Great Place to stay and relax
The property is older but very clean and comfortable. We had a great time here with our family. It's right next to NCU and like 1.5 miles to downtown. There are some great breweries in Greeley and you are close enough to drive to a lot of fun stuff.

Underwhelming
Unfortunately, we will not be staying here again when we return to Greeley. The biggest issue was the Air Conditioning. We reached out to the property manager and she said she would get a tech out. When I followed up to see if the tech came out she mentioned that the tech said there was nothing wrong with the system it was just not working well due to seasonably high temperatures. Having worked for an AC company for 3 years I know it’s not normal for it to be 82 outside and the AC not cool down past 76. We were able to make it through our stay by being gone most of the day and opening windows at night to keep cool but it was not a very pleasurable stay and we were not offered any compensation for the high temperatures inside the house that we had to deal with that caused us to have to spend most of our time outside of the VRBO. There were no bikes outside like mentioned in the listing, there was not a trash bag in the trash can in the bathroom, some of the towels had some mysterious stains on them, and the beds are very uncomfortable. If you like very firm mattresses you might not have an issue with them but we found it hard to sleep at night. Additionally when we arrived there was a vehicle parked in our designated parking spot, it was no big deal we just parked in the other spot. However, later that day we left and came back and both of the parking spots were taken. I reached out to the property manager and she got ahold of the man who was staying below who then came and knocked on our door to plead his case as to why he should get both of the parking spots and how he had made a deal with every previous person who had stayed in the upper bungalow to allow him to use both parking spots while they parked on the street. He said he would move one vehicle if we wanted him too but that no one else had had an issue parking on the street. Overall we just did not enjoy our stay at this Bungalow. However, if you do want to book a stay here you can save quite a bit of money booking though the rental places personal site and avoid the fees that VRBO charges you to book through them.

We have stayed here several times and the property is more run down each time. It needs to be updated and deep cleaned.

Property was clean and had many updates. Very comfortable. The back steps had minor issues that required that I watch my step carrying luggage. And being close to UNC it was a little noisy. Bottom line, I would definitely stay there again. Thank you !

Nice little rental - Walking Distance to Campus
Cute yard with nice little fire pit and seating. Cozy rooms, furniture, and decor. We thought there were going bikes on site and the ceiling above the stove needed to be cleaned, but other than that it was as advertised and perfect for dropping our son off at school.

Stacy did a good job of communicating throughout the lead up to my stay and during my time at the property. The house was very clean inside and well equipped. The backyard area doesn't quite measure up to the photos online. That area was a little bit run down, but still a pleasant place to sit in the morning or evening.
Although the listing indicates there are bikes available, there were none in the bike rack while I was there.
Bathroom shower had great water pressure and plenty of HOT water, and the little laundry area was a plus.
It was my fault for not catching it in the description of the property, but I was surprised to find out that there is actually an apartment in the basement of the house. There were four young men staying there during my time. They were actually very respectful, but I could clearly hear them coming and going and talking since the house is small. It didn't turn out to be a problem, but had I realized that there was a downstairs unit I probably would have looked for something different.
All in all, this was a positive experience for me.

Wonderful location, very clean, really comfortable beds and roomy closets. Nice set up in the living room and outside, though it was a little too rainy to take advantage of it.

Quick Kid Visit
We throughly enjoined our stay in Greeley. We decided to rent a house instead of staying in a hotel ... it allowed for both kids living in Greeley to come over for longer visits, dinners and campfires. The neighbors were friendly and the location great! We will definitely book again! Patti

Immediate Family Reunion.
I chose this particular property because of it's great back yard, and plenty of room in the living room for guests. As it turned out the family all got together in the back yard, and had a wonderful time. The lighting was just right, and had plenty of room for an evening gathering. I plan to return to the same place next summer. The house had excellent living space and accommodations. It was a very enjoyable stay.
