The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, dishes and pans, toaster, 3 different coffee machines, kettle, food processor, mini oven, detergents, basic spices.
BATHROOM: walk-in shower 1.20 x 1.50 m, toilet, bidet, sink, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries.
MASTER BEDROOM: king size bedding with memory foam mattress 27 cm, cotton bed linen, duvet, anti-allergic pillows, ceiling fun with remote, usb plugs, mosquito net, AIR-CO.
CABINET: hoover, iron, iron board, and clothes rack.
TERRACE: a table, 2 lying chairs.

We have ceiling fans in the bedroom and in the living area but it is possible to have air conditioning (€ 5 per day extra to be paid in cash upon arrival).
Being a pedestrian area, we enjoy the absence of noise and exhaust gas but we also guarantee a free parking space in a guarded garage about 600 meters from the house: reached the information point at the beginning of the limited traffic area in Via Lungolago Marconi 40 you will receive a parking card and an electric car will bring you luggage to the apartment.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the interior of the housing because it may cause the smoker's detection. ON THE APPLICATION OF THE HOSPIT IS POSSIBLE TO BE OUTSIDE THE BALCONY.
24-hour check-in and on-site assistance. Me and my partner live next door and we personally take care of our guests.
