NO GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER 35 YEARS OLD THE DAY OF THE ARRIVAL AND THE DAY OF THE DEPARTURE MUST BE ON SATURDAY. Beautiful house located in one of the best and quietest areas of Lloret de Mar. Spectacular view of the sea and the Mediterranean forest. House of two plants. On the top floor four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Three rooms have a small balcony overlooking the sea. One of the bedrooms is a suite with private bathroom. On the ground floor of the house we find a beautiful and spacious living room with fireplace and modern style kitchen and a toilet. On this same floor outside is the pool and a pergola with barbecue. You can park without problem on the street next to the house. MANDATORY FEES NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: -Tourist tax (MANDATORY PAYMENT): €1 per person per day for people over 16 years of age. This must be paid directly to the owner on the day of arrival. OPTIONAL FEES NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE - Central heating by radiators €120/week (OPTIONAL) - Air conditioning in the rooms €99/week (night hours of 23:00 to 06:00 (OPTIONAL) -Entrance from 3:00 p.m. -Departure before 10:00 am For stays longer than 30 nights, please consult with the owner.

My family and I absolutely loved this stunning villa and had a great holiday. The highlight of this property is the magnificent view and the pool area is perfect for lounging and cooling off on sunny days. The villa's modern design provides a comfortable stay and Olga and Xavier were great hosts giving amazing recommendations and always being available if anything was needed. The picturesque surroundings offer a serene escape from the city bustle, while still being conveniently close to Barcelona. Tossa de Mar was a great local town to visit with lots of restaurants. Whether you are looking for a peaceful getaway or a base for exploring the region, this villa’s combination of location and amenities makes it a top choice. We look forward to returning in the future.

Olga’s villa is wonderful, the view is fantastic and the villa is well equipped.
All the beds are comfortable, the outside area is great as is the pool.

Our family get together couldn't have been in a better location. The house was perfect with everything we needed for a full week together and the views were spectacular. Olga and her husband were perfect hosts where nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely love to come back. Thanks for everything.

Olga was a great host and the property is amazing. The location is fantastic and the property is modern and well kept. My family and I loved our stay and if we come back to the region, would be looking to stay here again.

We all really enjoyed our week here. The house was as listed but the views and location far exceeded our expectations. We ate meals outside most evenings and enjoyed the beautiful views of the beach and sea below. The location served as a great jumping-off point to other towns and beaches up the coast which made for lots of fun adventures. Olga was lovely to work with. She was helpful and communicative. We hope to come back here sometime soon!

Séjour à Lloret de mar au mois de mai
Mon épouse et moi avons passé une semaine idéale pour nous ressourcer. La maison est bien située et très bien équipée. La propreté à notre arrivée était irréprochable. Nous n’avons rencontré aucun problème et Olga et son époux nous ont chaleureusement accueilli et sont toujours disponibles pour vous rendre service. Un grand merci à eux pour cet excellent séjour.

Séjour idyllique
Nous avons loué pour une semaine la villa d'Olga et son mari au mois de mai. La villa est située sur les hauteurs en sortie de Lloret del Mar. La vue est à coupé le souffle ! La villa dispose de tout le confort et équipements nécessaire. Nous y avons passé une semaine de rêve. De plus, Olga et son mari sont très très sympathiques et de bons conseils en ce qui concerne les adresses de restaurants, les supermarchés, les parkings et les moyens de transport pour se rendre sur Barcelone. Nous y reviendrons certainement ! Merci à tous les deux pour ce séjour. Amicalement.

Une belle maison avec une superbe vue sur la mer .
Il y a tous les ingrédients nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour.
La literie est d un très bon confort, point important pour des vacances reposantes 😉
Accueil des propriétaires agréable et chaleureux , allez juste quelques verres appropriés pour un bon gin tonic , pour le top du top ..😂😂

Séjour parfait !
Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans cette magnifique maison . Le point de vue est extraordinaire, la maison tout confort. Merci aux propriétaires Olga et Javier qui sont très accueillants et chaleureux. Leur objectif est le bien être des locataires.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus mit liebevollen Gastgebern
Bereits bei unserer Anreise bestätigten sich alle positiven Bewertungen vorheriger Feriengäste. Wir wurden auf das herzlichste begrüßt. Der Ausblick war zu jeder Tageszeit ein Erlebnis. Die Außenanlagen mit Grill, Pool und wunderbaren Sitzplätzen konnten wir auf Grund der kühlen Temperaturen leider nicht genießen, was wir sehr bedauerten. Reiseführer in mehreren Sprachen sind auch vorhanden. Und was nicht in Büchern zu finden ist, wird durch tolle Tipps der Gastgeber (z.B. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) ergänzt. Wir haben uns in unserer Urlaubswoche bestens erholt. Weiter so!

Séjour idyllique au mois de février. Soleil, calme, confort.
Maison idéalement située à l'écart de Lloret de mar dans zone résidentielle calme et sûre. Maison confortable avec vue imprenable sur la mer. Piscine à débordement. Jeux pour enfants. Accès facile à l'autoroute pour visiter Barcelone, Gérone, Empuries etc... Propriétaires charmants parlant très bien français, très attentifs et serviables. Location idéale pour famille. Nous recommandons vivement.

Desconexion total en familia
Este fin de semana hemos ido a pasar unos días a Lloret a celebrar los 60 cumpleaños de mi suegra con la familia al completo y hemos estado más que bien en casa de Olga.
Es un sitio perfecto. Habitaciones súper cómodas, comedor amplio y muy acogedor con chimenea.
Destacando el amanecer y el atardecer en un entorno espectacular con vistas impresionante al mar.
Volveremos en la próxima escapada que podamos.
Lo recomendamos a quien quiera estar bien tratado desde el principio al final y en un entorno envidiable.

Hemos estado un fin de semana un grupo de 8 amigos y no podíamos haber estado mejor. La casa es increible, tal como se vé en las fotos y la ubicación entre Lloret y Tossa, muy cerca de las 2 poblaciones. La casa está perfectamente equipada, camas cómodas y aire acondiciobado en cada habitación, pero lo mejor ha sido la hospitalidad y amabilidad de los dueños. Gracias por todo!

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Wir haben mit unserem Kind, Schwiegersohn und Enkelkind sehr schöne zwei Wochen genossen. Die Lage ist einfach hervorragend. Auf der Terasse zu Frühstücken, oder den Abend dort ausklingen zu lassen und die herrliche Aussicht zu genießen, ist einfach fantastisch. Der Salzwasserpool ist sehr erfrischend und auf den Liegen kann man anschließend entspannen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und die Kommunikation mit Olga und ihrem Mann ist einfach beispielhaft. Super nett und sofortige Hilfe bei Fragen. Einfach ankommen und genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Blick
Wir haben uns zwei Wochen lang sehr wohl gefühlt, sowohl die Lage als auch das Haus sind perfekt für einen Urlaub. Der Pool lädt jeden Tag zum Baden ein, Innen- und Außen fühlt man sich jederzeit wohl, und an der Aussicht kann man sich nie satt sehen. Wir kommen wieder!

A perfect holiday in a perfect house and a perfect location. Everything went smoothly with Olga as she and her husband were amazing hosts. The views from the house are magnificent and the beds are very comfortable even for a longer stay. We would absolutely come back to this house!

Fantástico!
Estuvimos alojados una semana con mi familia, éramos 8 personas, incluidos los peques. Obviamente las vistas espectaculares, las instalaciones perfectamente adecuadas. Los niños no salían de la piscina ni de noche... No tenemos nada negativo que indicar sino todo lo contrario, todo perfecto. La comunicación con Olga y Xavier estupenda, grandes anfitriones. La única pega fue tener que marcharnos de ahí...

Location remarquable avec un super point de vue et un très bon à des propriétaires
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Tout d’abord l’accueil était très chaleureux avec Olga et son mari. Ils étaient de très bons conseils et d’une grande gentillesse. La maison est bien équipée et très agréable à vivre avec un super point de vue. Malgré que nous l’avions louée en hiver , nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse et manger au soleil. Le quartier est très calme et proche du centre de Lloret. Une adresse que nous recommandons vivement.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit Traumblick
Tolles Objekt mit sehr netten Vermietern. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und mit vier Schlafzimmern großzügig geplant. Der Pool hat rund 3 x 5 Meter und gewährt einen super Blick aufs Meer. Absolute Stille findet man aufgrund der Motorradfahrer auf der darunterliegenden Serpentinenstrasse leider nicht - ein keiner Wermutstropfen. Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen und die Kommunikation mit Olga und ihrem Mann war sehr freundschaftlich - die beiden sind wirklich ausgesprochen nett!!

Idéal pour les familles en recherche de tranquillité, avec une superbe vue en bonus
Nous étions 2 familles de 4 personnes pendant ce séjour.
A l arrivée, nous avons été bluffés par la vue !
La maison est propre, moderne et conforme à l annonce, même au delà. La piscine est maintenant à débordement et la terrasse a été agrandie.
Les propriétaires sont vraiment charmants et aux petits soins avec leurs locataires.
Petite précision : la clim dans les chambres est en supplément mais il y a des ventilateurs dans chacun d entre elles.
Conclusion : vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés !
Nous avons vraiment passé un magnifique séjour qui nous donnerait envie d y retourner.
