Hot water system with oil fired boiler in continuous cycle.
It is available at any time of the summer season (with or without linen), ideal for families who love to enjoy the sea and adore the scent of nature.
During the period of stay, the tenants will have the right to access at the Ancora Club and will be able to use the
comfort and services offered by the same: swimming pool umbrellas and restaurant.

Cleaning fees are not included in the rental price.
The villa is located in the so called "Ancora Club" area, 200 meters from the sea and 400 meters from the beach of "La Pelosa".
This villa is composed of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a very large living room, a large kitchen, a laudry, an extra storage room.
Outside the villa offers two porticos and it is surrounded by a 1300 square meter garden, with possibility to use the barbeque, external shower, garden tables etc ..
In addition, during the stay, you will be able to use all the services: beach umbrella, chairs, restaurant and swiming-pool.
