30 Leighville Drive is a lovely cottage situated in the village of Herne Bay, Kent. Hosting three bedrooms; a king-size, twin, and a single, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to five people. Inside you will also find a cloakroom, kitchen/diner with woodburner, utility, and a sitting room with woodburner. To the outside is off-road parking, and an enclosed lawned garden with patio area and furniture. Located in a homely destination with much to explore around the area, 30 Leighville Drive is a comfortable cottage in a relaxing part of England. Sorry, no smoking, vaping, or drug to be used within Holly Tree House or within the property boundaries.
Amenities: Central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, Fuel, power inc. in rent. Electric car charging point at property, charged at £20 per week. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, high chair and 3 stair gates provided. Off-road parking for 2 vehicles. One well behaved dog welcome. Enclosed lawned garden with decked area and furniture. Sorry, no smoking, vaping, or drugs to be used inside Holly Tree House or within the property boundaries. Shop (Tesco express) 2 mins and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Access via key safe with security lighting and access at the side for bikes.
Please note: Dogs are allowed in kitchen and utility area only. Note: Sorry, no shoes allowed in lounge or carpeted areas. Note: Utility room with a separate back door to the garden. Note: Ironing board and iron in property.
