Great place to stay
I stayed here with 2 teens over Christmas. It was just as advertised. Plenty of space and just a block or so from the bus stop. The shower/tub was a bit cramped with the curtains and kitchen could probably use some tools like a can opener but still a great place to stay. Nice, clean, and spacious.

Perfect!!
This was the perfect location for our family trip to New Orleans! There are some good restaurants and a PJs coffee shop within walking distance and it’s a short drive to the French Quarter and Bourbon Street.

Ideal location, comfortable space
Ideal location close to everything the garden district and magazine street have to offer. 24-hour convenience store and PJs coffee on the corner. Comfortable space.
Shower is pretty precarious and drain was clogged--could really use an overhaul. Living room would be improved with a second couch. Lightbulbs very bright/flourescent throughout--softer lighting would go a long way creating a homey environment.

Family get away
The place was adorable, clean and accessible. It was the perfect place for walkability in the lower garden district and a quick Uber to the French quarter. Our host was very responsive to any of our questions. I would definitely recommend this property and host.

Papa Noel
Do not be deceived by the pictures!! The home is very roomy! Very clean. Only drawback for us was the one bathroom. Plus was the patio space. Location was perfect. Well pleased with our stay.

Girl’s Birthday Trip
Me and a couple of my girlfriends spent the weekend in New Orleans to celebrate my birthday. We chose this property due to the size, location and availability of parking.
Pros: Gradie was very responsive and helpful before, during and after our stay. The area where this apartment is very quiet and has a few restaurants and coffee shops that are within walking distance. If wanting to go to the French quarter or anywhere in the city getting an Uber to/from is inexpensive.
Cons: Due to the apartment being very long the wifi doesn’t reach the bedrooms in the back. I’d highly recommend getting a wifi booster to enhance the wifi signal. All of the bedrooms don’t have mirrors. So if you can, bring your own or hopefully the owner will add mirrors to the rooms. Also, better storage solutions for the bedrooms other that the master. At least additional hangers would be nice. Lastly, be very careful getting into and out of the tub/shower. I’d suggest that if it’s going to stay a tub/shower combo then to shorten the shower curtain because it is a tripping hazard or if feasible turn it into a shower.
Also, there is a driveway next to the home but we were unsure of whether we were allowed to use that or if we should just use the street parking.
Overall I thought the place was great. With making those minor changes it will be even better.

Quick trip
Property was exactly as described. Owner was very attentive. It’s one block from bus stop and a straight shot to French Quarter. The NOLA transit system isn’t the greatest but we made do. This place is a great option to have some peace and quiet and enjoy all the NOLA sites and sounds.

Girlfriend's Trip November 2019
You can NOT go wrong with the location of this apartment. The location was everything... we were able to catch metro a block walk or ride the trolley (less than a 5 minute walk to St. Charles Ave.). The house is nice and the furniture and decor are super impressive! Everything about this place is worth the money!! It was 3 of us, all ladies and we each were able to have time apart in 3 separate bedrooms and time together in the kitchen or living room with a nice tv with cable. We enjoyed our stay VERY much and a big part of that was due to coming back to a restful nights' sleep. Thank you Gladys for making the check- in and check out process smooth and easy. I would definitely return to this property for another BIG Easy stay!

Great little apartment for a short visit to NOLA.
We stayed two nights in NOLA and this apartment was perfect for our stay. It is very close to lots of restaurants and the trolley. The owner was great with communication and everything was as expected. Having 3 bedrooms was perfect. Since we were out and about most of the time we didn’t utilize the kitchen or living room much. They are both very small and felt crowded with more than 3 people, but are exactly as pictured and was not an issue for us. Being on the ground floor you do occasionally hear noise from the apartment above, but it was not significant. Parking Directly in front of the property was not always available, but we were able to find parking on the street within easy walking distance always. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone that plans to visit NOLA and spend your time exploring the city.

Great Stay
Gradie, thank you so much for letting us stay at your property. Everything was perfect, we stripped beds, left the towels piled in the bathroom, and the dishes in the dishwasher.
Thanks

Nice location
Pros: owner allowed early check in and was responsive to emails ahead of time.
Location is great and convenient to coffee shops, street car, etc.
Spacious with three bedrooms
Plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable.
Easy self check in.
Cons:
You can hear everything going on above you - I was glad to have spare bedroom to move to because of noise above me.
Apartment has low ceilings and is rather dark, so it feels rather stark.

Great place to stay and close to everything I needed.
Over all I was very impressed with this apartment. It was spacious, clean and I loved how everything was decorated. It seem like they thought of any and everything a person could need. The best part was knowing that my destination was only 8 mins away.( which she told me ahead of time) I am definitely coming back.

Exactally what you want in the perfect location
This was like a whole house but it was attached to an apartment. It was beautifully decorated with nice furnishings. The location on Magazine St was perfect, just 1 block off of Magazine in just the right part of an amazing street. My vehicle was parked right on the street in front of the house with very little traffic. The owners were very accommodating and very gracious.
