise but it’s always nice to have Wi-Fi

Disappointing

Zimbali facilities

For the price, 2 kitchen stoves not working well, no explanation on how stove works (and it was complicated), no beach towels, poor cellphone reception, no Wi-Fi, and the lounge couch was unpleasant. Would have rather just stayed in the hotel for the price.

Disappointing

location and very friendly staff at reception The deco in the apartment was welcoming the kitchen and dining area were clean

the bathroom ( shower especially) was not clean. There was hair! In the bedroom behind the headboard there was so much dust! i was looking for a charger point and moved the pedestals. we couldn't find the aircon remote, and ended up finding it behind the pedestals. Bathrooms are sensitive, so the clening must must be improved Cleanliness

Zimbali suites pool no longer heated

Clean and well done up apartment. Access to restaurants

The zimbali suites pool used to be heated and no longer is. We come every year on our anniversary because it's winter and it's the only place with a heated pool. If it doesn't become a heated pool again we won't be returning.

Awesome….I loved everything.

It’s the perfect place if you need to unwind and be far away from the city.

To be honest all was perfect except that on Sunday most of the day there was no electricity and water but I do understand it’s loadshedding and the flood disaster that happened in KZN so that’s excusable.

The room was not good at all. Stuffy it felt like it hasn't been used for a while. Bedding was really disappointing. Four different pillow case in one bed. Very poor quality(non hotel feel like) there was no adopter to connect the TV. Only the second night it was availed. No adopters to charge phones and staff, had to switch the TV off to charge our device

A horribly stay and nothing short of a scam given a rate of more than R4,000 per night.

I unfortunately liked nothing about the property. In fact what’s advertised as “Sea View” is far from the truth as Unit 101 has absolutely no views whatsoever never mind the sea view. The unit has a completely obscured view behind the main hotel building.

The unit had a terrible dampness smell that could not be resolved despite asking the agent to attend to it. The unit was found with one “broken” chair on the patio plus a table. This was later addressed with the agent. According to posted rules, the linen sheets are to be changed after 3 for a stay longer than 5 days, this did NOT happen during an entire 6 days stay. Again, according to the same rules the towels are to be changed every 2nd day and this never happened until we had to complain on the 4th day. The unit is said to be fully served yet none of that exists to a point that in the final day we ran out of toilet paper yet this is to replenished once a day according to the same rules. What a terrible stay this was!

Pleasant

We enjoyed the proximity to The Capital and the access to the shuttle and other amenities.

The staff was not always so hands on and communication was unclear on issues such as breakfast, transportation, entry to the estate etc... Also the ad was a bit misleading. We were sold on the "sea view" mention only to find out after paying that it was a garden view and once on the ground we realised that beside having access to the garden most of what we could actually see was a building.

Excellent place just disappointed with the early pool times

Everything else was excellent as usual.

The pool closes at 6 and there isn't any lights on. An evening swim is one of the best things about a holiday and we chose zimbali suits in winter because of the heated pool.

The tiles easily get dirty, there are no mats or rugs and there is no broom or mop in the house
