Inside the house, you’ll be presented with an attractive and welcoming atrium with a cosy sofa, a BBQ and a dining table. Leading off from this space is the open plan kitchen and lounge space with its large television and air conditioning unit. The modern equipment is well-equipped with everything you need to self-cater. Not only is there an oven, microwave, kettle toaster, fridge and freezer, but you’ll also benefit from the use of a dishwasher to make washing up a breeze as well as a washing machine in the separate laundry room.
The two double bedrooms include a Master Suite with an en-suite bathroom and there is also a second family bathroom. Both bedrooms come fully equipped with air conditioning to ensure a good night’s rest even during the very hot summer months.
The rear garden and pool areas are completely secluded and private, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The outdoor dining area too is a great space to enjoy a delicious evening meal in the open air. There is also an outdoor swimming pool for the exclusive use of Villa Oliveira’s guests. This can be heated at an additional cost, making this property ideal for use during the off-season when the weather can be cooler.
Villa Oliveira enjoys a peaceful and quiet location, making it a great choice for families with small children who want to be out of the hustle and bustle of the main strip.
