About this apartment rental
Modern decor and a quieter choice of apartment yet still very central. It has room for 3 guests.
The studio apartment is all one space but has been cleverly designed to give the feeling of separate areas; one for the living room area and kitchen, another as bedroom and bath.
The bedroom has a double bed. The design makes it a chic & modern area and very original.
The living room is comprised of one comfortable sofa bed, which can be used for the one extra guest, large TV, DVD and music system. This is a great place to sit back and relax and chill.
Kitchen is open to the dining room , and is on par with the rest of the apartment, totally new & equipped
Optional parking , 12€ day.

Lovely little apartment in the heart of the old town area of Valencia. A bit of a sewer smell coming from the sinks/clothes washer, but generally clean. The owner was very nice and accommodating. Great food within walking distance, if you just steer clear of any place with pictures of food on the menu.

A quite small studio in a perfect location in the centre of Valencia. Enough room for two people if you are mostly outside, enjoying the weather and the lovely city of Valencia. Javier gave us a plan and his recommendations for interesting places and good restaurants, very supportive! Wifi, TV and Air condition worked very well!

Host, Javier, went above and beyond with helping us get a car in the centro to the very close parking garage by meeting us in a nearby location so we could follow him through the one-way maze of skinny streets of the historic center. If you are driving in that area, you need that assistance and Javier made it easy.

Fantastic location in a quite small studio but perfect for two people. We loved the town with all the shopping and restaurants close.
We would have liked better towels and bedding though.

We loved our stay in Valencia! Javier was so accomodating. He was very easy to communicate with. He was waiting for us when we got there and gave us all the information we needed to get around the city and see everything we wanted to see. The apartment is in the perfect location, close to everything. It was so nice to be able to pop in there to rest our get what we needed while we were out for the day.
The apartment is well equipped with dishes and bedding and the bed is very comfortable.
I would highly recommend staying here and i would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in Valencia! Javier was so accomodating. He was very easy to communicate with. He was waiting for us when we got there and gave us all the information we needed to get around the city and see everything we wanted to see. The apartment is in the perfect location, close to everything. It was so nice to be able to pop in there to rest our get what we needed while we were out for the day.
The apartment is well equipped with dishes and bedding and the bed is very comfortable.
I would highly recommend staying here and i would definitely stay here again.

While not a four star hotel (one other review noted tired) - you won't find a nicer property owner, nor a better location. Javier the owner is a gem and the location is priceless.

Premier location
I was so surprised that the location of the apartment could be SO central, yet so quiet. I never hear a sound at night. The checkin process was very smooth as was the checkout process. The apartment was fully equipped as advertised with any item one might need. I was able to wash clothes, make coffee and toast bread every morning, open wine, and all the necessary plates, cups, etc. were in the cupboard if needed. Great shower and fully equipped bathroom. So many amazing sites were within a 5 minute walk. Transit options were very close (many bus lines and taxi stands within a 3 minute walk, and a few metro stops and the North Train station were within 15 minutes. I don’t see how there could be a more central location. As advertised the apartment is small. Sufficient for 1 or 2, but can be a bit tight for more than 2.

Bien apprécié le gîte de Javier. Il est quelque peu petit mais très fonctionnel, bien équipé et très propre. Nous avons grandement apprécié la proximité des services, des restos, des endroits touristiques . Tout pouvait se faire à pied. Nous étions à 10 minutes de la gare. C'est un gîte que je n'hésite aucunement à recommander. L'accueil que nous a réservé Javier a été tout simplement remarquable. Il nous a fourni quantité d'informations qui a rendu notre séjour très chargé et combien agréable.

Ideal location!
Small apartment on first floor, with Wi-Fi, Ok for two people. Ideally located in historical district near to Cathedral and 2 main plazas/Squares, lots of
restaurants and the tourist bus stop. We were met by Javier the owner at this bus stop who then walked us to the apartment, which was just round the corner. Javier made us feel very welcome.

Excellent All Around
Our trip to Valencia was the best part of a seven week tour of Spain and France. Our host, Javier, went to extraordinary efforts on our behalf and made our stay very memorable. The place is little small by American standards, but its also comfortable and everything works well. The bed was comfortable, the water was hot when needed and all appliances worked well. Located in the. middle of old town Valencia, Plaza De La Reina is fifty meters from the front door. The central market is 200 meters Buses and taxis run regularly through the area and everything we wanted to see was well within reach. The front terrace is small but overlooks a really great alleyway that is home to several small retail stores and restaurants. Indeed, the best restaurant was just below our unit and we ate there four times during our stay. We were in Valencia the week before the main portions of Fallas. Things were very festive and everyone in Valencia seems happy and welcoming. There are many cultural attractions nearby including museums, parks and music/opera. Our trip from the airport was 25 euros. The best part was having a friend in Javier who pointed out many options available from the condo. We could not have been happier and highly recommend this to others.

Appartamento situato in zona strategica!
Il titolare Javier è molto disponibile ed ha assecondato tutte le nostre richieste: all'arrivo ci ha fatto incontrare nella centrale piazza del mercato una sua delegata che ci ha accompagnato fino all'appartamento. Il giorno seguente ci ha portato di persona un secondo paio di chiavi ed il giorno della partenza siamo potuti rimanere fino alle 13. Comodo anche il parcheggio al chiuso, disponibile su richiesta proprio vicino l'appartamento.

Prachtig appartement op uitstekende locatie midden in het oude centrum
Klein maar heel fijn appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Ligt in mooi straatje in de buurt van vele kleine en grote plazas.

A little gem
My wife and I spent 10 days in this compact cosy flat. Javier met us in the Placa de la Reina and walked us 100 meters to the flat on a narrow pedestrianized alley midway between the cathedral and the terrific central market. A beautiful and exciting city made all the better by this ultra convenient flat.

Je recommande cet appartement : il est confortable (chambre à l'arrière) et bien équipé. Il est remarquablement situé pour visiter Valence, près de la cathédrale et de la jolie place de la Reina. La station de métro Colon (accessible directement depuis l'aéroport) est à 10mn à pied et nombreuses lignes de bus à proximité.
Le supermarché Corte Inglès et le marché central sont à quelques minutes à pied.
Quel plaisir de se promener le soir et de se rendre dans les nombreux restaurants du quartier pour déguster les spécialités valenciennes.

Lovely property in a great location.
We spent 4 days in Valencia at the beginning of October.
The owner met us and took us to the apartment, which is a stones throw from the Cathedral.
Although the apartment was small, it had everything we needed.
The location was amazing, right in the old town.
Would definatly recommend this apartment for a short break.

Right in the heart of Valencia
The apartment is situated in the very center of Valencia. We had always wanted to be in the heart of the city and were not disappointed. The owner Javier helpfully met us and guided us to the flat. Even though the Cathedral is only a street away there is no noise at night.
We had a great time exploring the beautiful little cafes and restaurants in the area. We could go to the shops, market and even a flamenco show by foot, not bus or taxi necessary. The amazing beach is easily reached by the tube.
If you are looking for a pretty, authentic Valencia city pad. This place is perfect.

Convenient, Well Appointed, Updated
One block off the cathedral square. Close to central market. Private. Quiet. Bright with slick white walls and cabinets with black granite counters in the kitchen and bath. Property owner was helpful, greeted us and offered Valencia suggestions from a local's perspective. Cooking some gourmet meals with supplies from the market was a breeze using kitchen utensils and spices provided. The entire package was a great value!

Pied-a-Terre in the Heart of Valencia
A great, tiny studio in the middle of everything. This apartment was well equipped, with several extra pillows, a full kitchen-even a large, sharp knife, a small stove top coffee maker etc. Two people can manage well in this small space, but anymore might be a challenge.
The owner, Javier, was extremely nice and accommodating. He met us at the central market on his motorcycle, and had us follow him in our car in order to find the place. He helped with luggage, provided local info, and was very responsive when we had a problem with the shower draining. I called and he was at the door within 7 minutes with a plumber!
Pros: Great location, well equipped, clean, ample bedding and towels, full kitchen, very nice owner.
Cons: Not many-the sofa bed is very uncomfortable, so don't plan on using it, and the space is smaller than it appears in the photos-but it's great for two.

Nice stay in in the middle of Valencia
We had a wunderful stay in Valencia in February/March 2015 - incl. preperations of the fallas processions and firecracker.
The apartment is located in the center of the old town (Casco Antiguo) and nevertheless in a quiet street (!!!). Most of the highlights of Valencia are within walking distance - an unbeatable advantage. To the Plaza de la Reina it will take only 2 minutes (!).
The apartment has an elegant and modern equipment in a decorated old building as described - ideal conditions for 2 persons. TV, Radio, DVD and especially a fast WLAN - we enjoyed our stay in middle of this fantastic city - recommendable and we would rent this apartment gladly again.
