Second time staying at this location and won’t be the last, (I hope)! Spacious, well laid out, worked great for our family get together for Christmas. Dealing with the owner was smooth and fast for a request we had. Highly recommend!

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday to be near our daughter, son-in-law and their infant our Grandson😀😀😀. It was convenient and near where we needed to be. It would have been nice if the Keurig was described. (We brought one to be sure but there is one that worked very well.) the garbage disposal is disconnected and was plugged. I unclogged the drain and we had no additional issues. The accommodations are larger than we expected and actually much nicer!
I would recommend a different and larger type of lock box for the keys as it is difficult to function and close properly with the keys inside.
Beds are soft. For many that will be fine. For my wife and I they are uncomfortable. It’s not an inexpensive location but in all it was nice and comfortable. There is a type of raised stain on the kitchen floor tile. I would recommend this for larger groups.

This property was great for our family to gather and stay while visiting our son at ISU homecoming. Host was super responsive and welcoming. Newly renovated property and nicely done. We will stay there again if available.

Awesome place to stay!!! Clean, even better than what pics show. Very comfortable and way better and more affordable than a hotel. Would recommend this for sure. 6 minute drive to ISU campus and across the street from illinois Weslayan

Stayed here with 3 buddies, all in our 30s, for a weekend golf trip in Bloomington. The townhouse more than accommodated our needs and was extremely comfortable for time we spent there between the golf courses. It was nice being walking distance from a number of great bars and restaurants as well. Thanks again for having us!

We all were IWU alums so staying in apartments we’ve stayed in before during our 4 years at IWU was so cool! It was clean and had everything we needed.

This was a spacious condo in a convenient location for IWU Homecoming weekend. It was clean and well maintained. My only suggestion would be to provide a bit more in the way of kitchen utensils adequate for a larger group and a trash can in the upstairs bath. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Check in was a breeze, proximity to downtown was ideal. Walking distance to bars and restaurants and short Uber/cab rides anywhere else.

Property is as described. Everything was clean, the area is quiet and close to downtown. There could be some better kitchen equipment (pots, pans, etc.) but overall was a great stay - would recommend.

This place is located close to IWU campus and downtown Bloomington. Easy walk to either. It was very clean and had plenty of space for 3 adult couples. They were very accommodating and let us check-in early.

Robert was very flexible and allowed us to extend our checkout time as we were there for our daughters funeral. Having 4 bedrooms and 2 baths was so helpful. The place was very clean and parking was great. The furnishings were somewhat beat up. One bed needs to be replaced. The larger bathroom’s shower filled up water when using shower which was unpleasant. If those things were fixed we would stay at this property again.

We live in PA, Boston and Detroit and came to Bloomington for a family picnic. This place has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms and full kitchen and living area in a great location. I recommend it highly
! Communication and check in was excellent. We hope to return next year 👍😊

Very clean and comfortable.
We (2 couples) stayed at this property for 3 nights. It was centrally located with just about anything you could ask for within a 10-12 minute drive. We felt safe in the neighborhood while out on morning walks/runs. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We were in town for the IHSA State Cheerleading finals, the location was perfect for us even though we had to arrive during a terrible winter storm. The location had everything that we needed and was very well stocked with the usual supplies. Beds and beddings were comfortable and clean and there was plenty of parking even with the winter storm taking over the roads and parking lots. I was a little disappointed that I was required to take out an additional damage policy even though they were holding a damage deposit. I use VRBO/Homeaway frequently and have never been required to pay an additional amount on top of the damage deposit. Other than the additional
damage ins. we would use this location again if needed in the future.

We have now stayed in this home twice and will be back as soon as on-site work begins again for our company (we are renting for a small engineering team on-site in a nearby factory). The hosts are WONDERFUL- easy to reach, respond quickly, and have been very flexible/kind. Can't say enough nice things. The home is always clean, conveniently located, and is a great choice for multiple adults who need separate rooms/spaces as well as a big enough common area for meals/games/etc. We've stayed twice and will hopefully be staying again!

Great location for events at Grossinger Motors Arena
We were in town for the IHSA State Cheerleading finals, the location was perfect for us even though we had to arrive during a terrible winter storm. Also, the bedrooms are equipped with a bed. That’s it. No pictures, dressers, speakers or televisionsOnly one TV in the main living area. If you are planning on spending time in the townhouse you might want to bring additional kitchenware and maybe a source of entertainment.

This property was great for 3 families in town for a wedding. The kitchen was not well stocked but it worked for our needs. I also would say the floor was very dirty so not ideal for kids that crawl around.
