The Space:
The Ocean Kiss’d is a 7 Bedroom, 7 bath, private home that sleeps up to 24 guests. The home is centrally located in a very popular area in Destin, called Crystal Beach. It has a private pool that is able to be heated in the winter months. It has a complimentary 6-passenger golf cart(LSV). The beach access is 1 block away! Get there in less than 1 minute on the golf cart, or in less than 4 minutes if you walk! On top of that, the home is centrally located in town, meaning everything you need for the perfect vacation is waiting for you. Located within one mile of the home are many restaurants, a gas station, large outdoor shopping mall (The Destin Commons), a Publix, a Walgreens Pharmacy, and much more!

1ST FLOOR:
KITCHEN: This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals for large families. It has beautiful Graphite colored cabinetry, and granite countertops and includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, double toaster, Keurig, coffeepot, crockpot, griddle, blender….as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. There is also a large counter-height bar, with 8 bar stools.
DINING ROOM: Located across from the kitchen and bar, the dining room has a front row view of the backyard and pool. You can also see the TV in the living room. It has a beautiful, handmade table that seats 12 people.
LIVING ROOM: This living room is right next to the dining room and has 1 full-sized sofa, 1 loveseat, and 2 accent chairs. Watch your favorite shows on the large 55-inch, flat screen TV with Blu-ray player.
BEDROOM & BATHROOM #1: This bedroom is on the first floor to the right when you walk in the front door. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat screen tv. It also has its own spacious, private bathroom that is wheelchair friendly, with a stand-up shower, and a separate shower/tub combination.
BEDROOM & BATHROOM #2: Located on the first floor, (across from bedroom #1). This bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, 1nightstand, and a flat screen tv. It has its own private bathroom with a stand-up shower.
LAUNDRY: Located downstairs, off of the main hallway. 1 washer, 1 dryer. You will find all of the towels stored here.
HALF BATH #7: This bathroom is located on the first floor, off of the main hallway. All of the bathrooms in the home have custom, built-in cabinetry, with granite counter tops.
2ND FLOOR:
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #3: Up the stairs and to the left, you have bedroom number three. This bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 night stands, and a flat screen tv. It also has its own private bathroom, with a stand-up shower. There is access to the balcony that runs the full length of the back of the home, overlooking the backyard and pool. This BACKYARD BALCONY has a cozy outdoor loveseat and chair set, with a coffee table.
BEDROOM #4: This room is adjacent to bedroom #3, in the back of the house. It doubles as a secondary upstairs living room. It has 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed, 1 full-sized sofa, 2 accent chairs, and a flat screen tv. It has plenty of open floor space for air mattresses or a pack-n-play. It also has access to the same balcony as bedroom #3
BEDROOM (BUNK ROOM) #5: This bunk bed room is right at the top of the stairs. It’s furnished with TWO full-over-full bunk beds, a dresser, 1 nightstand, and a flat screen tv. It shares the jack-and-jill bathroom with bedroom #6.
JACK-AND-JILL (BATH #4): This spacious bathroom is shared between the bunk room (#5) and a king suite (#6). It has two sinks and a tub/shower combination.
BEDROOM #6 + BATHROOM #5: This bedroom is located upstairs in the front right corner of the home. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 night stands, and a flat screen tv. It shares the jack-and-jill bathroom with the bunk room (#5). It also has access to the large balcony off the front of the home. This bedroom, and bedroom #7, are the two largest if you need to set up a pack-n-play.
BEDROOM #7 + BATHROOM #6: Adjacent to bedroom #6, this bedroom is located upstairs in the front left corner of the home. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 1 accent chair, 1 night stand, and flat screen tv. It has its own private bathroom with a stand-up shower. Also has access to the front balcony.
BACKYARD: Take a swim in the 28×15 ft. private, salt water pool. This large backyard also has a table with an umbrella that seats 6, plenty of lounge chairs, 3 hammocks, a picnic table, and a gas grill. There is plenty of space behind the pool for throwing frisbee or football. The pool can also be heated in the winter months.

This property is exactly as advertised. Comfortable, modern, and the pool is awesome! We had more than enough space for everyone, to be able to spread out and relax, and we were a total of 12!

The house and location were wonderful! We had 16 people and there was plenty of room for us all. A few issues that we had was most tvs didn't work right, it smelt like cat urine under the sink. The master bath smelt musty and the shower wouldn't seal so water was running into the closet. 2 of the hammocks outside were extremely worn. I moved one to the back as my 82 year old mother was getting readynto sit on it and a good chunk of the rope that attaches to the tree were broke. Metal furniture in the kitchen and outside were rusted. What would he a fantastic addition would be fans on the balconys, getting rid of whatever is in the backyard instead of grass as most of the yard is unusable and lastly, sheets that fit the beds and did not come off during the night. I have already shared your listing with friends and family and recommended a stay there as it was enjoyable! We would be back! Thank you for sharing!

This property was great for our group. It was a two minute walk to the beach access and close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The only down side was the refrigerator. Although it had a large capacity it didn’t keep things very cold. We had to put a lot of our stuff on ice. The washing machine was also an issue, it was old school and didn’t hold a lot.

This was our 1st time trying a vrbo Destin home. The rooms were the right size. It had all the comforts and amenities needed. Would return again when family is ready.

This house is PERFECT!! From the location to the amenities. The house was spotless. The beds and the linens were very comfy. Plenty of bathroom towels and face cloths. The kitchen was very well stocked and a wonderful size for many cooks in the kitchen. The pool area was so relaxing with three large hammocks and two tables with umbrellas. It was a great spot for morning coffee. The proximity to the beach was another huge plus. The home comes with an electric golf cart and we rented a second because we had 11 people. In the morning we took the carts down with all our stuff set up our spot on the beach and came back to get everyone ready. I walked to the beach every day. Super short walk. My two year old granddaughter walked it on more than one occasion. We have already decided to go back next year. Our family from New England loved it. The airport was only 30 minutes from the house and very easy to get in and out of. It was the best week ever!!!

This house was VERY clean and well organized. Perfect for a bigger group to stay and have a great time . Great location and perfect for golf carting. Highly recommended for anyone of all ages for vacation!!

Very good place to stay for our annual trip of 8 adults and kids from 2-14. Clean, easy access and great communication throughout the stay. Close to the beach and plenty of great places. Love the area and this house!

This home is perfect for a family getaway with its heated (extra) pool and walk to the beach! We wish there had been options for checking in early and departing later. That part was super inconvenient.

Spent the week in Destin. Lovely clean home with many amenities. Since it was on the cool side the heated pool was a blessing especially for young children. Golf cart was helpful in transporting everyone to the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils which was great! Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return to the area! Only thing I can mention we were concerned about was getting the pine straw in the pool after being on the hammocks. It was a little hard to manage with little ones using the pool area. Thanks for a wonderful week.

We were blown away and very pleased with the property. The rooms were spacious, the place was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped and orderly, the furniture was comfortable, the host was attentive and responsive.
The pictures accurately reflected what we found.
It was well worth the extra to heat the pool in the cooler month. The golf cart was very handy.
We made some very happy family memories at Ocean Kissd!

Destin and the OceanKiss'd were great. Mother Nature not so much!! We were very happy to have the heated pool which everyone really enjoyed. It was in the 50's everyone day, windy and col so not much beach time. But the house was great!

Awesome neighborhood! Loved the house and the golf cart provided was very handy. Things provided at the house were great except we could have used several more garbage bags and there wasn’t any coffee filters or salt and pepper. Other than that it was amazing.

Everything was as described. The included golf cart made the beach even more accessible. We loved the area and the house. The dishwasher died and a repair person was dispatched to the property almost immediately. It was deemed that the dishwasher needed replaced, and it was replaced the next day. We plan to return to the same area for our next family vacation.

Property was in a great location. Check in was too late. There were some kitchen items like griddle and toaster that were not working. Overall a good stay. Bikes R Us provided excellent service.

House is very nice and spacious. Need to upgrade the mattresses and living room furniture. The mattresses were so hard we bought a 3” mattress topper and left it on the bed when we left… very firm mattresses. The living room furniture is jut worn out, we had to help my mother out of the couches most of the time because they lack support. I know it sounds like a two major complaints, but this is vacation and people want comfort especially for the amount we are paying.
Loved the golf carts, house was really clean, pool area and backyard super nice, and convenient to everything..

Our families age is 10 months to 86 years of age. We all had a great time and we’re very comfortable. It was the first time for all of us to be in the panhandle of Florida.

Overall everything was great. The only thing I would suggest is to maybe update the living room couches but other than that everything was great. Communication with the property manager was perfect. Being able to communicate with them at any time and getting a fast response makes the stay even better. Thank you for allowing us to rent this beautiful home.

We had the best time at Ocean Kissd! The house was perfect with room to spread out. It was a super easy walk to the beach. The golf cart was great for trips to the store or around the neighborhood or to do drop offs to the beach. The pool was a great! We had it heated and it provided hours of entertainment. The neighborhood is super nice and safe! Super close to Destin- we went parasailing and had a blast! Also super close to shops and restaurants! It was a perfect stay and we can’t wait to come back!

Perfect house for 10 adults and 5 kids under 11. Golf cart worked great for hauling people and supplies to the beach. Pool was also great. House needs some TLC but really no complaints. We had a nice stay.

Destin is amazing! The house was beautiful! The pool heat was wonderful! The golf cart was so fun and easy to get around with. We ran out of propane and it was quickly refilled the next day. Not one bad thing to say about the house or our stay, except that it was too short! We will be back to Destin in the future for sure!! Thank you for an amazing vacation.

We had a great time. The house is close to the beach and provided golf cart made it even more convenient. There was enough space for 18 of us. Some additional seating in living area would be nice. We had pool heated and that made it great for the cool days.
Property managers were prompt with any concerns.

Great place for a vacation with family. House was comfortable and clean, check in was easy, and the location made for easy access to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The rooms are well laid out and quiet, and the neighborhood and house are very peaceful and relaxing.

The house was great. The best stocked kitchen that we ever had at a rental. Golf cart great for the beach used it every day we went. Only complaint the living room furniture too low for folks in their 70’s.

Great for a family vacation
There were 10 adults and 6 children in our party. We had plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. The kitchen was very well organized and easy for multiple people to work in at the same time. The kids loved the pool and the golf cart. The ocean was an easy walk. I would recommend this for a family get away. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time. Would love to come back.

This house was perfect for us; 10 adults and 12 children 6 months to 12 years. Close to beach with nice pool. House was clean and well stocked for cooking in and doing laundry. Thank you for everything.

Great place for big family
Great place for big families. We all had king size beds. The kids loved the bunk room. Pool was nice and warm. Only thing I would change is adding a garbage disposal in the kitchen. Would go to this house again! Great location to the beach!
