Great house with several bedrooms and sleeping arrangements. Great location to places in CS.

The property was very well maintained & comfortable for our situational needs. We came to compete in Texas 4-H Roundup 2024 hosted at Reed Arena, so it was perfect location. Much better atmosphere than staying in a hotel & we had the literal comforts of home. Had 2 couples & 2 mom's that had their own room. One little brother camped out in the game room & the 4 teenage girls had a room to themselves as well. Cooked 3 meals & had everything we needed. HEB also delivered our grocery order with no issues. There was enough parking for our 4 vehicles with room for at least 2 more in the driveway. Host was easy to get ahold of if needed, which was not while we were on the property, and walked into exactly what was described. We will definitely look up the Aggie "Whoop" House for any future Bryan stays! 10 out of 10!

some frustrations with doors and bathroom toilet, not all sleeping conditions were satisfactory.

Place was homey and comfy for the family, plenty of room for everyone. Page was quick with the replies.

Page is an amazing host! She is great to communicate with and is very responsive. We always rent Page's house when coming into College Station!

9 family members stayed so we could spend time with our Grandson Aggie. The house was close to the campus, had the beds we needed and was clean and neat. Because of the rain we could not use the patio and due to our schedule we had very little time for the game room.
It did serve us well and we had a great time.

We booked this house for extended family overflow during the holidays. It was clean and the large number of bedrooms and baths were great. The amenities and games were easy to use and the host was very responsive.
4.7
We were very pleased with our rental. It was cozy and we were especially pleased that it was decorated for Christmas. We would definitely rent from Page again. Highly recommend her rentals.

This was a nice place to stay. We used all five bedrooms and everyone was comfortable! A great place to hang out!

This was a very nice and spacious property. Thanksgiving with family went off without a hitch. There was plenty of room for everyone.

We were in town because my Aggie was receiving her ring! The house slept many people and accommodated our family nicely with 3 full bathrooms. Beautifully decorated but it is a older home with a lot of space. It sits on a large lot that feels private when enjoying the backyard in the evening. This house is not handicap accessible. Steps at all 3 entrances to the main house. This did not pose a problem for our group.
This house shares a property line with an elementary school. With our 3pm early checkin we found that the parent pick-up line was in front of the driveway to the house. One of our guests had to circle the block to gain access because the cars were blocking the driveway. This would possibly not affect a 4pm checkin.
I would stay at this property again.

There were 12 of us staying comfortably and enjoying the location of the “Whoop House”. The living and cooking area was spacious and allowed us to cook and socialize in the mornings like families enjoy doing. The location was ~2 miles from Kyle field on the Golf Course side of Campus making it easy to get to Northgate or other areas nearby. The Neighborhood is quiet and next to an elementary school. Thank you for a great place to stay for the football weekend. If the opportunity presents, we would look to stay here again.

This home was perfect for our family gathering! Plenty of room and very comfortable and clean . The hosts were great and very quick to answer any questions. One of the best we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend

Spacious older home, close to campus. Perfect spot for a few friends on game weekends. We would rent again.

We were visiting Waco for the New Student Conference and needed a place with several beds. The bonus was the fun game room and plenty of activities. We had a great time. Our daughter's college friends had a chance to hang out and reconnect before the semester started. We were all able to easily get to the campus and enjoyed some restful time at the Aggie Whoop house after our busy conference days. I would highly recommend for a family group and friends.

The property was amazing, the owner was amazing when we had a problem they fixed it right away, the only thing that was a disappointment was in the listing there was 2 refrigerators listed one in the kitchen and one in the game room. there wasn't the one in the game room. We made due with what we had. Location was right next to the university. i would stay here again. AMAZING

House is really wonderful as far as location and ability to accommodate a group. The beds were comfortable and the house is clean and well stocked. Lots of room to spread out. The only issue is that the poor air conditioner simply cannot handle the Texas heat. The window units throughout really helped the bedrooms, however trying to hang out in the living area or kitchen was pretty uncomfortable, as the house was 84 degrees in the afternoon and took until morning to get to 76. I would definitely stay again, just not in the summer.

We were here for new student orientation. House was clean for the most part. There were 2 microwaves in the kitchen and one was broken. In the broken one there was a plate of food left in the microwave from the last guest and in the bathroom downstairs there was a used washcloth from the previous guest. Grass in the backyard was high and was cut on the day we left. House was much older than I expected. Probably 50 years old and smelled like my grandmothers house. House was clean and central air downstairs and window units upstairs. Was a good price so we tried it out. I’ve stayed in worse but most likely will not stay here again.

We had a group of 8 female cousins ages 34-70. Plenty of bed space for everyone’s comfort. Great open living room & dining area for gathering & visiting! Everyone enjoyed the stay.
4.7
The house was perfect for our needs. Had everything we needed would recommend to others
4.7
The house wasn’t too bad. The pull out couch downstairs was pretty yucky-we weren’t able to use it as a bed. Otherwise, was fine for our big group. We had 14. I wouldn’t say it sleeps 15 comfortably, but we made it work
4.7
The house was perfect! The game room was so fun for the kids. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for a family Easter dinner. Location was great! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to College Station.

Very well priced. Great location! A ton of parking space. Plenty of room for people to sleep! Thank you!

Great house. Would be great for family or friends group. Clean and pretty. Close to lots of things.

Enjoyed our weekend together as several families came in for the Blue Bell Fun Run and we were able to fit all 15 persons into this house!
4.7
The place is tastefully decorated. Older home which has had some updates done. Multiple entries which can be a plus for privacy with larger parties . Owner very accommodating and responsive.

Nice big house.

Really cute house fit for a large group. We really enjoyed our stay — perfect for a girls weekend. Only negative was that some of the linens were stained. We would stay here again. Thanks!

It was alright. The bedsheets and pillows had stains on them, floor was creaking upstairs. All stairs had black stains on the middle. Tap water probably not suitable for drinking and was freezing cold. Was a really narrow bathroom with a broken toilet seat. The heating was awful upstairs.
4.7
Great house and great location. Everything was close by and it was perfect. Really enjoyed our stay.

perfect location and great for a bigger group

We thoroughly enjoyed our Family Aggie Weekend Trip in this well-appointed, roomy home! There was plenty of space for everyone and no one had to fight over restrooms! :) The home is an easy drive to campus! There’s plenty of parking available and check-in and check-out was quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again for our next family weekend!!

Clean close to stadium , forgot charger , living room by TV I will gladly pay shipping for the return

Great place, needs some fixing up but did not bother us. For a pet friendly property, back yard should be fenced in.

Older Home, Perfect for Family Gatherings
Overall it was a great place to stay!
It was older, but everyone in the family had the perfect room to suit their needs. Especially the bigger room for families with small children.
There was enough room for all to gather at meal time. The kids enjoyed the game room.
Only issue was the smaller bathroom upstairs leaked into the lower floor bathroom. The propery manager had a plumber out the next day.

House - Big enough for everyone!
House was great for our needs. We were in town for a wedding and a large group was able to stay together, which was really nice. Cleanliness only gets a 4, I have the same complaint everywhere I stay. The cleaners never check the drawers to see if they are clean. Dirty drawers mean dirty utensils, so had to wash everything before using it. Check in process gets only 2 stars, because cleaners were not done on time, so we were unable to check in on time. Then she forgot personal items so had to come back in the house twice. Also, the AC were turned up so the house was really warm and took forever to cool down in this crazy heat we are having this summer.

Carlos the owner was very considerate and responsive to all my questions prior to arrival. This place is special to him and decorated beautifully and top of the line in bedding towels etc
