About this villa rental
Come and enjoy a charming and exclusive village, where you can enjoy a holiday, a weekend or a long-term stay, with excellent comfort. In the morning you can hear the singing of larks and jays, children can dream and let their creativity fly in the wonderful house of the Pirates of the tree.
Independent house carefully decorated in a Mediterranean style (it was published in decoration blogs), it is the ideal environment to enjoy a few days of rest in the best family style. Located in the Quinta da Balaia condominium, just a few minutes (20min on foot and 5min by car) from Santa Eulalia beach and the entertainment areas of Albufeira and several restaurants and hypermarkets.
This spectacular villa has 3 bedrooms with capacity for up to 8 people (including children). 1 bedroom suite with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bunk bed. All environments (bedrooms and living room) have air conditioning. The living/dining room has a table for 8 people, overlooking the property's gardens.
The American kitchen is fully equipped with: espresso machine (Nespresso capsules), dishwasher, fridge and freezer, ceramic hob., toaster, fresh and hot water filter dispenser, (you will not need to buy mineral water) , microwave, oven and laundry room with washing machine. The garden area has 900m2. Sun loungers (2), garden furniture (table, chairs and armchairs), BBQ area, shower and the Tree House and outdoor table for 8 people; the house most preferred by the little ones, built in wood with top quality material and with total safety.
The villa has private parking, alarm, high-speed fiber, WIFI system, bicycles for adults and children (subject, however, to a cost per stay).
Early check-in and late check-out (when possible) cost 25 euros.
Late check-in between 19:00 and 00:00 has a cost of 25 euros
On request we can provide a crib.
For winter bookings (Nov to March) - Cleaning fee: 90 euros
(All additional fees must be paid upon arrival).

Loved the style of the property, rooms are spacious, good size for family of 8. Added bonus of a new salt pool which we were not expecting (quite cold in May). Quiet location, not overlooked, secluded, but the communal amenities were closed and looked liked they have been for sometime. Cleanliness of property could be improved (washed up dishes left on the drainer to dry, fridge not cleaned very well). Temperamental showers, changed from hot to cold, no consistency. Would benefit from instructions regarding appliances and receiving access code earlier. Overall enjoyed our stay.

It was all fantastic. The house is very nice!
The only thing I will point out is that in the description of the house, they mention that there are soaps, gel, and shampoos, and there are none.
We arrived tired at the end of the day on Sunday, and we were forced to go to the supermarket immediately, as there was not even 1 mop for the dishes, a kitchen cloth, a tablet for the washing machine, nor 1 extra garbage bag.
But it all went beautifully and we loved it

Our daughter got married near Lisbon. We wanted a quiet place to relax for the week after the wedding. The Villa was perfect. We spent the week exploring the Algarve. The location was ideal for taking day trips. The Villa was close enough to town that you could walk, but far enough away that it was quiet. Great setup for families. It would have been nice if the little restaurant and store in the complex had been open.

Bon séjour qui aurait pu être meilleur si l’accès à la piscine de la résidence avait été possible
Bon séjour très agréable. Maison magnifiquement bien décorée, chambres spacieuses notamment celles des enfants dans un endroit très agréable et bien placé.
Le distributeur d’eau froide ou chaude est tout simplement génial.
La cabane pour les enfants est top. Ils y ont beaucoup joué.
Petit bémol:
- le fait que nous n’avons pas accès à la piscine de la résidence. Pour palier à ce manque, Les propriétaires ont installés sur le terrain une grande piscine tubulaire, ce qui est très bien en soi mais qui au final n’est pas aussi attractive qu’une piscine enterrée.
- Petit dégât des eaux suite à un problème de canalisation.
- les matelas de la chambres à 2 lits séparés ne sont pas très confortables.

Heel prettig verblijf
Hele nette woning. In het begin hadden we een paar problemen met het zwembad, maar die zijn zonder enig probleem opgelost. De communicatie met de eigenaren (in dit geval een vriend van de eigenaar) was geweldig en hij was makkelijk te bereiken als we problemen hadden. Heel veel dank naar de eigenaar dat mijn vriendinnen en ik daar mochten verblijven.

Excelente casa muito bem decorada
A casa tem uma decoração muito bonita, um jardim bem cuidado com uma casa na árvore. A rede e o baloiço no jardim ajudam a relaxar à sombra do Pinheiro e Oliveira num ambiente tranquilo e sossegado. A cozinha está muito bem equipada, com todos os utensílios necessários para a confecção das refeições. Tanto o interior da casa como o jardim proporcionam um ambiente criativo, colorido e muito alegre. É um espaço ótimo para descontrair, relaxar, inspirador de bons momentos em família!

Com sombras, espreguiçadeiras super confortáveis. É uma casa ótima para ir com crianças. Utilizamos a piscina do condominio (boazinha).

Casa de praia com casa de madeira na árvore, os pequeninos adoram...
Casa decorada com muito bom gosto, muito bem equipada, estando numa localização central do Algarve, nem notamos a confusão já que a Quinta da Balaia é muito sossegada e a 5/10 minutos da minha praia preferida do Algarve, a praia da Falésia.
Para os pequenos nem sei do que gostaram mais, entre a casa da árvore e a cama de beliche é difícil escolher.

Perfect for family holiday
We filled the capacity of the place, including with our golden retreiver, and still felt very comfortable. Amazing decoration and composition of the house and the garden, and the owner was always very polite and helpful.

Ein toller Familien-Urlaub!
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten, schnuckeligen Haus mit wirklich traumhaftem Garten!
Der Kontakt mit unserem Vermieter Jorge war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich und er stand jederzeit für Fragen und Probleme zur Verfügung.
Portugal war auch im Herbst wunderschön und sehr erholsam.
Einziger Kritikpunkt: die Ferienhaus-Anlage, in dem das Haus liegt, ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen...

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt
Wir haben gerade eine Woche in diesem tollen Haus verbracht, vier Erwachsene und vier Kinder (davon ein Kleinkind im Babybett)!
Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden!
Ein toller Garten und ein wunderschönes Baumhaus lädt besonders Kinder zum Spielen ein!
Man kann sich einfach nur wohl fühlen und vom Haus aus die Algarve erkunden!
Bei Fragen/ Anliegen/ Problemen war der Vermieter stets umgehend erreichbar und hat geholfen, danke nochmal hierfür!
Wir werden uns das Haus auf jeden Fall merken um wiederzukommen!

Mooi ruim huis met goede voorzieningen
We genoten van ons lange weekend in het huis met familie en zoontje van 4. Mooi en ruim huis met voldoende plaats en alles netjes. Ook een mooie ruimte tuin en prachtige boomhut voor kinderen, hoewel deze al flink afgezien heeft van wilde kinderen wellicht.
Goede voorzieningen - fijne dikke handdoeken en goede bedden.. speelgoed, voldoende keuken gerief. Grote koelkast met vriesvak.
We hebben zelf voor wat zaken zoals extra toiletpapier, suiker, keukenpapier gezorgd. Dit kan je makkelijk in het kleine winkeltje vlakbij kopen. Daar ook geregeld lekkere pistolets gekocht.
Het huis is vrij rustige gelegen, hoewel dit sterk afhangt van de buren. 's nachts lopen er wel eens luidruchtige jongeren langs een kant van het huis.
Punten voor verbetering:
De tuinstoelen waren niet allen meer in goede staat en dit mag wel beter als je een flinke borg betaald vinden wij.
Het zwembad in het complex was (nog) gesloten en daar hadden we toch op gerekend.
Jammer dat er niet meer vliegenramen zijn, zodat je ze langer open kan laten.
Een lijst van suggesties voor restaurants en uitstappen zou ook fijn geweest zijn.
We hadden een vriendelijk en snel contact met de eigenaar.
Suggestie voor lekkere en goedkope hap: Portobello pizzeria restaurant op wandelafstand richting strand.

A lovely family friendly villa
Just returned home from a lovely week at Jorges villa. The villa is very quaint and quirky and the décor is beach theme, Lovely furnishings and a gorgeous garden area where the children are safe and enclosed, There is a lovely tree house and use of a hammock which my daughter could not get enough of as she is autistic and loves swings and spent hours in there. All mod cons, dishwasher etc washing machine in a separate out house.
The bedrooms are a good size and very clean, although I do have to add the beds are very very firm and I do like a soft mattress!
As for the complex it self it needs a good revamp in my opinion the roads avery very uneven The pool was all locked up and apparently you could request a key from reception but nobody was round it using the sunbeds or anything just people using the tennis courts so we didn't bother. The area is very peaceful and only a short drive to The Strip and centre of Albufeira.
All in all we really enjoyed our week here and would definitely return to the villa again

Heerlijk kindvriendelijk huis
Het is een mooi en compleet huis met geweldige tuin. Onze kinderen van 1, 1, 4 en 6 konden zich heerlijk vermaken met de boomhut, hangmat en het aanwezige speelgoed. Het huis rook bij aankomst wat vochtig, maar dat is dan ook het enige puntje van kritiek. Het huis is ideaal voor uitstapjes en er is een winkeltje op loopafstand voor verse broodjes.

Hemos disfrutado mucho de la casa. Esta decorada con un estilo propio, no faltaba detalle y los niños han disfrutado mucho alli sobretodo con la casita del árbol.

Sehr schön!!
Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten mit Warmwasser (Gas war alle)und Heizung haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Ein großes Plus: der Schöne Garten wo auch täglich der Wiedehopf zu Besuch kam.

Wonderful villa in great location
We had a great week, my granddaughter loved the treehouse and garden. The villa had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and equipment in the kitchen. The pool, cafe and small shop on site were an added bonus. The location for the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and shops was ideal. We also did day trips to zoo marine and slide and splash which were great despite it being the end of the season. We recommend this villa we had a great holiday.

Well equipped and tastefully styled small house in a silent gated area. Well equipped with AC, shower, dishwasher, ... All you need. Car can be parked in a closed area. We liked it very much!

A wonderful stay
We had a wonderful time at Jorge's house. It offers everything a family with two small children needs for a wonderful holiday.
Tastefully furnished rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a super WiFi connection and a great garden with lots of space to play. Especially the tree house was great for the kids.
The location of the house was also great. Only three minutes to the pool and about six minutes by car to the next beach. Larger supermarkets can be found in the neighbouring Albufeira.
In Jorges house we felt very well and can really recommend it.

Ein schönes Haus mit einem gepfegten Garten. Sehr gute Einrichtung.
Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus, das sehr geschmackvoll und perfekt eingerichtet ist. Wir haben die Zeit im Garten, im nahen Pool oder bei den Tennisplätzen genossen. Die Strände in der Umgebung sind phantastisch und die Algarve und auch das Hinterland haben viele Ausflugsziele zu bieten. Vielen Dank an Jorge Marques!

Une superbe adresse pour un excellent séjour
Tout est parfait, la maison, le jardin, la mer à proximité. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous étions deux couples avec 3 enfants dont un bébé. Chaque couple avait sa chambre et sa salle de bain séparée. Les enfants ont adoré le jardin et la cabane. Une piscine est dans la copropriété à 100m. Pour la plage, nous y allions à pieds. Elle est magnifique. Bref, des vacances de grande qualité et l'envie de revenir

Que bela surpresa!
Casa espectacular, nenhum detalhe deixado ao acaso. A casa da árvore foi uma aventura para as crianças! Local super sossegado e perto de praias, piscina comunitária pertissimo da casa. Casa com condições excelentes para acomodar 3 casais e crianças!!
