Overall we enjoy our stay at the property it was clean and cozy. We didn’t have to try to find parking for the beach as

The cleanness of the property was amazing. We also enjoyed that it was close to the beach. The washer and dryer helped with having to clean towels. The bed and couch were super comfortable.

Really only 2 complaints one being no basic household necessities. And 2 being only one entry point to the back shower.

Not good just a comfy bed

I think the only thing that was good about the stay was the bed was comfy.

Didn't realize that bed Sheets, pillows, and blankets had to be paid for to be included with your stay. Also towels and etc had to paid extra for. They do not supply toilet paper or shampoo and stuff. Make sure you read the fine print in the rental agreement and on the booking before. Toilet seat was very lose. A bit run down as well. Pictures are a bit deceiving.

Awful. I booked for two nights And ended up staying only 1 night because they had overbooked.

The location, And the fact it had a washer And dryer.

We came in And the place had dog hair all over floor. It didn’t come with sheets on the bed, towels, toilet paper or any of that.

It was walking distance to the beach.

Everything.. house was DIRTY upon arrival, had roaches, dirty dishes, staff was so unprofessional.

Very pleasant quiet very close to the beach

It was very quiet and peaceful

The last people that stayed, they did not empty the trash, and it smelt all the time we were there I stayed there seven years ago. The couch in the living room needs to be replaced. It’s still there from seven years ago. You cannot sleep on it.

good place for what the price was

The location was great. It was a short walk to the beach and not far from shopping centers.

The floors were not clean when we arrived. The doorknob fell off twice during our stay because the screws were not tightened properly. The pull out sofa was covered in sand and really needs to be replaced.

for what we were in town for, the bungalow was okay. Just wouldnt choose that for a family stay longer than a weekend.

the location was perfect, can’t beat it and the price wasn’t bad either!

just needs updating and basic necessities wouldn’t hurt either, like just a bottle of handsoap. Rugs or a broom to sweep with would help. it was supposed to be me and my grandmother and i was going to take the pull out couch but the couch was dated that i didn’t want to mess with it. Thank goodness plans changed and it was just me and my nephew.

Great value, close to the beach, great kitchen and laundry! Close to good restaurants and grocery stores.

The back yard was a mess, so no shower or grilling. No comfy pullout couch.

Great location. Nice Bungalow. Needs a few repairs. Grass needs cutting.

The location was great. The bungalow would have been nicer if it had been updated, the pull out bed, and the door locks fixed. And when Guests leave who ever checks and cleans the units check and make sure the TV are working.

The door sticks when you try to open it. You have to push it several times. The door handle is very loose. The TV, in each room did not work properly. The tenant before us used the TV's for other than watching TV. The pull out bed was very dirty. very old. The back yard grass was very tall and we could not access the grill and picnic area. A day prior to our arrival, we were asked to switch bungalows so the prior tenant could stay a little longer, but we wanted the one we rented months ago. They didnt ask us, at first, they left me a voicemail and sent me a new contract. The # 2 bungalow would not be acceptable for my needs, why dont they make the OTHER couple move to the # 2 bungalow, which they did, BUT it was just insulting to have specific reservations for months and then get a call the day before asking US to switch so the couple that was already there can stay longer. Siting they were an elderly couple,, I am in my mid sixties, too, and had TWO Special Needs men with me, and we NEEDED the end unit, thats why I rented it to begin with.

Close to beach, horrible house! Do NOT recommend!

The location was great. Just one block from the beach.

Very out dated, extremely dirty, mold, dust, blood on pillows. Cigarette burn holes in bedding. Paid extra for towels, sheets. And they were dirty, and wasn’t provided enough. Also, no rugs in bathroom. Slipped and fell.

It was just ok I'm kinda of glad I only booked for one night! The lady i spoke to was very nice!

The bed was on bricks, the bungalow was just ok...I had to kill two roaches in the kitchen when I got up at night to get something to drink..its in a very nice location I usually stay in this area in a beach house with more family than this trip...So I just think it need to be sprayed and get another bed rail and fix a few other things..And it will be nice to stay again. A plus of the place is the bedroom tv already had Netflix on it!

it wasn’t a terrible place to stay but I definately feel that customer service needs to be severely improved with maybe

the location is great. just a walk about a block to the beach. the king size bed was comfortable, having appliances was nice. especially the washer and dryer.

i had received and completed my rental agreement almost 3 weeks prior to my stay, I received information about wifi but never about checking in, I sent emails very early in the day the day I arrived but never got a response. my check in was originally for 4:00-5:00, however I did change it for 5:00-6:00 but I arrived at 5:00 on the dot, I still had not received a door code. i tried calling the number about 15 times to try to get the info and I sent about 6 or 8 emails trying to reach someone as it was 85 degrees out and I had 4 kids with me and nowhere else to go and I had just been driving for 13 hours. i did not get a reply until 9:30 at night and I was given the door code but told business hours for checkin are between 4:00-7:00 but I had repeatedly reached out and had signed my rental agreement 3wks prior. i had even sent a copy of my verification email from 3wks prior. also in the rules it mentions no sand in the house, but we are near a beach where sand is everywhere-I have no problems sweeping but there’s no broom there to use to sweep so I had to go buy one as I have 4 kids so sand is inevitable, the outdoor shower is there however you can only access the back yard from one side of the building containing all 3 bungalows and the yard is filled with little cactus/pokey plants so using the outdoor shower is less appealing and I couldn’t allow my kids to play in the little yard bc of the plants back there. the dresser drawers are terrible and stick and the knobs fall off constantly but can be screwed back on, the mirror to the long dresser has long metal bars that it was attached with but it was not on the dresser and was just shoved into the closet where my 2yr old could’ve easily gotten hurt. the cookware is mediocre the knives aren’t sharp. could do with a pair of scissors there. the comforter on the king size bed had a tear in it and was also very old. the bed itself is up on concrete blocks-again another safety issue with kids.

It was a nice walk to the beach. Great little neighborhood on 30th St.

The pond behind the bungalow was very dirty. Too much trash in the pond. This should be cleaned out because there is wild life in and around this pond. At times it smelled like sewage. Other than the pond, the bungalow was great!

Fridge wasn't clean hair was in it and every where that was supposed to be wiped. Dishes not clean in dishwasher. Some type of black dirt in utensils. Bedroom window doesn't lock. I had to clean up when I arrived

The rental company sent the wrong unlock code. I never could find the hot tub that was mentioned. Very small shower.

Close to pier for the fireworks

Intern÷t a d TVs didny work. Door handle inside main door came off in my hand 1st time I used it. Had to pry door opjust to leave property. Definitely a fire and safety hazard. Couldn't of been cleaned and inspected before we showed up.

Nice little get away place but needs a porch, somewhere to go outside that’s covered.

No outside faucet. Bed was on bricks and felt unstable. Whole area needs a covered porch.

Clean & comfortable but not worth the $$ spent.

Toilet paper, blow dryer sheets & towels should be included. Hotel rooms, in the same price range, include these things. You supplied an iron & ironing board.....the other items should have been included too. Only 1 working lightbulb in bathroom & 3 way lamp(living room)didn't have 3 way bulb. Lighting in livingroon was too harsh. Paying an extra $50+ for sheets & towels is outrageous. Especially for mismatched towels & washcloths. The unit was cean & comfortable but not worth the $$. Instructions for Rokutv would have been helpful
