Fully renovated apartment has been totally equipped and furnished since 2010. We have thought of your comfort, and the decoration is contemporary and fancy with Philippe Starck armchairs. There is a high-quality double sofa bed (160 cm) in the living (17-cm mattress). The 2 beds in the bedroom can be joined together to make a 160-cm bed. - A Corian counter top (solid and easy maintenance, - Bosch appliances. The strengths of this holiday house are its proximity to the beach (just the street) and its 8-sq.m terrace. Ou goal is to allow you look at the sea and listen to the waves at any time. The apartment is ideal for a couple with three children. Individually owned listing.

We loved our stay and will return. Great apartment and environment directly at the beach, restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. Bedroom small but big enough for a comfortable bed. Kitchen with everything we needed. Good size balcony with sun chairs and dining table.

Very comfortable. Bigger than expected. Host was lovely. Couldn’t get the satellite TV to give us any English language programmes. Cooking was limited with no oven. Confused that listing says housekeeping included but Vrbo charged us £30. The area is beautiful and we would happily recommend this apartment and Chantal. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent séjour dans un appartement confortable, bien équipé et bénéficiant d'une belle terrasse et d'une très belle vue sur la baie de Quiberon. Accueil et départ simple et sympathique. L'appartement est très bien situé à Carnac plage pour profiter de la plage et de la station. C'est aussi un excellent point de départ pour visiter la région.

Magnifiquement située, face à la mer, sur cette plage qui a gardé son côté nature avec ses petites dunes et sa végétation . On sent que dans ce petit appartement tout a été pensé et réfléchi, tant dans l'aménagement général que dans les moindres détails. Par exemple dans le choix des matériaux : sol en bois pour la terrasse, plancher en bois pour l'appartement, plan de travail en Corian , très beau carrelage du sol de la salle de bains assorti dans ses couleurs à celui de la crédence de la cuisine. Mais aussi l'astuce d'avoir mis une vitre dans la paroi qui sépare la chambre de la salle de bains, qui elle même a une vitre au dessus du lavabo qui donne sur le séjour, avec vue sur mer . Si bien que de cette petite chambre qui donne sur l'arrière, on voit la mer au travers de ces vitres. Des petits détails pratiques : j'ai apprécié les larges rebords du lavabo qui permettent de poser tous les produits de toilettes, les nombreux porte-manteaux, les immenses placards de rangement, la qualité du couchage, la qualité de l'électro-ménager, la taille de la douche ... Et puis bien sûr la décoration, moderne, de bon goût, qui fait qu'on se sent tout de suite bien, et la très grande terrasse abritée ... Enfin l'accueil chaleureux et en toute simplicité de Chantal, au parcours très intéressant.

Petit appartement (30m2) ultra fonctionnel , très bien équipé et très propre dans une jolie residence. Le pont fort de cet appartement...la vue sur mer. 2-pièces bien équipé et agréable, avec une vue magnifique sur l’océan, juste devant la plage. Le grand balcon est bien isolé, sans vis-à-vis. Accueil très agréable et communication facile avec la propriétaire. Idéal pour une semaine de vacances reposante.

It is in a great position with a great view, however, for 4 people, we found it a little cramped. We also thought it could have been cleaner, we found a hair in the shower and the shower panes didn't look like they had been cleaned. On departure, you can either pay to have it cleaned or clean it yourself and I think the people before had cleaned it themselves! We did have a lovely stay though and it would be great for 2 persons.

"The apartment was exactly as described, very clean and in an excellent location. The view from the balcony is beautiful and very relaxing. On our visit the building was not full occupied so it was very quiet, I would imagine it might be a bit noisier when full as the noise does carry. The apartment was extremely well furnished and the amenities were excellent. The location of the apartment was perfect for us and provided a wonderful and relaxing holiday, we would visit again without question."
