Good location for work

I would say needs a refurb. Stains on carpet burns on worktop.Age old water leak from upstairs.Age old water leak in bathroom.Beds need replacing springs in the back.

It was a good experience in all generally, we made it remarkable for ourselves

The apartment was a very nice quiet area. There is kitchen, fridge, freezer, oven, cooker, boiler kettle, microwave, kitchen utensils to cook and serving plates to eat So, to make our food was delightful, only eat out when wished. Lidl is not far from the property and tesco express

The double was not comfortable at single beds were put together, making it so uncomfortable for roll around the bed. No Wi-Fi was provided, we requested for it and did not get any response. So, I am not sure if its available but no information regards to it. I can remember kids watched YouTube on the TV, and that won't work without an internet The rooms were spacious enough for us and the kids had good time. Two toilets and one bathroom with towels, tissues amd handwash liquids were provided. Iron and its board, hair dryer and cloth angers are also available

Great location.

Location was perfect. Exactly in the centre where you can find everything. Supermarkets just across the road.

Just needed some small things in the apartment, like a small bin in the bathroom and little more cleaning.

Had everything we needed & was modern and clean!

One of the single beds was broken so not very comfortable & couldn’t get either of the fans to work

Cosy house for a family of 6

A lot of things need to be cleaned, a few furnitures were broken, utensils were dirty.Heaters worked intermittently and the alarm for the fire/smoke detector on the ceiling triggered and only to be advised that the batteries were flat and no one come to fix it and we had to bear with the alarm for a few days.Distance to the railway station took 15 mins and to central London about an hour.

Lovely apartment

It was a fun trip for my friends and I. The apartment was warm and toasty as soon as we came in which was great as it was freezing outside. There were cooking utensils available along with sleeping space for 6 people. Really nice and convenient apartment

There was 2 toilets so was good for 3 workers working away. Location was good as plenty of shops very near. Netflix was available.

Chairs in the living room are ready to break. Small table in the living room is also ready to break. Arms of the settle were loose. Beds were very uncomfortable.

The stairs leading down was broken. Would be nice to fix that. Also the drainage in the bathroom was very slow leading to water pooling up in the bath during a shower. Worth getting a plumber to have a look. Otherwise, lovely stay

would I stay here again!!! without a doubt.

spacious lounge kitchen dinning area open plan. 2 large bedrooms and 1 bathroom and with a separate toilet /utility room. a sofa bed in the lounge area if you required and great tv an Wi-Fi. the apartment was slightly below street level so the forecourt area had privacy’s whist outside. the kitchen had every thing you needed.

a couple of trivial things to be honest. 1 broken paving slab at the bottom of the steps to the apartment front door. you could trip up. 1 light bulb blown in a lamp and no spare to replace it with

Misleading and underwhelming place. Avoid!

The price and free parking. That's it.

What a horrible stay. Where do I start? Firstly, we weren't given our confirmation and full delivery address until 2 mins before our check in time, real convenient as we were travelling. They also asked for ID for everyone and this was very last minute and not mentioned. Arriving at the place, it was located at the basement of a three floor house - this was a massive shock and NOT mentioned in the listing. Had we known this we would not have booked it at all! Very misleading. There was also a lack of garden/outdoor space. Inside the house, the decor was terrible and peeling away. And the most misleading/false thing was the fact that it couldn't sleep/house for everyone! There was 6 of us booked for and they had only 2 bedrooms (which could sleep 4)!and 1 sofabed (which could sleep 1) in total. The extra person had to sleep in a sleeping tent they bought. This was unacceptable and we felt ripped off. No wonder this place was so cheap, knew it was too good to be true.

Overall very pleasant stay and would recommend to friends and family for location

Cosy well kept apartment, great location and added bonus of private parking. Lots of space for small area and clean. Great pressure in shower which was a pleasant surprise.

Mattress in master bedroom wasn’t the greatest felt every spring and one side very used. Very dark walking down from the car at night from car park, managed to fall down stairs as poorly lit. could do with a light or spotlight to illuminate the stairs. oh and no potato masher ( cold meat and mash was needed as it’s Christmas )

Signage, difficult to identify correct parking and the correct number of the property (no signage on the door), needs identity on car park and property. Crockery and cutlery a little short, frying and grill pan had to be washed before use.
