About this house rental

Watch and enjoy nature unfolding in the beautiful patio area outside, a spacious bi level deck with a fire pit for your quiet relaxation as you retreat with your family & friends. Home sleeps 16 and has 5 bedrooms, with 3 full bathrooms, plus two family rooms on a lower level. A large movie room with a bar, karaoke and variety of board games. Another room with Poker, Chess and Pool Tables. It also has a bright & open living area where you can enjoy watching movies, or play variety of games. All bedrooms are equipped with ACs during the summer season.

The house is located in a private community, on a quiet cul-de-sac street, and conveniently close to the entrance gate. Guests can purchase daily community pool wrist bands upon their registration at the welcome center or later at the pool with a guest pass. As of this year, the community charges $12 per person for daily amenities, it includes pools, courts, kayaks, boat rentals.

We are very satisfied with our stay, the house was perfect! All necessities were provided for us, so we weren’t missing anything. The rooms were extremely well maintained and comfortable for each of my family members. The neighborhood is greatly secured as you can only enter the area through the gates with a pass. The host, Kristina, was excellent and answered any questions asked, such great communication! Would recommend staying here!!

Wonderful area, lots of activities both on and off the property, and just about every necessity you could need provided. Kristina was also very friendly and prompt when answering any questions and reached out to make sure our stay was great! Only real complaint is there is no AC unit that we found in the movie room, so having a lot of people in there can make it get hot quickly.

It could have been clearer that to meet the number of sleepers, a bed or two might need to be shared. The pullout couch did not have a mattress. We quickly adapted and had a great stay. Deck is AWESOME, hot tub great, kitchen also nice. We would stay again!

This house is very clean, spacious, and has everything you need to enjoy a nice stay. The property host Kristina was super helpful and answered all of my questions quickly. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place in the poconos.

This house is exactly what it looks like in the pictures! All amenities listed where there and ready to use! Our group of 16 adults slept very comfortably in all of the beds. Kristina responds very quickly and was very helpful with our stay! Loved this place and would stay again!

The house is very nice and fully packed. Has all house needs for customers, which was a surprise for me. Usually other houses don’t have some thing available for customers, but this house has everything. So you don’t need to bring with you the plates, or towels, or other things just a food. We enjoyed the hot tub, karaoke and much more things provided for customers.

Plenty of space! Stayed for 3 nights 4 days. 13 people total 5 adults and 8 kids ages from 9-13. We all had our owns spaces and never felt on top of each other. We all enjoyed the pool table, poker table and jacuzzi. Beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, plenty of extra blankets and linens . Close to attractions, will book again for our next PA trip.

House was perfect for a getaway. It was fully stocked with kitchen items, had lots of rooms and fun amenities. Some of the appliances did need some updating, but that was definitely not our focus. Highly recommend!

Overall, our family group of 7 were satisfied with the weekend rental. It was spacious and comfortable and the back deck was awesome. We all enjoyed a lot of time in the hot tub. Suggestions for the owner: Multiple doors don’t close or lock correctly. That led to privacy issues and a toddler opening them constantly and wandering in there. Instructions for operating things like the hot tub, tv remotes, and electrical problems with master bedroom electricity cutting off and multiple light switches controlling lights in a very confusing way. While these issues were minor, they were also kind of annoying.

We had a wonderful weekend at the house. Check in process did not take long as we had sent all the information prior as requested. House was located centrally in the poconos area. Everyone loved the game room and the kids had a great time at the house - especially with the karaoke machine. Hot tub took a long time to be able to use as it was very cold out and we had to buy dry fire wood to be able to use the fire pit.

The home is beautiful, spacious & lots to do. It listed with paper supplies & hardly any way there. Garage bags were not there & not enough of towels. We had to shop 3 times for stuff that was said to be there. You need to go to a visitors center to obtain a pass which is inconvenient. Once you get sorted it is a lovely stay.

Had an amazing stay in Tobyhanna. The house was amazing. Very clean and everything was in working order. The hot tub was the perfect solution to the cold fall days/nights. Kristina was the perfect host. She was very responsive to any question or concern we had. She was also great in recommending things to do for our family. She checked in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Our trip could not have gone any better. Would 100% recommend staying at Kristina's house for any type of gathering.

We had a group of 16 and this home accommodated us wonderfully! We all had beds/areas to sleep and the home had so much space and fun things to do. We enjoyed the hot tub which does work as of 11/11/23, the pool table and were able to have a great dinner without bringing an abundance of pots/pans/utensils because the house was well stocked. Location was excellent being only minutes away from grocery stores and such. If in a large group do bring more toilet paper as there’s only one spare in each bathroom and do bring trash bags if planning on cooking/using disposable dishes/trays. A bit of a headache with check-in.. some of my guests were able to get in without going to the welcome center while others were not regardless of the drivers list. Also, the next morning we went to get more trash bags and toilet paper, but due to the passes being only for a day, we had to contact the owner to have her call so they’d let us back in. That said, Kristina was super helpful and available for all of our needs. She was super accommodating and kind. 100% recommend this home.

We were a group of 16, 10 adults 18-76, 6 kids ages 7-16, we fit perfectly. The property is big, very clean, beautiful decor. check in process was very easy, just needed license and registration. We stayed the weekend of Friday the 13h, the kids had a scary movie marathon. The double deck and fire pit are amazing! It rained all Saturday but we still had a great time! We’re definitely planning on coming back again during spring and summer. Thank you for lending us your beautiful home! We greatly appreciate it!

This property nearly earned a 4/5 due to the check in staff. The check in staff is not a reflection of the host, more on that later. Pictures do not do it justice. Property itself is amazing. Our group could have stayed on premises for the entirety and had a great time. Pool table, hot tub, grill, full kitchen, lots of sleeping space, and more. The host was friendly, communicative, and available throughout our stay. When we arrived to the property there were zero issues. The check in process was a headache. 2-hour line to register a vehicle and get an access pass; pass is required to get through the gate. Registration staff are overworked and overwhelmed and the volume of clients greatly outnumbered the staff. Need to present license and physical copy of vehicle registration to bring a car in, for every car. All that said, would likely stay again.

The only reason I didn’t give this property a 5 star review was the check in process. The home is located in a gated resort community. The community policy for visitors is that they have to register their car at the welcome center (must bring in your license and cars printed registration…digital proof of registration is not accepted). Kristen did advise us of the need to check in at the welcome center before our going to the house however when we got there we were shocked to find that there was a line out the door and it took close to 2hours to wait to be registered. Had I known that the check in would take so long, I would have tried to get there earlier to beat the crowds. After registering and getting to the house though, the weekend was amazing! Kristen’s property is fantastic! The home was very clean and well stocked for all we needed for our girls weekend! We had plans to go out to dinner after our wine tour (Pocono Day Tripper Hop-On Hop-Off Trolly) on Saturday but the group consensus was that everyone wanted to order dinner in so we could spend more time at the house enjoying the hot tub, fire pit and media room. Kristine and her transparency about our stay at the property was top notch for someone who's used Vrbo for the first time. Check-in and thorough rules were self-explanatory and concise. Unfortunately, their brand new hot tub had not been working while traveling the day-of check-in. Other than that inconvenience, every other amenity at the house was great and had been taken advantage of while myself and my guests enjoyed our stay :)

Great weekend experience. Celebrated a birthday weekend with my 5 sisters and our daughters. The house was perfect! Exactly as advertised. Clean and spacious. Fully stocked with kitchen equipment, linens and towels! Would definitely recommend this rental!!!

Came here with a bunch of friends for a relaxing weekend away from NYC for my 30th birthday. The pictures are amazing, but don't really do the place justice - it was way nicer than I expected. The open areas with TONS of comfortable seating options located next to high-use areas like the kitchen or main TVs on both floors make for an atmosphere of everybody coming together to have fun. The karaoke machine was so much fun, and we stayed awake far too long playing pool, poker, and novelty chess. The beds and rooms were super comfortable, and we had extra space for everybody who came. BBQing, sitting by the fire, relaxing outside, it was so great. Only thing better could have been having a hot tub, but regardless I think I'll be back here next year for another friend's 30th soon! Thanks so much for having us!

The house is very beautiful with many activities! The owner is very responsive and easy to reach should any questions come up. The only issue was the listing stated five pool tickets and it turned out the listing was not updated as the location no longer did this. Able to call the owner and clarify. Other than this the stay was pleasant.

Our experience was nothing short of amazing! The host was very quick with resounding to any questions we had and she was very accommodating. The space was clean and had everything we needed. We definitely took advantage of that karaoke machine and bar area😝 The only downside was at one point the fuse box kept going out but we fixed it and the hot tub did not get hot so we couldn’t use it. Besides that, we had a ball and would definitely book this house again!! Thanks for hosting us😘

We had so much fun at this property! 9 of us celebrating my birthday and perfect amount of room for everyone and so much to stay entertained! The house was very clean and well stocked. We needed nothing when there. The new deck and fire pit are really nice. I’m sure in summertime it’s a great place to hang out. The owner was really responsive and great to work with. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!
