About this villa rental

Villa Tresquinas located in Marbella, on the prestigious Rio Real Golf Urbanization. This incredible villa is situated on the Rio Real Golf course, with spectacular views of the sea and mountains that surround it.
The villa is all on one level, 500m2 with perfect layout. In the centre of the villa, is the lounge and living area; The spacious and confortable dinning area sits up to 12 and opens onto the garden and pool area. Both areas are spacious and have lots of light and can access the pool from both areas. There is a second lounge where you will find a TV and chimnea. This also has views of the garden and pool.
The kitchen is large and spacious. It is furnished with a breakfast bar that sits 6 on hight bar stools.
The house is split in two main areas leading from the lounge and dinning area. On oneside you have 4 bedrooms, 3 of them being en suite. 3 of the bedrooms have double beds and one has 2 singles (4 beds).
On the other side of the villa you will find one ensuite bedroom, that has direct access to the garden and pool area. On this side of the villa you have another room and independent bathroom.
The majority of the areas of the villa have views of the garden, golf and pool which gives a great sense of peace and wellbeing.
Outside are has an undercover barbecue area that includes all the necessary equipment for a bbq, a kitchen area. It has a table to sit 12 people. In the same area you will find loungers to sunbathe on, as well as other loungers for the garden.
The swimming pool has a shallow and a deep end.
This amazing and modern villa located in Marbella, just on first line golf and walkable distance to the beach. Puerto Banus is just 10 minutes driving from the villa, easy access to the motorway, one of the most prestigious restaurant is located on Rio Real beach, Trocadero.-

We had a great stay at beaitiful house we found in VRBO web. All communication was timely and abundantly replied to before our arrival by Natalia, the host, and this made from our stay very pleasant and relaxing experience. As the fotos of the villa looked very nice, we found the villa even nicer in reality. All was there in perfect, neat and clean condition to make our stay a wonderful experience from the first minute. The pool was abundantly used by the kids and the not so youger kids (us). Also the outdoor barbecue area was a well used area during the evenings, All in all a very recomendable and rewarding place to families (we were 12). We enjoyed every minute! The house was FANTASTIC! It far exceeds our expectations and is actually even better than what the pictures show. It was spacious, extremely well maintained and enjoyable. The location is also ideal - near beaches , restaurants, and sites. The host was very responsive and pleasant.

We were greeted on arrival by Nati the owner of the Villa, what a warm welcome. The fridge was stocked with the essentials and the villa its self was spotless. We really enjoyed our 8 night stay at the villa. The location was great although a car is needed. Nati was very helpful always a text away if we needed anything. I would highly recommend a stay here.

This home was wonderful - super clean, modern, with all the amenities and comforts we needed and more for a relaxing vacation near the beach. Natalia was also a great host, very responsive to questions and proactively gave us suggestions for exploring the area like beaches, markets to buy good meat for the grill, and restaurants. Everyone in our group loved staying here.

My family and I had a wonderful stay last week. The villa is beautiful, spacious and well maintained. The outside pool area was fabulous with lots of soft seating and a good size dining table. Nati the owner could not have been more helpful. She suggested loads of places to eat, beaches, bakeries etc in the area (all require a car). She was on WhatsApp if we needed and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely come back! Highly recommend!

The house is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you need, and beyond. The pool is outstanding and so is the barbecue area. The host (Nati) is a very generous and caring person. She helped us with special requirements like a baby crib and a paella & tapas chef, who came and cooked for us multiple evenings. The location is calm but still close to beaches and grocery stores. It’s an extra treat to enjoy watching golfers play hole 7 at Rio Real golf court from the garden. We want to come back. Soon.

You couldn’t meet a nicer host, Nati and her husband where so helpful during our stay.. Villa is beautiful. The age range of our party was 16-76 and everyone had a lovely time. If you decide to stay in this beautiful villa you need to BBQ it’s amazing.

Well, what can I say. What a wonderful find. We were looking for somewhere for some family time for 2 weeks to chill by the pool and not do much else... and that's exactly what we did! The house has beautifully appointed rooms, air con throughout, a great outdoor BBQ area where we eat most nights and the most comfy beds you could possibly wish for! Nati was super helpful from check-in all the way through in contact with us incase we had any questions on working out the air con etc. She even purchased some chairs especially for my mum and dad which they really appreciated. You'll need a car to get to most places but that's not a problem. We could not fault this place - if you are deliberating, dont! Its wonderful. FIVE STARS

Wonderful property and an AMAZING host

We just returned home to the United States after spending a week at this outstanding property. The house is just as described - clean and perfect for a large group. We had 8 members of our family there and my Mother in Law has mobility issues so having all rooms on 1 level was an added bonus. The location is nice and within 10 minutes to the beach. We spent considerable time around the pool. We did have an issue as the pool was dirty due to extreme winds so we contacted Nati and she rectified it right away. You could tell that she was concerned and wanted to make sure our stay was not impacted. Nati is an excellent host and we would definitely stay again when we come back to Marbella. Thank you Nati for renting your beautiful home to us.

Couldn't have asked for anything more during our stay at the Villa. There literally was nothing more you could possibly require on vacation. The property itself was of the highest standard and absolutely spotlessly clean. The pool and Garden area were also immaculate. Not only was the Villa perfect but also the host Nati who couldn't do enough for us. Will be booking again for next year without doubt.

The villa was outstanding and our holiday was one they dreams are made of, the villa is luxurious and beautifully situated. The pool area was amazing and the garden was lush with amazing views. Wij hebben een prachtige vakantie gehad in deze villa, is heel netjes, schoon en keurig onderhouden, mooie ruime kamers, en precies zoals op de foto’s. De eigenaresse heeft speciaal voor onze kleine kinderen ( leeftijd van 2 jaar) een hekwerk laten maken om het zwembad heen, heel veilig en sterk. De ligging is ook goed, 5 min rijden met de auto van het centrum van marbella en 3 min van het strand. Supermarkt op 5 min rijden. Daarnaast is de eigenaresse heel gast vrij en behulpzaam, ze heeft meerdere dingen voor ons geregeld ( fotograaf en tips voor restaurants) en is daarnaast dag en nacht bereikbaar mocht er wat zijn. Echt een aanrader om hier te verblijven

Casa diseñada con mucho gusto para ser disfrutada en su totalidad. Desde el jardín (que limita con el campo del golf), pasando por la piscina, zona de barbacoa y estancias, todo forma un lugar inmejorable para disfrutar de unas vacaciones familiares. Salón inmenso, con tres ambientes distintos, y cocina completamente equipada. Habitaciones muy amplias, la mayoría con baño incorporado que dan independencia aunque se trate de grupos grandes (como el nuestro) Muchos detalles que facilitan el día a día de cualquier huésped. Situado a una distancia muy conveniente tanto de la playa, como de supermercados y la propia Marbella (cinco minutos) Natalia y Hernán son unos magníficos anfitriones que han atendido las necesidades que hemos tenido los días que estuvimos alojados. Sin duda, un sitio para repetir.

Very nice villa for families or group of friends

We stayed with a group of 8 adult friends on a golf+ trip. The villa is very spatious both in and outdoors. Being on one level is a plus. The villa is very well equipped. The WiFi connection for some home office activities worked perfectly. The check-in and check-out where very lean. Nati was extremely responsive when contacted. We had troubles finding some downside when asked what to improve by Nati. Maybe a gas grill would help. Other than that, a very nice place to hang out for some quality time.

Han sido unos días fantásticos, hemos podido disfrutar de esta casa desde su piscina, la amplitud de las habitaciones, de las terrazas, del deporte vinculado al golf, aprovechando su buena ubicación para disfrutar de la oferta de Marbella. Y los servicios de la casa atienden todas las necesidades que una familia puede necesitar para disfrutar de un buen verano, tanto el aire acondicionado, lavadora y secadora, agua mineral, cocina completa, parrilla exterior...en definitiva una experiencia recomendable y para repetir. Por último destacar el trato dispensado por la familia, estando pendientes de nuestra estancia y destacando que se nota que es su vivienda habitual puesta a disposición de los inquilinos.
