Everything was in order, clean and perfect. Great location and view from the room. There was a manager that helped, he was very helpful and polite. Amazing experience with this hotel.

Don't go by the pictures

The location

I got cheated with the pics shown on the booking.com website and what was presented in real. Even the air condition was also not working.

Worst staff

I booked 1800 per day after reaching the hotel they took extra money for 450 rupees ... it's very bad experience. I paid 2250 rupees for 3hrs ...I feel it's not a good hotel so we vacated

Story of me mom and dad not staying at the hotel

Nothing . The hotel was under renovation when we visited and they didn't let us know this in prior. We had to search and book a different hotel at that time.

This hotel famous for couples not for family

Location.

Wifi system they give us 5 username and password but not work , check in and check out process are very time taking process , at room not glass no cup , per room one towel, early check-in per hour 200rupees you have pay in cash 800 rupees. I'm traveling with my family, live in this hotel is just west of money.

Best food ever

really great , maintained the place neat and clean it's spacious, it may not seem from photos but it's quite good

But the condition of toilets needs improvement. And the carpet in the lobby of each floor is very dirty.

The staff was great. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. Its was good and neat hotel. Its good for couples to spend quality time together here.

Water pressure in the shower was very low, plz install pressure pumps.

Amazing experience as it is located just next to highway so traveling was easy. Amazing staff as they had a positive attitude towards us, and the rooms and hotels was nice and big and properly sanitized The hotel serves delicious food and has a variety to choose from and the stay was value for money Would definitely visit again Travelling was convenient and great hospitality

Big size rooms. Nice and tidy friendly staff and a wonderful stay at a very good price. Value for money. Good property to stay. Toilets were clean.

Great hospitality

The bed was soft, the pillows were fluffy, and the bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. It was very nice experience... felt like home, staff was also good. Very clean , neat and well maintained Hotel. Super Location. very nice and good service.

Operation of AC needs to get better, did not work proper in rooms.

Rooms ache the, and khana ek dum ghar jaisa tha. Safai bhi roz hoti thi.

Electric kettle ka issue face kia sirf and wo bhi baad mei hotel walon ne shi kr dia.

Good atmosphere, clean and well maintained rooms. Had a good stay. Food taste was very good. Staff was also decent. Peaceful sleep and nice washroom.

Had a tough time with mosquitoes. No hot water in the evening.

Property is bogus

Proper is bogus and fake. When I went to the property, they said there is no booking under my name and booking Id even after i showed them the booking Id i recieved in booking.com and even after i paid partial amount. The manager was very rude and did not even listen to us. I have not recieved a refund too for the partial payment i have done. Pathetic and very disappointed

Stay was good.. Staff at front desk needs to be trained well

luxurious & spacious room, well maintained, working desk, complementary breakfast

Ajith misguided me saying metro train is available from Halasuru to BTM Layout. I took a walk with my luggage to metro station and ended up wasting my time & energy after knowing there’s no metro to BTM 1st stage. He also tried to lie to me saying there’s no complimentary breakfast. This guy needs proper guidance, he don’t know how to behave with customers. Other guy might be his supervisor is so cool, he resolved my issue. For the first time in my travelling life I had a bad experience. WiFi is not suitable for working professionals
