Check-in is possible after 3:00 PM, and check-out must take place before 10:00 AM. We can always discuss the possibility of early check-in.
Upon arrival, a cash deposit of €500 is required.
You have a daily free usage limit of 100 kWh of electricity. Normally, this is sufficient. Any additional consumption will be charged at the applicable rates. The electricity meter reading will be recorded upon arrival and departure. The consumption will be deducted from the deposit, and the remaining amount will be refunded in cash.
This villa is located in a quiet urbanization, only 700 meters away from the beach, with a panoramic sea view from the 30-meter-wide terrace.
The house is situated on a hill, providing you with a beautiful view! It is convenient to have a car.
All four bedrooms on the upper floor, as well as the living room and kitchen, offer a sea view.
The spacious living room measures 15 meters and features satellite TV and local TV channels, including most European channels and movie packages.
There is ample seating space for 12 people, as well as a large dining table with 8 chairs. The entire house is modern and newly furnished.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has an additional dining area with 4 chairs and 4 bar stools, as well as a TV. There is also an additional utility room with a washing machine, dryer, sink, and plenty of storage space.
The professional outdoor kitchen includes a double deep fryer, grill plate, two cooking burners, refrigerator, and countertop.
On the terrace, you will find a large dining table with 8 chairs, an L-shaped seating area, an armchair, 10 sun loungers, and a large outdoor pool measuring 12 x 6 meters.
There is a room with a TV and some equipment such as a stepper, a bicycle, and other fitness equipment.
Inside, there is an indoor pool with a jacuzzi, a water cannon, and a waterfall. The pool area also features a spacious sauna for approximately 6 people, overlooking the pool.
The entire lower floor is equipped with air conditioning/heating. On the ground floor, there is a toilet near the living area and another one near the indoor pool and sauna.
On level -1, you will find the 5th bedroom. This space is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, air conditioning, a spacious living room with a TV, and a complete kitchen with a built-in coffee machine, combination microwave, and dishwasher. From this room, you have access to a second terrace.
On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
The master bedroom has a large private terrace and a whirlpool bath with a spacious dressing room, as well as a natural sea view.
Two other bedrooms also have access to a very large terrace through sliding doors.
In total, there are 7 TVs in the villa.
All beds in this house are 180 cm wide and 200 cm long.
All bedrooms are individually equipped with controllable air conditioning.
The villa is accessible via an automatically operated gate measuring 4 meters wide, and there is ample on-site parking for 5 to 6 cars.
The large garden consists of 3 levels and has many fruit trees.
There is a first-floor office with great views, Wi-Fi, and a high-speed 300 Mbps fibre-optic internet connection. You only need to bring your own laptop to work.

We would highly recommend this villa as it has so much space.
I would recommend you have a hire car as there is not much around the villa shops and restaurants are a couple of miles away.
The host was fantastic . Any thing we needed to ask Oscar came straight back to us with the answers.

Villa was lovely. Everything as described. Any problems were quickly sorted out by the owner. A car is needed as not really possible to walk anywhere.

Super woning en service
Wij zijn hier 9 nachten verbleven met kinderen en 4 kleinkinderen (totaal 10 personen). De woning is echt fantastisch, van alle gemakken voorzien en de locatie is verrassend dichterbij alle voor ons belangrijke plekken: het strand is op 10 minuten lopen, Centrum Calpe op 15 minuten rijden. De foto's geven een goed beeld, maar in werkelijkheid is het nog groter en mooier. Alle 5 slaapkamers hebben een eigen luxe badkamer, er is een buiten- en binnenzwembad, een sauna en zelfs een kantoor. De keuken is voorzien van alle gemakken en er is tevens een buitenkeuken. Wat wellicht nog belangrijker is: de service die verleend wordt is geweldig: op iedere vraag of verzoek wordt onmiddellijk gereageerd en indien nodig volgt er een bezoek aan de woning. Onze oprechte complimenten aan Dave en Oscar hiervoor, hun service maakte het verblijf nog aangenamer. Onze dank nogmaals dat wij op de dag van vertrek later konden vertrekken vanwege onze avondvlucht. Conclusie: dit huis is zeker de moeite waard, Roy en Monique

Amazing villa
We have stayed at this amazing villa for two weeks with five kids (7-15 years).
The villa is absolutely stunning, large entrance and living room, very nice kitchen and a great indoor swimming pool with sauna . The four bedrooms upstairs are top quality including walk in showers.
There is a fifth bedroom and shower in the basement which is more like a basement apartment and very spacious.
Outside the pool is next to none, large and overlooking The Valley up to the ocean which is absolutely faboulous inclusive a jacuzzi in the pool.

Close by (5 min by car) there is a nice supermarket with all you need, also great restaurants are close by in Calpe and Moraira (8 min by car).
Just below the hill there is La Fustera Beach which is a very nice small beach where you only come when you know about it, also having a great beach club/restaurant for both lunch and diner.
All and all we have had a great holiday and Oscar is always around to help out with anything you need

This Villa is amazing! A complete luxury experience. With a 5 and a 3 year old, there was so much to do with the 2 pools to keep us all entertained. Everything about the villa was high class!
Oscar the owner was so great! He gave us some fantastic information about the area and places to eat and we took him up on his recommendations and found some great places to eat. He was always around by phone to answer any questions we had during the 2 weeks and was extremely helpful.
We can't wait to come back and will be looking for dates to return in 2019. Highly recommend this Villa. It's paradise

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances dans cette villa agréable, et spacieuse. Nous avons adoré manger sur la terrasse avec vue lointaine sur la mer, la luminosité ainsi que la piscine et sauna intérieurs. Nous ne mettons pas 5 étoiles pour les raisons suivantes :
- nous avons dû attendre 2 jours avant que la piscine intérieure soit suffisamment chauffée pour pouvoir y nager aisément
- pas assez d'ustensile dans la cuisine
- pour une villa de ce standing, on est habituellement accueilli avec un panier de bienvenue ou une autre attention
- pas de divertissement pour les plus jeunes (pas de chaînes francophones à la télé, ni de console de jeu ou encore de DVD)

Jammer dat het water buiten nog te koud was maar daar tegenover stond dat er binnen een heerlijk verwarmd zwembad was.

Sehr schön gelegen mit wunderbarer Sicht auf das Meer und andere Villen, thront diese luxuriöse Liegenschaft. Mit 2000 m2 Land, schönen Bäumen und Pflanzen residieren Sie am heizbaren Salzwasserpool. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zwei Küchen, mind. 8 Toiletten, 5 Nasszellen, hauseigene Bar und fünf schöne Schlafzimmer erwarten Sie. Bei schlechtem, oder kaltem Wetter nutzen Sie einfach den ebenfalls heizbaren Innenpool, den Fitnessraum oder die Sauna. Der Besitzer war überaus freundlich und stand bei Fragen sofort zur Verfügung. Bestätigung, Zahlungsverkehr sowie Rückerstattung der Kaution haben einwandfrei funktioniert.
Geniessen Sie den Luxus, lassen Sie es sich gut gehen oder fühlen Sie sich wie der "Rey de Calp" (eine der grössten und luxuriösesten Liegenschaften der Region).
Einziger Wermutstropfen... nach zwei Wochen mussten auch wir wieder nach Hause!
Risiko... Suchtpotential! Wir kommen wieder!
