This is a very cozy, clean, and comfortable home with all of the amenities of your home. With 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, (plenty of room for your children to sleep with couches, recliners, and air mattress), living room, family room, dining room, utility room with full size washer and dryer, front porch, large back deck with furniture, carport with driveway, and another driveway with plenty of parking for your cars and boats, beautiful zoysia grass lawn in front, and a large backyard for all of the children to play. The backyard opens up to the 15th fairway of the DeSoto Golf Course. This is an all electric home with an electric log heater in the fireplace. This is a split level home with the family room (Flat screen TV on the wall) that has a sliding glass door that opens to a small deck, 1 bedroom (Queen Bed), and a large full size bath with Jacuzzi and shower combination. The main section of the house is accessible by 1 step onto the front porch and 1 step into the house. This part of the house is the main living area with back bedroom (Queen Bed with flat screen TV on wall), full size bathroom with tub and shower combination in hallway, master bedroom with private bath with large walk-in shower (King Bed with flat screen TV), living room with sofa, chair, and recliner, with flat screen TV above fireplace mantle, dining area with table, chairs and bar stools, utility room with large washer and dryer, and full size kitchen with nice appliances and dishwasher. There is a sliding glass door that opens from the dining area onto a large back deck that overlooks the backyard and golf course fairway. There is laminate and tile flooring everywhere except bedrooms, hallway, and family room, which is carpet. Hot Springs Village is the world's largest gated community with over 32,000 acres nestled in the beautiful Ouachita Mountains only 10 miles north of historic Hot Springs. As our guest during your stay you will have access right here in the village to 8 beautiful golf courses, 9 fishing lakes of which 4 of them are large enough for tubing and skiing, play areas for the children, basketball courts, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, miniature golf course, large covered pavilion by Cortez Lake with large grill for large family gatherings, 3 swimming beaches on 3 different lakes, and many nature walking trails throughout the village. Visit historic Hot Springs and spoil yourself on bathhouse row in the natural hot water springs. Bring your boat and cruise beautiful Lake Hamilton right in Hot Springs, or go only 10 miles north of Hot Springs Village to the state park on Lake Ouachita and launch your boat in pristine waters that is totally surrounded by state park wilderness. If roller coasters are your thrill then only 5 miles south of the village is Magic Springs, a beautiful amusement park with great rides and a large water park. If relaxation is your desire, then sit on the back deck and watch the golfers go by as your steaks and burgers are cooking on the large propane grill that we provide. Enjoy the peace and tranquility as the sun sets over the Ouachita Mountains. There is something to enjoy here in Hot Springs Village and close surrounding area for everyone in your family. And remember Walmart is only 1 mile outside the gate of the village!

We absolutely LOVED this home. We stay in vacation rentals at least once per year, and this home was by far the cleanest! Look forward to future stays here. There was plenty of space for everyone.

The home was very nice and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It has a very nice golf coarse view with wildlife. There are restaurants and other necessities within a short drive of the home. It is also within 30 minutes of downtown Hot Springs and the Mid America Science Museum. Our family had a wonderful and relaxing time.

Nice clean home to get clean and rest while we visited family in The Village. Hosts were prompt on communication and the house had everything we needed. Appreciated all the labeling in the kitchen too!!

I'm so happy we chose this home. It had everything we needed and more. We found plenty to do close by. We loved sitting on the back deck in the mornings, drinking our coffee, seeing and listening to the birds and watching the golfers. Evenings on the deck were great too after returning home. Everything was as advertised. No disappointments. We would rent this home again in the future.

There were 3 of us staying in a 3 bedroom house. We didn’t eat in the house but kitchen looked well appointed. The tv was cable, so that was nicer than some of the internet tv we have experienced at other vrbos. We did ask if we could check in early. Granted, we have no rights to do so, but we ask so we don’t leave our stuff in a hot car while we play golf. This particular unit was unique as the key code came from a third party site precisely timed to allow us in at 4 and has a firm off time at 10am. (We left at 7). This is all per the contract so not really an issue but so you are aware). The bedrooms were comfortable. TVs in the 2 upstairs rooms, no tv downstairs. The property is on the far west end of the village, probably a 15 minute drive to the golf courses on the east side. We would stay there again in our next trip

We were attending a family reunion and memorial service in the village. The house is lovely and well maintained. We would have liked to have gotten to spend more time enjoying it, but the family kept us on the go! We would stay there again. Thanks.

This house is clean and comfortable, nicely furnished but not untouchable. We all enjoyed the atmosphere: the house and patio, the yard, the golf course... a perfect location to watch the eclipse and just hang out. There is ample parking, and plenty of room inside. The kitchen is well equipped, and we had everything we needed. I would definately come back another time, as would everyone in my party!

The owners provided contact information in case there were any issues. There were none. Sugar, coffee, and tea were provided. The only problem was not enough hot water, but that was easy to manage. We would be happy to rent this home again.

The house is perfectly located very close to the main entrance of Hot Springs Village. The owner truly thought of everything to make your say as wonderful as possible. The home has a well stocked kitchen, and it was VERY clean. It was as if you were in your own home. We will DEFINITELY stay here again. 5 Stars.

Perfect home for 3 guys on a golfing trip. The owners have done a fantastic job with upgrades, furnishing, decor and all other things that make for a very nice stay. I'm hoping to rent this property for our next annual golf trip next year. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone wanting plenty of room, parking and comfort.

We have stayed in many homes in the village over the past 20 years and this was far the best one yet. It was a little inconvenient for my handicapped husband. But I had my grandsons to help me. The home was very welcoming and we loved the back porch. We watched deer on the golf course. I will be telling others about it as they come to visit with family and church.

This was the perfect home for our sibling (and spouses) vacation. The house was perfect for three couples. We had everything we needed to prepare meals, relax and play games. We enjoyed area shopping and restaurants and a day in Hot Springs, which was a nice drive away. We would definitely stay again if were were in the area.

The house was wonderful. It is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds were great and we had plenty of towels and other supplies. Such a quiet place to relax on the back deck and watch the deer on the golf course.
