Great location near RMNP with lots of space, a beautiful stream and periodic appearances by the local fauna (deer & marmots).

our stay in Estes Park was wonderful. The location made traveling to different attractions so handy. We thoroughly enjoyed having the river right behind the condo and several times saw mule deer in the yard. The condo was clean , very well decorated and had great kitchen supplies. Thank you again for sharing this wonderful spot in Colorado with us.

The home has been well taken care of. It’s very nice and comfortable. The view of the river is awesome and the sound is so relaxing. There’s even a path that you can walk beside the river. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything is as advertised. The property is a great location, very clean and plenty of space. I would definitely rent this property again.

This place was conveniently located to RMNP and downtown Estes Park. It was a nice place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring and hiking.

Beautiful and enjoyed our entire stay. Would love to stay again

Great location, close to the park entrance and downtown shopping!

When we arrived to check in at 5, the condo had not been cleaned. Beds were unmade, bathrooms not cleaned, kitchen not wiped down, food in fridge, trash in bins. We immediately called Vacasa, the property manager, and while we eventually got through to a person we could not get a clear answer as to whether they were going to send cleaners that evening. We called a couple of more times and got a number of apologies but no clear information. Finally cleaners showed up (2 1/2 hours after initial call) and 3 1/2 hours after we first arrived we were able to move in. Other than the problems with Vacasa, the property itself was very nice, updated, well stocked, with a good location by the river.

Nice, clean property in beautiful, quiet location. Very comfortable condo unit. The only issue that we had was there was zero flexibility in check-in / check-out times.
4.9
The location was excellent as it sits near a wonderful river. The home was spacious, quiet surroundings, and so very comfortable…just as a vacation home should be! Signed, Three Happy Texans

Home was perfect. Clean and spacious. We loved the stream out back and the coffee place within walking distance. We also loved how central this place was to the National park and downtown area, yet still felt like a quiet retreat. We will be back sometime!

River in back, cleanliness

Clean and spacious. Pictures are accurate in depicting the property. Super convenient to downtown Estes Park and also to Rocky Mountain National Park.

This home was wonderful. It was very clean, and had plenty of room for our family of 6. We loved the location of this home. It was a short 5 minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. One of my sons was able to fish in the river behind the property daily, and caught a ton of trout. We loved sitting on the deck and listening to the river. We also took several walks to the coffee shop to feed the ducks.

The location was perfect for our family gathering! The place was as promised!
4.9
Very clean, located right by the river with lots of wildlife for viewing.
4.9
The location of this home is incredible. The view is beautiful and we loved having the woods and river right in our backyard. We adored being able to walk to the coffee shop and feed the ducks each morning via trails, and our kids loved climbing on the rocks. It was secluded and away from the crowds, but still very convenient. The home itself was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well stocked.
4.9
Great location to town and RMNP. Right on the River.

This home accommodated all of us so well. The location was perfect and made for a peaceful stay with the river and wildlife right in the back yard. We would definitely choose to stay again.

Location was so convenient. Check in was easy. Responses to any questions or concerns was also immediate. We hope to be back!

This is the second time we rented this wonderful property by the river. The only item I would change is to have USB clocks or plugs in in the bedroom.
4.9
We loved the comfortable surroundings, warm fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and beautiful view. Our group of 6 had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful condo, great location, overall experience was great. Only reason for 4 stars was upon arrival it appeared the floors needed sweeping and there were crumbs on the table and cushions of chairs. My wife immediately cleaned up and we notified management which was going to send someone immediately if needed. Outside of this tiny issue it’s a truly great property. We would definitely stay again as I feel this was a one off type issue and not a normal occurrence.

I highly recommend this location. I didn't remember it upon booking, but I had actually stayed at this home a couple years prior with a friend of mine who had booked it. We loved it then and I loved it again this time around!
The house: this home is very clean , which is important to me when I stay somewhere. Lots of extra towels available. Plenty of closet space (walk-in closets), shelving and hangers. In addition, compared to a few other homes I've stayed at, it has all appliances and kitchenware necessary to cook at home, which is very convenient. We cooked full breakfast there and sometimes, we found the restaurants in town closed early and we wanted something later at night. Again, we were able to cook at the home.
On the main floor, you have the master bedroom and bath--bathroom was very spacious--shower head pressure was really good (important to some people). There is a heater vent on the floor just below the towel rack so we always had warm towels! :) The living area has a fireplace that comes on with a flip of the switch--was very nice to sit in front of for the cold, snowy nights! There is plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to gather in front of the fireplace and hang out and talk or play one of the many games/cards that are provided. The dining room is spacious and has enough seating for everyone. Upstairs, there is a loft with TV--another space to hang out in or if you have a family, for the kids to hang out in and be separate from the adults, but still within earshot. Two more spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs--walk-in closet as well upstairs.
Location: this house if located exactly where you would want it. It's only couple minutes (if that) from downtown Estes. It's located on the river in a very quiet neighborhood. The river runs through the backyard and is only a few steps from the back porch/deck. There's a packed dirt walkway that runs along the river. I've run along that in the summertime. The river is very peaceful--it's nice to walk along in the morning.
The home is located very close to everything--downtown, restaurants, and is very close to the entrance of RMNP.
I will definitely stay at this location again.

Location was perfect to town and RMNP. It was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our Thanksgiving in Estes Park.

Beautiful home in a perfect location. Conveniently located between downtown and RMNP along the river with a very lovely river walk. Exceptionally clean. Well stocked kitchen, very comfortable living space. Would most deforest stay again.
4.9
Beautiful location right on the Big Thompson. Elk visited every day. A short walk to the coffee shop along the river and close to Estes and the park. Nice house with many amenities.
4.9
Loved the property and area. THANK YOU!
4.9
We loved being right next to the bubbling stream and elk that make their home around this area. The condo was very comfortable and had enough room for four single adults. The two beds in the 3rd bedroom was a wonderful idea, and gave all four of us our own bed. The stairs were a little steep (to the 2nd floor) but not a deal breaker. We cooked each day and had plenty of utensils and cookware. The condo was very quiet and we could not hear each other in the next room over. I would definitely stay here again!
4.9
Excellent, very well maintained and appointed vacation property.
Perfectly fit the occasion for our 2 adult daughters, my wife and I. ( plenty of room for more people)
We had everything we needed in top notch location.
Highly recommend!
4.9
decently appointed with usual amenities. great location near town, RMNP, and the river is just behind
4.9
Very spacious for our family of five. Location was perfect! Loved the neighborhood elk and river in the backyard.
4.9
The property was close enough to downtown Estes to shop and eat, but far enough away to allow for a calm retreat. Loved being right on the Big Thompson, and we had elk every day walking through the back of the property. Plenty of room to sleep six, and was pleased to have the kitchen as well appointed as advertised. It was nice to see the addition of wine glasses! The floor fans were nice to have as no AC, but open windows and the breeze kept it from being too hot inside.
The only thing missing was shade on the patio. They could benefit from an umbrella or an awning as the mountain sun can get pretty hot and it limited time spent on the patio.
4.9
This home was beautiful with an even better view of the river than pictures can represent. Our family of six had a wonderful time!

Girls weekend
We enjoyed our stay very much. My sister and I took my Mom up for her 80th birthday. We never left the house, just enjoyed the fireplace with the snow falling outside. We were very comfortable. The only thing that would have been nice was aluminum foil, for baking in the oven. Otherwise, we had everything we needed. We will return! Thank you!

My family and I spent the last week of July at this property and it was absolutely amazing! We would all agree that it may be at the top of our "favorite places we've ever stayed at on vacation" list! The house was spacious and the setting was beautiful. Having the river running right behind the property was our favorite feature. There's nothing like sitting in peace listening to the sound of a mountain stream - and it's even better when it's within view from your back deck! We saw multiple elk the first few days we were there - literally walking by and grazing just a few feet from the deck. The location is great since you aren't near the "busyness" of town which we really appreciated as we were there to "get away" and relax. The downside of that is we always had to drive to get downtown and parking was sometimes an issue, but that is to be expected in a busy tourist town.
The only complaint we had was that the kitchen wasn't cleaned up very well after the last people left. There were crumbs on the counters and stove and the floor looked like it had not been swept. We also had to unload the dishwasher, which we've never had to do in any VRBO we've stayed at in the past. Overall, it didn't affect our stay, but I also know what I paid for the "cleaning" fee so I would expect it to be spotless.

Great property, truly enjoyed the location the most and had most everything we needed. Right on the river and had elk walk by multiple times. Loved walking down to Coffee on the Rocks and the kids LOVED feeding the ducks multiple times on this vacation. Needs a few things, including wine glasses and more dishes, but overall GREAT PROPERTY!
