Booked for our employees to stay for work. Lovely clean and tidy home away from home with all the amenities you could want. Close to everything. The host Dayle was lovely to deal with and very responsive. We have booked again as our guys loved staying there. Would highly recommend.

This was a work trip for our workers coming down from Perth.
Dayle was very accommodating and changed bookings around to accommodate the workers being able to have a long stay. Thank you for your assistance.

I received multiple messages; no dogs on carpet, no visitors allowed (on Christmas day) but no instructions regarding keys, until I asked.
I was displeased with cleanliness of the property, inside and out. In fact I didn't sleep the last day as I cleaned the whole house - professionally. The mop bucket water was black. A 15 year old TV in the living area, so no netflix, movies or internet for me. Towels were old and fraying, its only $10 for a new kettle, years overdue. Majority of pillows should be trashed- stained, never washed or replaced, a very serious health concern. That odour from old stained pillows (I have photos), the room really stunk and before I could sleep, I washed the doona and all the pillow cases. I went above and beyond. Plus's-Bed was comfy, rooms nice, formal room, back yard enclosed, but the outdoor setting and entire backyard was just dirt everywhere, lawn is dead. NOT a family gem, the kids area in photo, is a tin shed furnace, and dirty.. Not suitable for kids. I cleaned EVERY surface, including the muck out of the fridge handles, air con cover, remote, door handles, you know, all the places that ppl touch. Glasses covered in food scraps, so I cleaned them too. She messaged on Xmas day, rudely 'hoped' I check out early before 9 so the Covid clean could be done. It's never had a decent clean and I did the forensic clean in kindness for the next guests. Laundry flywire can't be locked, poor security, but the dryer doesn't work anyway. Front door is damaged. The cleaning equipment, all had months of surface dirt until I used them, and its unsafe with scattered square pavers and fake lawn buried in dirt, there is no lighting out the back to find clothes line, nearly hung myself walking into hanging fairy lights (not working). Bath covered in dirt and insects, shower screen dirty marks.
I did an excellent job cleaning this house, thought maybe she'd refund cleaning fee, instead demands $250 for an old piece of mat to be replaced. I mopped a months dust from under it. She said was cleaned 2 weeks ago BUT it was stained in urine from past dogs, and my very old girl had an wee accident, took it onto the cement to clean. I could have said nothing. I am giving a detailed honest review, this stay is overpriced! Not right demanding a Covid cleaning fee. 2 yappy dogs and a monster truck next door in one of the worst suburbs in Buno. No coffee, sugar, wash powder, bleach, nothing you'd expect for $1200. Get a $20 mat from kmart!

Great stay
This was great stay close to the beach and a very secure yard for the dogs. Easy check in and double car driveway was really handy for swapping between 2 cars. Definitely would be back

After speaking with Dayle when we first arrived, we discovered the website had not been updated with key location for the property but this was easily resolved. Further conversations with Dayle were easy and stress free. We really enjoyed our stay as the house was super comfortable.

Work stay
Stayed here for 2 weeks while in Bunbury for work. Great size property and with a yard perfect for my dog. Very neat and tidy with comfortable beds. Close to beaches which is fantastic. Property has all appliances and utensils you would need which is great

Comfortable Stay
Many activities for children provided, which the kids loved. Some items need repair or replacing. No WiFi, which was disappointing.

Interim stay
The property was not a bad place at all but the amenities were unfortunately under par. We needed to feel safe and again we unfortunately did not due to having only 1 key for the entire place and no outside lights worked .

Everything
We had it from the 26th to the 4th. The ladies and myself were very happy with the accommodation and location. Wasn’t to far to our venue. We’ll catered for a holiday house. Very pleased.

A great backyard for the dog, information about accessing key was difficult.
I needed a place to stay in Bunbury with my dog and her review would probably be 5 star because the back-yard was large, secure and interesting for her. I can see this would be a good place a for a family with kids (I was a solo traveller) with lots of beds and toys, however it is older and full of furniture, knicks-knacks and other items which were very dusty. It was neat and the sheets were clean, and has all the basics. I had to initiate contact more than once to ask about collecting a key, and still had to ring two hours before I arrived for information about this.

NEVER AGAIN. WORST STAY EVER!
Not impressed at all. Overpriced for a so called family budget home especially when pricing was disputed & you get three different figures. Very disappointed with the way we got treated. Cleanliness wasn't the best as we had to wash everything before use. BBQ was full of cockroaches didn't even use it. Couldn't lock up securely as locks were dodgy. Front security light could not be turned off manually & would shine in the main bedroom. Carpets were filthy & smelt, not good with asthmatic child. Bathroom had rust on doorframe & showerhead. Too many rules required considering the condition it was given in. Definitely better accommodation elsewhere for the price they are charging now

We enjoyed our stay it had every thing we needed and it had a big yard for the dogs as well

Expensive two nights
We stayed for two nights with our two dogs which the house is great for,but paying $685 for two nights is overpriced for the area the house is in. There were items that needed fixing and I ended up dusting a bit as it had been a while in some areas.

ok
We stayed here about 2 years ago and up until now I wasn't sure how to leave a review on this site. Even though the property is advertised as having air conditioning, it is evaporative air con only. We stayed over a hot period and both swear that we left the air con on while we went for an afternoon walk. When we returned it had been turned off??? Upon checking out, we left the property in the condition we found it. I had to contact the owner asking when I would receive our deposit back and it was returned 5-6 days later. If we had known that the property did not have split system air con and that the use of the evaporative system was restricted, we would not have stayed here. Also took too long to return our deposit considering there were no issues with the condition of how we left the house. We stayed as a couple although the house is probably more suited to families with the toys, games etc. Decor is rather tired and could do with an update.
