Professionally decorated 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo. Inspired by the Colorado Rockies, this unique property will awe you with its fashionable furnishings, hardwood flooring, custom made bathrooms and great decoration. Luxury linens, fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TVs, cable, telephone and WiFi are just a few of the amenities you will enjoy.

This large corner unit features a sitting room set up with flat screen TV and board games that normally turns into the family's hangout area. For this reason, corner units are a favorite of our returning guests! The balcony with beautiful patio furniture is a great place to enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning or a refreshing evening cocktail.

We are thrilled for the new renovations Vista Cay is working on this year. After 18 years our main pool is being renovated but not to worry, guests are more than welcome to join us at the New Isles Pool & Bar, which are now fully open. We realize that this closure of a main resort amenity will be inconvenient for our guests however it is necessary. We plan on keeping the Clubhouse lobby, game room, and fitness center open, however there may be temporary closures as needed for safety. While Verity works on the remodel, the Board is also utilizing this down time to replace the Clubhouse roof. The renovations will start on September 13, 2024 till the end of February, 2025.

The Clubhouse pool will be receiving the following upgrades and renovations:

Resurfacing and removing the leaking infinity edge of the Clubhouse pool.
New deck pavers and design.
Expanding the deck space to the maximum allowed with our existing land and setbacks.
Expanding the size and capacity of the hot tub.
New children’s water play feature.
New, upgraded deck furniture.

FAQ:
How do I get directions and check in instructions? Prior to arrival, you will receive directions, gate codes, a keyless access code for the unit, and other pertinent information about your stay. What do I need to bring? We provide you with a fully furnished unit. Our gourmet kitchen is equipped to accommodate meal preparation and storage. We provide linens, towels, beach towels and a starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry tabs, dish washing soap, sponge and dishwasher tabs. Any additional items not included above, food, drinks and any personal items will need to be purchased or brought along with you. A large supermarket is located minutes away. The store’s address, phone number and hours are in the welcome information packet, located in the unit.

I am 100% satisfied with my stay in this unit. It is extremely close to OCCC which is why i choose it. The condo was extremely clean and bigger than the pictures make it appear. The host had all the check in info to me timely and was very accomodating. I will be happy to stay in this unit again.

Condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Communication with the property management was excellent. They are responsive and very nice. This was our 3rd stay at Vista Cay but first with an ITZ property, and we will definitely be choosing ITZ for our next stay.

My daughter and I stayed here for NCSA Junior Nationals. We loved everything about our stay at Vista Cay! The condo was spotless and had absolutely everything needed for a home away from home. It was close to the Rosen Aquatic Center, Publix, and lots of restaurants. The welcome basket was a wonderful surprise! We will definitely stay here again when we return for this meet next year.

Located in Vista Cay, this is simply the perfect spot to start a great vacation with family. We were close to Universal and Disney properties. The home was compete with everything we needed to relax after a long day at the parks. Clean, organized and comfortable. We will certainly be back.

Attended a conference with 2 peers. The place was clean, luxurious, ski themed, and even had a nice welcome basket. Uber's were easy and cheap to the conference center.

Everything was perfect, and by far the best experience we have had with a rental property in Orlando, and we’ve stayed at a lot!! To start with, the communication was superb, fast response, incredibly helpful and polite. The condo itself was everything we wanted, and more! The beds and bedding were super comfortable, the sofa equally comfy. We had loads of space for the four of us, and immaculately clean. We appreciated the pack of drinks and goodies left for us, a lovely touch. Great washer/dryer, generous amounts of dishwasher tablets and laundry tablets. I always take my own but wouldn’t have needed to. I literally can’t think of anything that we didn’t like about this place. Just hope it’s available when we want to come again. Thanks so much!

The location was ideal for our activities in Orlando. The property was well maintained. I'm usually not a guy that cares about decor, but I appreciated that the theme was consistent throughout the property and it was cool and fun. Would definitely stay at again.

Quite easily the best vrbo we have rented! The space is beautifully decorated and very clean. The property itself is well kept and offers many amenities, including a beautiful pool area. Ana has thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay and included many thoughtful extras. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Orlando!

Me and my family of six stayed for five days. We were in Orlando to attend a family reunion. The location was perfect. Less than 10 minutes away from everything. The accommodations were clean, everything was thought of. We were very comfortable and highly recommend the condo to anyone looking for accommodations. Loved it!!!

From check in to check out this unit was just as advertised. It was very clean with enough space for our family of 5 to spread out and relax, providing a restful retreat from a day of parks. Enjoyed morning coffee reflecting on the balcony and swimming in the pool on our days off. Took in Disney and Universal…location was perfect with plenty of dining options around. Would highly recommend and will plan to stay here again when we come back.

We've stayed in several VRBO properties, none any nicer than this. Well maintained and nicely decorated. Everything we needed for a great vacation. Walgreens and Publix within walking distance. Nice pool, pool bar, and playground. Comfortable beds and couch. Plenty of eating and cooking space. Nice roomy shower and tub. TVs in each bedroom and a separate game room with a Wi. Quiet, private corner room. We had a wonderful time and hope to book this property again. Highly recommend.

From the moment we booked, the property manager’s response time and communication/information made me realize we chose a good rental! When we got there, checking in through the gates was a piece of cake. The condo looked exactly like the photos, in fact better than the photos! Beautiful place to stay. Access to anything you could possibly need within just minutes. The unit had a nice and easy information set up, with a binder for nearby restaurants, grocery, or emergency locations including pediatrics (ya just never know when you may need those things — so I felt that was a great add), a basket with some goodies and some kitchen essentials were provided as well like coffee and creamer, paper plates, paper towels. Just small little touches that made for an easier first day of settling in. I would absolutely book this unit or any other unit from ITZ vacation rentals again thanks to my great experience with the property manager and our clean, beautiful unit.

Wow - nicest and most spacious 3 bedroom condo we have stayed in Orlando area. Super well appointed with Mountain theme which isn't typical for Florida and has a very warm feeling. Open floor plan perfect for the family to spread out and have their own space. Super sized master bath. Very fine porch sitting area.
