Clean and nicely decorated. Older but kept up. Access to pool and BBQ
Patio door lock wasn’t working and didn’t close all the way. Toilet leaked. Very Far from tourist spots.

Great price! The room was perfect for our stay, the bed is super comfy, loved the jacuzzi especially after the big hikes we did. We loved being able to use the beach chairs too.
No complaints

It was in a great location for us. It was clean and comfortable and was equipped with all we needed for our 5 days on Kauai.
We liked everything.
2.5
It served it purpose
Kitchen cabinets were cheap, warped. Advertisement was misleading
2.5
The pool and hit tub was nice and close to the room. The patio was nice.
For the price it could be kept up nicer. The kitchen and bathroom drawers and cupboards were in very bad condition. Practically spitting in two. Holes in the bathroom walls. Disgusting, filthy screens. Door jams were so ugly. Microwave is in the worst possible place. Curtains were dirty. Wasn't within waking distance to any beach where you could swim. Wasn't worth almost $1100 for 4 nights.

Beautiful village

The property was centralized to everywhere we need to go. Loved the pool and hot tub.
The parking situation. It would’ve been nice to have a reserved spot for our room.

it had everything we needed, it was comfortable, and it was close to the local shops. the spa and pool were great too

Nice to have a pool.
Hosts were a distant company who couldn't/ didn't do anything to resolve problems. We booked because it had a hot tub... when it wasn't hot, host didn't respond at first, then said basically "it's not our job, and there's nothing we can do." Wrong answer; right answer is, "we are sorry that is happening, we will try to resolve it, and if we fail, we will talk to the owner about a 20% refund for not providing the key amenity." If you want someone to care or be there for you, don't rent here. But it was among the cheaper options. Also, the shower ledge was filthy; hiring short cleaners does not absolve you from cleaning windows and sills. I honestly think the owner should fire this management company if they want guests to feel taken care of.

Location is very good. close to foodland and restaurant. there is lot of parking spots and hot tub and pool is very usefull after walking or hiking outside
needs cabinet upgrade in the kitchen. bathroom shower is outdated, it will look nicer if the shower tiles are newer and a glass door instead of shower curtain.
Since we came from Canada, and stay for a short period, we were not able to adjust to the humid and warm weather. It will add value to the property if there is an aircondition in the room.
3.5
The apartment was clean and furnished/decorated with love. The pool/jacuzzi area is nice with bbq area to use.
There was not 1 single basic ingredient to cook, no oil, salt or pepper, which should be available. The kitchen is dated. There is basically no daylight in the apartment and the veranda goes out to the parkinglot, which is not nice to sit. Princeville is very neat and fancy, but Sandpiper in particular seems to be the cheaper part of the whole area.

Kitchen equippment was in very bad condition or damaged. No possibility to do laundry even though they advised to bring own laundry bags. No garden view (parking lot view). Construction works were going on (noise) around our flat. The cost was way too high for what the property offers and suggests to offer.
4.5
Excellent location with access to Queen’s Bath.
Not having AC was okay at night but made the condo a little comfortable in the middle of the day.

Great neighborhood
The bed was too soft

The area of the north shore is really beautiful and not as congested as the east and south. It is so lush and green. Lots of beauty to explore.
There wasnt an oven/stove. There was only an old hotplate. There wasnt a washer dryer like described or a garbage disposal. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything happening in the surrounding condos. Luckily everyone really quiets down at 10pm. Also they highlighted the wrong building so I had a difficult time finding my place. Of course it was a Sunday so no one was in the office when I called for help.

Loved the property, beautiful. Enjoyed the Roku tv. Comfortable bed.
Condo turned out to be a lot smaller than we expected by the pics. The outlets in the kitchen did not work and the electrical stove provided was extremely weak.
