With a magnificent view over the bay of Rabac, this spacious apartment (128m2) three bedrooms was recently renovated. It is located on a quiet street near the tennis courts and 10 min from the incredible beaches and fishing port
It is perfect for families. It's an idyllic experience breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful view and the smell of pine trees. If you like getting up early in the morning, we recommend sitting on the couch and enjoy the sea view while watching the fishing boats entering the port, dolphins playing in the sea or simply watch the sea water reflecting the colors of the forest pines and sky. You have to come to enjoy

Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig. Betten waren sehr gut. Der Blick vom Balkon ist unbezahlbar.

Familienurlaub
Die Ferienwohnung war hervorragend. Sehr geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert. Der Wechsel der Handtücher und der Bettwäsche nach der ersten Woche ist ein toller Service. Auch die vorhandene Waschmaschine haben wir sehr geschätzt. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub in Rabac.

The location of the apartment is in a very quiet section of the town, it has amazing sceneries and is lovely overall. Having breakfast on a balcony while watching the morning sea is a special kind of enjoyment by itself.
Having a looot of stuff with us, we had a room to place everything, and everyone had their place, the children could study and the parents work. The neighbors are also very sweet and kind people.
I highly reccomend this apartment, it's probably one of the best we've stayed in!

The place is wonderful!

Schöner Urlaub im Herbst
Die Unterkunft ist genauso wie beschrieben. Sie ist hoch gelegenen, aber ohne hätte man nicht den schönen Ausblick. 500 Stufen muss man schon mal empor steigen, aber für uns und unsere Kinder, war das keine Problem.
Es gibt jede Menge zu entdecken. Wir hatte sehr viel Freude.

Sehr zufrieden
Wir waren als Familie sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Der Ort ist wunderschön, mit schönen kleinen Badebuchten und einer sehr langen Strandpromenade.
Alles in allem war es der beste Urlaub und die beste Wohnung!

Fantastic place with spectecular view
Fantastic place! The apartment offers a lot of space. 2 bedreoms , 2 bathrooms and an open large kitchen/livingroom space. With modern and comfortable furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, an aircon, all clean and new, it feels airy and lofty. Most spectecular the balcony with stunning views over the coast!! Much better than even on the fotos!!! The owners are cool, easy going and helpful. The wifi brockdown 1 day and we had a replacement already the next day. Locationwise it is uphill (a car is definitely required) within a quiet, green residential holiday area. We loved our time here and are already planning our next stay!

Die Aussicht der Ferienwohnung ist grandios. Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Zudem war alles sehr sauber.
Rabac ist ein wunderschöner kleiner Ort nicht weit von Labin gelegen, wo man alles findet was macht braucht. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Absolute Buchungsempfehlung.
Würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Great holiday in Rabac
We had a great holiday in Klaudias apartment. She gives us a lot of recommendations and was always available. The apartment is very nice and the view of the location is fantastic. Try the olive oil and visit Trattoria Rumore in Labin. Best pizza I've ever had.

Nice, spacy, clean apartment, it had enough space for 5 persons. The vew is priceless! Close to the Rabac seaside promenade - stairs to walk down there didnt disturb us. Girandella beach within walking distance, long, clean. I would return here! Our kids were happy, too. The host was very friendly and ready to help. Thank you, Klaudia.
I would recommend to add couple more chopping boards to the kitchen equipment and salt, and pepper, and a bottle of oil - they dont cost much, but would be really appreciated by all guests.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub
Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung und fürsorgliche Vermieter. Trotz Corona hatten wir einen traumhaften Urlaub in Rabac. Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr modern und einmalig schön gelegen. Kann man uneingeschränkt empfehlen. In der Nähe sind traumhafte Buchten die man auch ohne Touristenrummel bestaunen kann.
Die Fewo liegt oben am Hang (sonst hätte man den spektakulären Blick nicht) und man sollte sich im klaren sein, dass man dort hoch muss... Aber Bewegung hat noch nie geschadet. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank für alles.

Perfekter Urlaub
Es ist ein tolles sauberes Appartement. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir haben einen super tollen Urlaub dort verbracht.
Es liegt oberhalb von Rabac, ist fussläufig zu erreichen, doch nichts für Gehbehinderte oder kleine Kinder.

Wir wurden bei der Ankunft herzlich empfangen.
Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Eine sehr schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung mit allem eingerichtet was man so für den Alltag braucht.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht
Die Wohnung liegt ziemlich oben am Hang. Zu Fuss sind wir 10 Min nach Rabac gelaufen, hoch dann 15 Min.
Im Ort gibt es 3 kl Supermärktr, ansonsten nach Labin fahren.
Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet- 2 Kleinigkeiten wäre in der Küche noch praktisch: eine Schete und Geschirrhandtücher.
Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Traumhaftes Appartment mit wunderschönen Blick auf Rabac
Das Appartment ist superschön und sehr sauber!Der Ausblick ist fantastisch!Es ist klar ,dass man bei so einem Ausblick in die Stadt runter und wieder hoch laufen muss:)aber machbar,ich bin nicht wirklich sportlich aber der Weg nach einem leckeren Abendessen nach oben hat mir und meinen Hosen gut getan:)Wir würden ,wenn wir Rabac nochmal als Urlaubsort wählen dieses Appartment wieder wählen.Eine neue Kaffemaschine,etwas mehr Besteck wäre toll-es war aber auch ausreichend.Liebe Klaudia und Mama ,danke,dass ihr unserern Sommerurlaub mithin so schön gemacht habt.Vielleicht sehen wir uns ja mal wieder!

Geweldig appartement in Rabac
Van 3 augustus t/m 10 augustus hebben we in het appartement in Rabac gelogeerd. Het appartement heeft een geweldig uitzicht. Het appartement is netjes en voldoet aan de beschrijving zoals deze in HomeAway staat. De boulevard is eenvoudig te bereiken, wel moeten er vier trappen worden genomen (naar beneden en natuurlijk ook weer naar boven). Hierbij wordt aanspraak gemaakt op je conditie. Het contact met Klaudia verloopt snel en soepel. Op aanvraag geeft ze je tips om te bezoeken of om te doen. Dit appartement is echt een aanrader, ook vanwege de airconditioning in de verschillende kamers. Dit was tijdens ons verblijf hard nodig. Het appartement was erg schoon en netjes. Kortom een aanrader voor wie in Rabac een appartement wil huren.

Prachtige locatie met bijzonder mooi uitzicht.
Wij hebben een heel prettig verblijf gehad in dit prachtig gelegen moderne appartement . Het stond alleen heel hoog op de berg en lopend is dit een hele klim !! We misten alleen nog airco in de slaapkamers verder top !

Alles super, nur die Wohnung viel zu hoch auf dem Berg. Für die jungeren Leuten denke kein Problem.
Die Wohnung ist sauber. Die Vermieterin war super nett. Hat sich sofort gemeldet, wenn wir Fragen hatten.

Über den Dächern von Rabac
Ein wirklich super sauberes, frisches, modern eingerichtetes Objekt mit genug Platz für Familien oder gemeinsam Reisende Freunde!
Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit, der Ausblick vom großen Balkon ist wirklich sehenswert und die Einweisung/Übergabe sehr herzlich!
Rabac liegt bekanntlich in den Bergen und was man runter geht oder fährt muss man natürlich auch wieder nach oben. Für fitte Menschen kein Thema, allen anderen empfehle ich ein Auto, Parkplätze sind auf dem Gelände des TUI Life Resorts für 30 Kuna den ganzen Tag ausreichend vorhanden! Alles in allem eine echte Empfehlung aus unserer Sicht.

Great week in Rabac.
Beautiful apartment in a great location above Rabac. Everything exactly as described and thanks to the great kitchen it is fun to cook and then to eat on the balcony.
On the spot, everything worked out great and although we arrived at almost 4 hours late, the landlady was totally relaxed, nice and very friendly.
We enjoyed our time in Rabac and will definitely come back.

Die Aussicht vwar wirklich unglaublich...
Die Wohnung liegt ziemlich hoch über dem Hafen . 400 Stufen wollen erklommen werden und nach dem leckeren Essen am Hafen eine ziemlich sportliche Herrausforderung aber besser kann man ja keine Kalorien verbrennen. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Der Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und bei Problemen immer zu ereichen. Was uns auf dem Balkon noch so gefehlt hat waren ein paar Liegen oder vieleicht so eine Lümmel Ecke aus Ratan Möbeln zum Beispiel.Aber das hat dem ganzen Urlaub kein Abbruch getan ist nur als kleiner Tip gemeint.Wir vier würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit aufmerksamen Vermietern
Wir (Familie 5 Personen) haben uns hier rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Austattung der Wohnung ist modern und der Blick auf die Bucht von Rabac ist beeindruckend. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist vorhanden und auch notwendig, da die die steile Hanglage von Rabac zu Fuß einiges abverlangt.
Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Virkelig skøn lejlighed med vidunderlig udsigt.
Mine børn, mand, forældre og jeg har haft har haft en helt perfekt uge i Rabac, i Klaudias dejlige lejlighed. Helt perfekt til 3 generationer - 6 personer i alt. Lejligheden er godt indrettet og med rigelig plads til alle. Alle måltider er nydt på den fantastiske, pænt store altan med den bedst tænkelige udsigt.
Kontakten til Klaudia har fungeret perfekt og vi har gennem hele forløbet følt os trygge. Allerede 2 dage efter afrejsen var vores depositum tilbage på vores konto. Meget troværdigt og trygt.
Vi vender tilbage i 2019 - elsker Rabac.

Klaudia's place is super conveniently located. The apartment is amazing, clean and everything is new, it has a balcony where you can enjoy the amazing views. The kitchen is very comfortable and well equipped. Would definitely recommend to a friend and stay here again.

When we arrived in the apartment we were immediately amazed by the beautiful view of the Rabac bay. The following days we went around Istria by car while visiting the most splendid beaches, which had all their own unique character. The nice thing is that beautiful towns like Pula, Rovinj en Motovun are easy to reach. Last but not least, the nice host of the apartment even gave us a free place to park close to the beach.
