Modern apartment in Malta

Struttura bene arredata, moderna, luminosa. La TV ha Netflix e altri comodi servizi, come l'aria condizionata e il microonde. Quartiere tranquillo. Proprietario disponibile. Ho gradito molto la vasta scelta di cuscini. Letto comodissimo. Lo consiglierei sicuramente!

Tutto perfetto. Forse il bagno rispetto al soggiorno è meno curato e più alla mano. Ma comodo e dotato di ogni comfort.

Superb

It was very beautiful apartment with kitchen and balcony. We stayed for two nights. There were wash maschine, sun umbrella. It was silent location. I recomend this accomodation.

1. Peacful sea view balcony 2. Comfortable location. First (ground) floor, quiet area. 3. Well-equipped kitchen 4. Stable, strong Wi-fi. 5. Fast check-in 6. There was always a possibility to park the car. 7. High ceilings, big windows. 8. Clean, spacious rooms with tile floor. 9. Gas in the kitchen, gas boiler - hot water and fast quality cooking guaranteed. 10. Cozy, peaceful place.

1. The kitchen hood (ait filter) doesn't work properly, and the cooking smell is all over the place. 2. The wardrobe and some of the cupboards feel cheap and old and need some adjustments. 3. There are not enough European socket adapters. I found only one, which was connected to the floor lamp. So, I ended up with no additional evening light because I had to use the adapter for my laptop and charging. Beforehand, I was told there were 2 spare adapters, so I decided not to take mine from home. 4. I have double-checked but didn't find a duvet cover, only a spare bed sheet, which I used to cover myself. It is not typical for where I am from not to have a duvet cover in accommodation. 5. There was a blackout one day, no electricity and no Wi-fi. Nobody warned me or told me anything. 6. After I left, I realised had forgotten a couple of my belongings. I tried to contact the landlord to retrieve them but got no reply. I ordered the things anyway from the store today, but I wish the communication after I check-out would be possible, too. 7. There was an unfortunate situation. We purchased a non-refund option, but then my wife fell ill with chicken pox and was in a bad condition with no possibility to travel. During Covid we had a similar situation, and the property owner got into our situation and full-refunded the stay even though it was a couple of days before the trip. I do understand that it wasn't the reponsibility of the owner to accommodate our situation, but it would've been very humane. Unfortunately, due to no possibility of a full-refund, I went alone and celebrated my birthday alone, too.

Very beautiful apartment with everything that you need. We could park our rented car near the entrance. There are a lot of interesting nature places which are close. Apartment is not so far from seafront area with cafes and shops. Owners are really friendly. I recommend this accommodation.

High-quality 4-star-type accomodation.

The apartment is of the highest quality, at least comparable to the world-known apartment hotel chains. So it's a real 4-star option. The ocean view from the balcony and windows is relaxing.

Adding a chopping board for vegetables maybe? Nothing else really. :)

I really felt at home and very comfortable. thank you once more.

I have never given a rating of 10 stars, but this accommodation deserves it. Unbeatable price-quality ratio. the apartment is in a quiet area, close to the center, free parking, nonstop supermarket on the street.. the apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, the whole apartment is available, as if you were at home. comfortable bed in the bedroom, sofa bed in the separate living room. Clean sheets, bathroom with some essentials (there are a few things that were not here that the guest might need), slippers, books, tv with netflix,… and above all a very good host who picked us up at the airport, late check-in was no problem. The host left us a gift, snack and drinks in the room. She is very nice and willing to help with everything. I definitely recommend it

a little smelly bathroom, but that's normal for these apartments and it wasn't too bad.

Ocean View is a superb place 😀

Lovely views of the Mediterranean. Close proximity to public transport and local shop. National park close by. Local outdoor swimming pool nearby for those who don't like salt water. Wolt and Bolt are very handy if you fancy a takeaway delivered but we cooked full Christmas dinner in the appartement after we went for a swim in in the sea. Large fridge freezer, microwave, fan assisted oven and good size hob, double bed and sofa bed, TV, ironing board and iron, washing machine(very handy). Brian is very nice too.

Lovely apartment; free street parking; lots of amenities; washing machine all was good except the bed was very small- less than 140cm

The bed was small. Only a double - not even a queen sized, so not great sleeps when you can hardly roll over without disturbing your mate.

The apartment is very nice, modern and nicely furnished and clean. Exactly as on photos. We also appreciated the amount of towels we had available, air condition and washing machine. We were also pleased with the basic foods to use - butter, bread, tea, coffee, salt, oil, etc. That made us happy.

We booked the apartment for 4 people - 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 10 years old slim girls), this is how it was offered to us. However, the couch on which the children slept, was terrible and very uncomfortable. Perhaps a maximum of 1-2 nights for 1 person, emergency overnight. But 2 children could not sleep on it. They cried. In the end one daughter slept steadily on the floor. I recommend the apartment exclusively for a couple, max with 1 child. We were also bothered by the occasional noise from some kind of cleaner of water (or what is it), which is opposite the apartment - with the window open it was some times really a noise. With closed windows and aircondition ON you cannot hear it.

Top pick apartment for your stay in Malta

This apartment is absolutely fabulous. It is in top 3 rental apartments I have ever been so far. It has everything you could wish for, as if you were in your own place. Moreover, it's in super quiet neighbourhood, so there is no noise whatsoever. You have everything you need in the kitchen, tons of towels in bathrom, a washing machine, even kids' stroller and portable refrigerator. It's super clean and modern, and the bed is very comfortable. There are 2 airconditioning units which were very helpful since it can get pretty hot in Malta, even during nights. I have to say, me and my partner had some stressful experiences regarding detouring Malta on high temperatures, but every day we had one guiding thought - ''we are coming back to a great apartment in the evening!'' The bus station is 3 minutes far from the apartment (Batterija), the other one is 11 minutes far (Gwakkin).

Everything was great. If we had a car it would be superb. If you go around by buses, beware that the last bus which comes back to the station right next to the apartment comes back from Valletta at 22.20 h. The other one at 22.50 h. But if you wanna stay out longer than that, just take a cab - Bolt or ecabs, it's around 15 euros for the ride from Valletta to the apartment.

Superb

Very nice and kind owners who were very emphatic to the kids and were very communicative and helpful. Apartment was very very clean and luxurious and fully equiped with all we needed. Absolutely perfect stay. our of the rush city life. Even if the apartment is located far from the main beaches, if you have a car (as we had), no problem. We visited all we want including Valleta (Brian - owner will recommend you the easiest and cheapest way how to get here without complicated driving in the busy town). Nearby is very nice harbour town Marsaskala with big public playground, many take away fastfoods and also nice restaurants. Grocery shop was 2 minutes walk from the apartment, yet with car you can shopping in Marsaskala or supermarkets. For more adventurous, divers and water jumpers very nice beaches St. Peter´s pool and II-Kalanka are close. We enjoyed our stay too much.

Ideal for families with little ones

Apartment has everything you need - in the kitchen oven, microwave, toster etc., condiments, toiletries in the bathroom. If you're travelling with infant of a toddler this place will exceed your expectations, theres a stroller you can use, baby bathtub, toys and more. Apartment is located in a quiet part of Malta, we had a car so I dont know how easy it is to reach by bus but there were bus stops nearby.

Very comfortable appartment in a quiet neighborhood.

This is very comfortable appartment, for two people it is even more than we expected :-) There is everything you need, big sleeping room, well equiped kitchen and comfortable lounge. The host is very helpful and cares for quests. Good to have a car as the appartment is on the edge of small city, far from main roads. On the other hand it is far from noices of big cities. The area is quiet and save, there are lots of free parking spaces (which is not common on Malta).

Number of facilities for babies was amazing. Anything you need travelling with little kids was in place (child seat, washing machine, little bath, electric heating in a bathroom, even a shower was mounted on a level easy accessible for kids). And even if something will be missing the owner is very helpful :)

Loving the stay

We liked the property very much. Though it is maybe a little further away from the biggest attractions-Malta is a small island, everything is on the reach from everywhere. Loved the host, Brian was very nice and a good guide with his helpful tips.

Nice place to stay in Malta

The owner of the apartment is very helpful and always in touch. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay (including a supply of bed linen and towels, as well as two air conditioners). There is a small shop nearby. The rocky beach is within walking distance, as is the promenade with numerous cafes. The beach is not equipped with anything, except for trash cans, but the sea water is clean and transparent and very warm during the season.

There is only one adapter in apartment for a European plug.
