The location & view was wonderful, walking distance to beach, cafes Restaurants & pub. cooking facilities in house was good, only had cutlery for 6 people when we had 8 staying & only 1 teaspoon , Beds were comfortable

quite honestly the outside balcony was a mess, broken furniture in a pile on side of balcony so the main bedroom had that mess as part of their view. One of the lounges was in disrepair ( the white vinyl one ), a couple of chairs had wobbly legs, the other lounges were uncomfortable & plenty of water staining on old worn carpets. Too be honest, the excitement of staying in a "Penthouse" was dulled by very ordinary old hotch potch furniture, the view is what saved me of the embarrassment of treating family to a weekend in a "Penthouse", A refurb is desperately needed

Great location great view plenty of space for large group. Easy access to keys etc. great outdoor facilities.

Furniture good do with an update, tired and worn, one lounge the arm was broken. Bed side tables in other rooms would be nice. Only 1 face washer per bathroom for 8 guests.

great location but the decor of the penthouse is very dated and it was extremely dirty on balconies

keys were available early and very close to hotel

keys would have been easier to the hotel reception but it was not a problem with picking up from accross the street

Spacious penthouse with stunning views. Beds need improvement.

Agent is close to resort, friendly staff. Online checkin available. Beautiful views, huge and spacous penthouse. Master bedroom comfortable with spa bath. Lots of cups and crockery. Washing machine and dryer convenient. Close walk to local supermarket, 2km drive to bigger town with big supermarkets and shopping.

Limited cutlery and large serving plates/bowls. Limited dishwashing and toiletries for 10 people 2 night stay considering the price we paid. Most dissapointing aspect was uncomfortable sunken dounle mattresses in both 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. My 4 adult guests couldnt sleep and said the childten bunk beds are more comfortable. Lots of the blinds are missing slats Outdoor furniiture and cushions look worn.

The furniture needs replacing. In particular the white leather lounge. Very old and sunken plus cracked.

Spacious apartment with beautiful views

Fantastic stay, loved it, but room needs some love

The view was stunning, absolutely breathtaking and we got magical sunrises from the left side of the verandah and beautiful sunsets from the right side. The location was ideal with lots of restaurants and cafes close by and a family friendly beach across the road. The kitchen in the penthouse was fully equipped, there were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable.

We loved our stay and would stay again but the penthouse is in desperate need of updating. The couch is comfortable but old and marked, and so are the cushions for the outdoor chairs. The carpet is stained too. We rented the penthouse for our wedding and despite there being a large walk-in robe I couldn’t find a single full length mirror. The vertical blinds are missing strips so my son struggled to sleep with the sun coming through. However, if they gave the room a facelift we probably wouldn’t be able to afford to stay there!

the location was excellent. next door to shops, cafes etc. across the road from the beach. No car required. A pool is available ( a little cool for us to swim)

There was an issue with the deck being repaired and water had leaked into one of the bedrooms. the floor was saturated and very smelly. No TV for the visit unfortunately, not the owners fault, an issue with the building.

Family memories made in a lovely location.

The location, size and views were great. The real estate contact was very responsive to issues raised.

The furniture is tired, in need of repair and some should be replaced. For a Penthouse not to a standard.

A few wonderful days in Ettalong!

Huge with great view; terrifiuc inmdoor and outdoor spaces; very close to everything

it was pleasant, however would not stay in the same apartment unless there were improvements and upkeep was maintained.

the location was great. the apartment was spacious.

the beds in two bedrooms were terrible!! air conditioner didn’t work in one room. nothing to mop with, vacuum didn’t work, no Wi-Fi, lots of lights need replacing, dim and dark.

Definetley not worth the price paid for due to standard of apartment

Location

The apartment needs a massive facelift. Furniture faulty or broken, blinds broken, toilet don’t flush correctly, TV in main bedroom not working, Foxtel not working. list can go on.

Suited our needs for a large family holiday.

The view from the large balcony. Plenty of cutlery and crockery for a crowd. Spacious apartment.

Bedside tables missing in 3 bedrooms. Outdoor chairs completely ripped and unusable. Range hood exhaust not working despite written warning to use the exhaust or pay call out fee for Fire Brigade. Toilet in main bathroom didn't flush properly. Vacuum cleaner was completely useless with zero suction. Only allocated 2 keys between 4 families.

Excellent weekend away in a fantastic room with such a Spectacular View

Location was fantastic and the Penthouse was spacious and well equipped for the 7 of us....

Fair all round, but did see a few lollies, nuts on the carpet in the lounge room

Very close too Beach and shops

Furniture needs too be updated, the table on the verandah was very old, didn’t have enough seats for a 10 bedroom penthouse, would have being nice too sit outside have brekky with enough seats. The lounges were abit stained, we pay a lot of money for this penthouse expected furniture too be much better than it was. The place needs too be fumigated we saw at least 8 white tip spiders and if we got bitten and any of us allergic would not have bein a good weekend, cob webs everywhere.
