Schönes B&B mit Charme

Sehr schöne und charmante Villa mit Geschichte. Wir haben ein Zimmerupgrade bekommen. Der Besitzer/die Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht . Man kann den Parkplatz kostenlos nutzen und ist in 5 Minuten zentral in der Stadt.

Es könnte und müsste für meine Begriffe sauberer sein. Eine Ablage(Hocker) im Bad,Haken für die Handtücher?wären super.

Schöne alte Villa

Meine Frau und ich hatten das B&B Anna Hotel vom 11. bis 12. Mai 2024 über Booking.com gebucht. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Buchung storniert worden sei; Grund: Sorry, Missverständnis. Nach einigem Hin + Her konnten wir doch noch ein Zimmer bekommen. In der 1. Etage, ohne (wie gebucht) eigenes Bad und Toilette. Ansonsten sehr schöne Location. Sehr gute Lage. Schöne alte Villa. Gutes Frühstück. Auch sonst alles ok. Verwalter/Eigentümer sehr freundlich.

Logeren in prachtige authentieke villa in Venlo.

Locatie, sfeer en uitstraling pand. Prachtig oud pand in oorspronkelijke staat gerestaureerd. Rustige plaats midden in de stad. Ontbijt in prachtige bibliotheek, vooraf aangeven wat je wil ontbijten. Goed verzorgd.

Blissful stay.

The grounds are lovely, the staff/owners very friendly. They all are very accommodating rooms were what I would expect for the style and the age of the home. I loved the stay, however short. I will return again.

I couldn't say there was nothing I didn't like.

Beautiful authentic place

Historical mansion with a lot of authentic elements - really good if you will actually spend the time inside. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast is served , you can chose what you want to eat at arrival. Nice location with a lot of beatify villas - we had a nice view on one of them. Right next to a small park and walking distance from the city center. The building is very well maintained - there is no sign of rotten tree or smell. Very clean.

It seems like the pool was under algae attack (green water) and they couldn’t fix it before we left. Quite disappointing, since the pool was the reason we chose this place. It’s an old building, so you can hear the neighbors shutting the doors. There was no cable TV and no streaming service - the tv booth in the room and at the lobby only had 3 Dutch channels. They have a dvd player in the reception, but no DVDs to play. Due to schedule mismatch, unfortunately we couldn’t taste the dinner cooked by the host. So could be a good idea to plan ahead. The room itself is just a place to sleep (very small and basic), compared to the rest of the mansion. The bathroom of room 4 has a separate entrance from the room itself, so you have to leave the room into the hallway to enter the bathroom ( but the bathroom itself is very spacious).

Room number 1 was 49 stair steps from ground floor, had no fire safety information or practical escape. Bath room had a venetion blind for a door paper cups to make hot drinks had to ask for tea bags and milk. Breakfast eggs burnt

Great location and place, but bit too expensive (for value)

Great location, nice room, warm bed (with bed heating), nice view from our room, great to meet other guests, breakfast was nice, fireplace was cosy in the living room

We had to pay immediately when arriving without seeing the room (felt a bit uncomfortable), extra pay for sauna, we missed some part of the breakfast (we had to mention a day earlier what we precisely want for breakfast, missed the orange juice and some bread).

More like a private residence than a hotel, especially as I was the only guest. Quiet, comfortable room, nice breakfast, pleasant location on a quiet square, 10 minutes walk into the centre.

the b&b is located in a residential area of venlo, very quiet, and very close to the city center, the owners of the house were very kind, hearty breakfast and very comfortable bedroom. In addition, I thank the owner for being kind enough to leave me and my colleague at the train station in his car.

Perfect stay after a long cycling tour with an outstanding host! Highly recommend it!

The house is located in a beautiful quiet area with a very nice garden and pool. The host was amazing and so attentive from beginning to the end finishing with an amazing breakfast!

The house and rooms are fantastic. Breakfast was really nice

Would probably expect a double duvet if staying in a double bed, rather than single duvets. Could do with bigger towels

No hot water in any of the bathrooms. When we arrived we were told we could not use the bathroom in 2 of the 3 rooms Overall i would advise do not stay here

Superb Villa with an excellent host

A fantastic host with a wealth of knowledge on the city of Venlo and Villa Anna. A beautiful house and dinner was spectacular. This place is the true meaning of a B & B
