About this apartment rental

Located in a beautiful location in Viale Dante Alighieri halfway between downtown Finalmarina, the beaches and the medieval village of Finalborgo, comfortable and spacious apartment approx. 180 meters.
The apartment is on the third floor of the building (with elevator) recently renovated and furnished, equipped with the best comforts to make your stay pleasant and memorable.
The house is very big and bright.
The bedrooms and the living room are equipped with
air-condition.
The apartment is for max. 8 people and consists of
- Large entrance / hallway
- 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with a single bed and a comfortable armchair bed.
- 2 bathrooms fully equipped, newly refurbished: the first bathroom has toilet, shower and bathtub; the second bathroom has toilet, shower.
- A spacious kitchen with all appliances, a dishwasher and a table for 6/8 people
- Spacious living room with three comfortable sofas
- Dining room with dining table and fireplace
- Laundry area with washing machine
- Large terrace with table
- 3 of the 4 rooms have balconies.
The apartment has been recently restored and furnished with care and taste.
We recommend this accommodation due to the size of the apartment and the many rooms that allow a convenient and comfortable stay.
We will provide bed linen and bath towels. New linen for bed and bath on request.
We have cot and highchair for babies.
Reserved garage for 2 cars on request two-minute by walking from the apartment (10€ per day per car).
We provide a free space equipped with double security gate for your bicycles during your stay, shared with other guests of our apartments.
THEREFORE WE REMIND YOU THAT IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO BRING BICYCLES INSIDE THE APARTMENT.

Très bel appartement, très grand, à 8 on ne se marche pas dessus!! 2 salles de bains, très appréciable. Très bien équipé, il y a tout le matériel qu'il faut pour cuisiner, la possibilité de manger sur le balcon est très appréciable. De plus, Marcela est très disponible, toujours prête à vous aider... Merci à elle! La plage est à moins de 10 minutes de marche, il y a ce qu'il faut en commerces de proximité... Non, rien à redire! Très bon séjour.

Perfekte Lage

Die Wohnung war für uns 6 perfekt. Keiner geht sich im Weg rum und es ist alles da was man braucht. Sehr netter Kontakt und sogar eine Garage kann man dazu mieten. Für August natürlich perfekt. Strand und Finalborgo ist ziemlich zügig zu Fuß zu erreichen und der Supermarkt ist grad mal 4 Gehminuten entfernt. Klar der Verkehr ist ziemlich laut, tut der Wohnung aber keinen Abbruch. Ist dann schon nicht langweilig. Passiert immer was :) Frühstück auf dem Balkon: Beste! Von daher 5 Sterne von mir. Greetings

Abbiamo soggiornato in 7 persone senza problemi,nelle vicinanze ci sono negozi di alimentari e ristoranti,la distanza dal mare non è eccessiva bastano 5 minuti a piedi. La consiglio a famiglie con bambini.

Clean and spacious property close to the beach and railroad station

Very spacious, clean and conveniently located property. Less than five minutes walk to the train station and ten minutes walk to promenade with restaurants. Great balconies for family gatherings in the evening. The only area for future improvement: some of the rooms felt pretty stuffy during the hottest hours of the day since the air conditioner was only in one room and we didn't manage to turn it on. However, such approach to air conditioning seems consistent with other properties in the area and reflect cultural traditions and local regulation. Finale Liguria is a wonderful location to explore western part of Italian Riviera.

Nous avons été reçus très chaleureusement par Marcella, la propriétaire des lieux. Elle nous a tout expliqué, les choses à faire alentours. L'appartement est magnifique et très grand et super bien entretenu. Vue sur la mer. Au centre de tout et très bien situé pour nous qui faisons du VTT.en plus un double garage pour ranger vélos et voitures. Marcella est vraiment une personne très gentille et sympathique. La seule petite chose qui manque c'est une cafetière électrique. À part çà c'était vraiment vraiment super!!!! Encore merci à Marcella pour sa gentillesse Nadia

We were warmly welcomed in Finale, many thanks to Vittoria and Milena! The apartment is very big and very well equipped. It has three bedrooms for adults and one bedroom for kids and two bathrooms, recently renovated. The kitchen also had everything we needed - and we cooked all our meals for 8 people there! An absolute gem is the terrace: you see the mountains just in front and the sea further away. Three of the four rooms have their own balcony. Two bakeries, a bio shop and a small groceries shop are all near, a supermarket is a bit further away, but Ok. Walking to the free beaches takes about 15 minutes. We deduce one star only for the noise. We wish the sound isolation was be a bit better. Scooters pass and turn (decelerate, then accelerate) just outside of the building at any time of the day and night, and single glazing cannot prevent noise from entering the flat. Inside, the doors are a bit too noisy as well. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Great apartment ideally for two families

The apartment is very comfortable. It suites ideally for two families - it has two parts with door. Each part consists of two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and bathroom. Also there are a large sitting room with divane zone and TV set and a dinner zone with a table for 8 people, separate kitchen with a large terrace for breakfasts. The apartment is really big and sunny with beautifull balconies with a little sea view). Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are newly renovated. It takes 10 minutes to get to the beach slowly. A big plus - in Finale there are a lot of free beaches, but if you like comfort, you can always find space in organised beach with umbrellas and sunbeds, even in August. It takes 15 minutes to reach Finale Borgo with its old castle, historic buildings and authentic restaurants. There are only two moments - the apartment is a little bit noisy (because of the road) and beach towels are not provided. We enjoyed our stay very much! Vittoria, many thanks to you and your mom!

Wunderschöne sehr großzügige Wohnung, modern und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Vom Balkon hat man einen herrlichen Blick über Finale Ligure bis zum Meer. Ab den frühen morgen Stunden nimmt der Verkehrslärm leider etwas zu. Zu Fuß sind die wichtigsten Geschäfte für den täglichen Einkauf sowie Finalborgo und das Meer schnell zu erreichen...wir kommen gerne wieder.

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 5 al 8 dicembre ed eravamo due famiglie da 4 persone ciascuna. La casa è grande e molto bella. La proprietaria cortese e disponibile. Un soggiorno decisamente da consigliare.

The apartment is great, but a bit noisy due to traffic. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bathrooms are very modern. WLAN could be added on top in the future.
