Check in with the machine is very easy. The room comes with private bathroom with sharing kitchen and washing machine downstairs. Free parking.
There is no utensils in the kitchen and you need to walk around and a bit upward from main road to the front door.

Easy self-check-in, clean room, and bathroom.
Free parking in front of the house (main street side).

No idea as never got the room I’d paid for
Imagine driving for 800km and arriving to this place at 9pm, only to be told that the room you’d booked for 2 adults and a toddler had been given to someone else and they had instead given you a room with one single bed. Obviously we requested a change but the lovely receptionist basically told us to go somewhere else and that IT WASN’T HIS PROBLEM WE HAD NOWHERE ELSE TO STAY! Absolutely rude service, no sorry or anything. Do not recommend.

There were just hand towels, no shower gel, was quite hot and humid the room and really thin the walls so you could listen everything. Kids can stay for free but no space is offered for them to stay and the beds are really really small to share with them. Why not inform of all these things?

Nothing
This is the worst rental experience I have ever had.
To begin with, this room is for hobbits - small absolutely everything - the ceiling height of about 195 cm, the shower where one person can't turn around without turning off the faucet sideways
The showers are equipped with two small towels per person, no spoons, no forks. You can make your own tea, but there is nothing to put it.
The cherry on the cake is the picture at the entrance - a cemetery of bugs at the door. There is no way this room is worth €60. 30 is the maximum price.

very clean rooms. very understanding and helpful
owner.

Check-in automat worked without an issue.
ONLY cold water at 00:30...
Customer service - terrible. They implied that "people don't usually shower at that time" and that it's our problem.
When we arrived room had open windows and was cold. Radiator did not heat up until morning.
Towels - grey and overwashed. Bedsheets - meh.
Floor - grimy / sticking to feet
Very Noisy rooms
Smoke stench in hallway
Only roadside parking - which was full when we arrived. I.e. no allocated or private carpark.
Very randomly - the blinds are not wide enough to cover whole window.
I.e. only stay of you enjoy Cold showers and can sleep through noise with no issues and cleanliness is not a concern.

Like other guests, I also loved that I could check-in at the automaat. I arrived later than midnight and all was very smooth.
I also found a parking spot just in front of the door and there were other few places on the street.
The bed is really comfortable even if a bit small, but enough for a person. Having a fridge can be handy and the balcony is also cool to take fresh air in the morning.there is also a coffee place with croissants 2 min away, open on an early Sunday morning (Katz).
Didn't use the kitchen but it has pans and everything needed to cook.
I had tea bags in the room, but there was no coffee. I think it would be cool to invest in a coffee machine in the building and even a soft drinks one with chocolate and snacks, given there is no place to buy something around.
I did not understand why we could not enter / exit through the door on the main street and need to use the entrance at the back. Front entrance seemed more handy. But the indications to the right entrance are very clear both in the email and on the front door.
Luckily the neighbours weren't noisy, but the house as it is can make it difficult to sleep if others speak or go up and down the stairs.

The location was great, clean room and easy to check in.
The room was extremely hot and no fan was provided! The shower doors did not close properly and we were only provided one toilet roll in the room. Also it stated that there is a washing machine that can be used by guests but they failed to mention that you had to pay 3 euro to use the washer and then 3 euro to use the dryer!

Best and fastest self-check-in I've experienced so far. We were allowed to check-in after 11 PM, and everything went very smoothly. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed to stay over for one right.
The only negative comment I have about this apartment is the traffic outside. The road is very occupied with many cars, so it's hard to fall asleep when you focus too much on the sounds. Other than that, nothing to mention. Everything else was good!

check in on your own. after a long road i forgot a key in the room, the man was kind to suggest receiving a new one without any problem. quite a spacious room that exceeded my expectations. workplace and a little fridge (that didnt seem to work preporly, too warm i would say to cool a bottle for example)
walls too thin, the street was quite noisy with neighbour teens playing basketball. i mostly slept there for a couple of hourse, so dont know the situation in general. should be noted that the stuff told me at once it was not a quite-quite street, so it was my decision to book. with earplugs and closed window it was fine, but i always appreciate fresh air.
the most important disadvantage was that the sheets and the towel didnt see clean at all, the sheet had some red spots on the side (blood from finger?). i cannot believe it was clean. i had all the stuff with me with a pillow. so i just used mine. and the pillow in the room was not comfy as well. and the floor didnt seem to be clean also.

Nothing was likeable with the property
Never had a towel . When it says towels are provided. So after doing a 12 hour shift I couldn’t even get washed .

Good bed and great location and a mini fridge to put my leftover pizza in
Spartan, my room had a sour smell (not because of renovations). Limited electrical outlets. Poor quality internet

There is good system with self check-in, what i really liked, as i came there after midnight. Also was very nice to park a car in front of the room door. I guess we was lucky.
I didn't like a sheets, cause it doesn't have a feeling that it's been washed. Even if it is.

Goede bedden, comfortabele kamer.
