About this house rental
This property is fully renovated with no detail spared. Offers all kinds of amenities. Peaceful, safe and clean environment with shopping and attractions near by. This home is very inviting with beautiful decor through out,includes barbecue with sitting area in the backyard . Children also have there place to play including toys , movies and there own dinnerware. I look forward to being your host and making your stay the best possible. I welcome everyone of any culture and background to be my guest. There is a surveillance system for the outside of the front yard but absolutely no cameras or any recording device inside the property. Property is located on 72st and 160 avenue West near Everglades.
Rules Pet fee only dogs is $75 for one dog and $100 for two dogs max.
We expect guests to treat our home with respect and as if it were theirs.

The checkout is before 11:00 am, remember that the staff needs to clean the house for the next guests, Everyone wants to arrive to a clean house. For late checkouts it is 50 additional dollars per hour overtime. 3. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED. 4. SMOKING: This is a NON SMOKING house. SMOKING is only permitted in the outdoor spaces. 5. NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE: Linens and bath towels are included in the unit to be changed on a weekly basis. Guests are responsible for keeping the house in clean and sanitary conditions until the end of their reservation. 6. QUIET ENJOYMENT: Guests shall not use the premises in such a way as to violate any law or ordinance, commit waste or nuisance, or annoy, disturb, inconvenience, or interfere with the quiet enjoyment of any other or nearby residents. Illegal activities or drugs of any kind are not allowed on this property. Any loud music, loud noises or screams after 10 pm, must be moved inside the home and lowered so as not to disturb the neighbors, (Friday and Saturday is after 11 pm). 7. ACCIDENTS, INJURIES OR ILLNESS: The unit is privately owned. Unit owner are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or outdoors. They are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. 8. DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A mandatory deposit of $300 will be held by VRBO.The deposit automatically converts to a damage deposit upon arrival, but your credit card will not be charged. We will NOT open a claim on the security deposit provided the following provisions are met. A-No flushing of anything other than toilet paper. No baby wipes, No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. Do not throw food in bathrooms or kitchen sink, as it may block. If this were to happen I would have to hire a technician and that will be discounted from your deposit. B- Any article or item from the house that is broken, damaged or lost will also be discounted from the deposit. ANY DAMAGE MUST BE NOTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF CHECK IN OR IT WILL BE CONSIDERED TO HAVE BEEN CAUSED BY THE GUESTS (a list with prices of the items of the house will be given) C-The guests should maintain and deliver the property in the same conditions it was given. Excessive uncleanliness and wear, more so than usual, will be discounted from the deposit. To avoid this, do not paint or stain the walls or furniture. Do not stain or damage the towels or bed sheets in a way that is irreversible. The tableware and kitchen utensils should remain washed. We were looking for an inexpensive place to rest at the end of adventuring in the National Parks and this fit the bill. The weather was superb so we were a bit disappointed to not have a quiet and comfortable place to sit and relax outside. There is a small table with chairs but the incessant barking dog and squawking macaw next door (which we realize are not under the control of this property owner) were quite annoying. An otherwise comfortable stay.

This was our second year staying at this property and we had another great experience. Jocelyn was responsive and accommodating during our stay. The property was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen and baths were well stocked with necessities for our stay. The property is accurately shown in the listing . The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking and close to many shops.

Was in Miami for a project and scheduled two employees to stay. The communication with the owner was excellent, unfortunately due to weather, we could not complete our project and had to transition to Tampa area.

My family was very happy. My dad’s 90th was great as it was by them. It included my son,brother, my daughter in law, and husband. The beds were very comfortable which was a must. A great stay!!!

Lovely home/location but will never rent from this lady EVER AGAIN
The only reason I gave this a 1 star rating is because the renter watched me and my family every move. She complained about my family coming over to visit, as if we were having a party when we didn’t. Not only that, she gave me a 30 minute grace period for them to leave and as we all were leaving she took pictures of us from the cameras she had installed and sent them to me (24 hours AFTER check out). She harassed me with pictures and videos from the moment that I’ve boarded the plane to go home and days later after that. Somehow she knew the conversation that was discussed within the house. (If you stay at the home please beware of camera/voice recorders in the house).
Everything was left in place, and I even cleaned the home which is a fee paid within total price. I still cleaned it anyway, and she still continued to harass me. She went to VRBO about an extra charged fee of extra guest when no one stayed at the house but the guest that was included in the booking. WILL NOT BE RENTING FROM THIS LADY ANYMORE!!

House was perfect for our needs. In a great location for us - close to restaurants and shops, but also an excellent jumping off point for getting into the Everglades. House was extremely well kept and clean, and communication with the owner was easy and fast.

We also quickly ran out of dish soap, which should always be provided. Lastly, no fault of the owners, but the neighbors have a bat problem under their roof. There were always bat droppings and an odor on the one side patio. Fortunately there was a second sitting option on the other side of the house where the odor wasn’t as bad.
Overall, I would recommend this as an option to anyone wanting to stay outside of Miami!

It otherwise makes me feel like the owner is being cheap. If there were enough towels, dishwasher soap, and laundry soap, I would have easily given the review 5 stars. It's the little things that can make a big difference.

Perfect Stay
We had a perfect stay at this property! The home was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Check in and communication with Jocelyn during our stay was easy. Photos accurately show the property. Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to prepare meals at home. The neighborhood is very safe and neighbors are very friendly. Nice house
House was big for a rambler. It was very clean and in a decent neighborhood. I did check the doors and windows upon arrival to make sure they were all locked after the cleaners had been there to clean. The slider was unlocked and the bedroom facing the street and also the master bedroom both had broken locks on the windows. I did call the host and I was told that it was a safe neighborhood and not to worry. We did have work computers with us that can not be stolen, so it was un nerving to leave during the day knowing the windows didn't lock. A tenant should have all locks working properly. The window locks would be the only complaint
